1."Discussion on Yu Chang′s Medical Moral Thoughts Characterized by Highlighting the Criterion Based on ""Medical Laws"""
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):559-561
Yu Chang,a famous doctor in Qing dynasty, puts a high value on criterion, which is the most impor-tant characteristic in his medical moral thoughts. Based on the traditional medical moral, Yu Chang quoted Buddha into medicine and further expounded the medical moral criterion ( restrain the doctors by laws) referring to Buddhist commandment. This article analyzed the detailed medical moral criterion and requirements of carefulness,per-fection,honestyand pursuing the truththat mentioned in Medical Laws. Furthermore, it pointed out the es-sential features and significance of Yu Chang′s medical moral thoughts.
2.Consideration on the Doctor-patient Dispute Under the Principle of Justice
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):574-576
Beginning with the principle of justice, this article analyzed the reasons of medical disputes due to the lack of the principle of justice from four aspects including patients, social media, medical institutions, and medical staff. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward based on the causes of the disputes: fostering cor-rect consciousness of medical treatment, persisting on objective propaganda and creating a favorable environment, strengthening the construction of medical ethics and increasing health investment, strengthening the professional competency education for medical staff, and setting up medical dispute mediation organizations dominated by the third party.

5. Specific PCR Identification between Dendrobium huoshanense and Its Adulterants
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2018;53(9):682-689
OBJECTIVE: To design specific identification primers based on ribosomal DNA ITS sequences and accurate identification of Dendrobium huoshanensis and its adultments. METHODS: Phylogenetic tree of D. huoshanense and D. officinale and D. henanense by maximum parsimony (MP) and Bayesian inference (BI) were constructed. Specific primers SH-CP9s /SH-CP9a, SHCP25s / SH-CP25a, SH-CP29s /SH-CP29a for PCR identification of D. huoshanensis based on mutation sites on ITS sequences were designed. RESULTS: In the phylogenetic tree, D. huoshanense and D. officinale and D. henanense were clustered into monophyletic group. The specific PCR reaction procedure of D. huoshanense was obtained by investigating the annealing temperature and the amount of DNA template, and different types of PCR and Taq enzymes. In the PCR product, D. huoshanense appearance of the band, and adultments with no band. CONCLUSION: The ITS sequences can be used as DNA Barcoding identification of D. huoshanensis, and identify D. huoshanense and its adultments by the designed primers.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2012;30(4):358-361
Background The circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs)play an important role in postnatal vasculogenesis and restoration of endothelial injury.Previous investigation illustrated that a reduced ocular blood flow and vascular dysfunction caused by endothelial dysfunction plays a role in the pathogenesis of glaucoma. However, endothelial system accommodation is accomplished with the circulating EPCs.Objective The present trail was to investigate EPCs change in patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma (PACG)and explore the role of EPCs in the pathogenesis of PACG. MethodsA prospective cohort study was designed.Thirty patients with PACG were enrolled in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital as PACG group, and 20 normal subjects served as control group.Periphery bloodsamples were obtained fromall the patients and thenstained with saturating concentrations of monoclonal antibodies,FITC-conjugated anti-CD34 and CD133 mAb.EPCs identified by CD34,CD133 were enumerated by flow cytometry, and the correlation between EPCs change and its relative factors was analyzed.Informed consent was obtained from each subject before any medical procedure. Results No significant differences were found in age,gender,vascular-related risk factor, blood biochemical indicators between PACG group and normal contol group(P>0.05 ),but a higher intraocular pressure( IOP)was displayed in PACG group compared with normal control group ( P =0.00 ).The numbers of EPCs were ( 48 ± 22 ) cells/ml in PACG group and ( 65 ± 20 )cells/ml in normal control group with a significant difference between them (P=0.004).In PACG group, the numbers of EPCs were(60± 19 )cells/ml and (34 ±7 )cells/ml respeetively in phase 1 and phase 3 of optical nerve damage (Z=-3.015,P=0.002 ).There was a negative correlation between EPCs numbers and baseline IOP within a certain range( r=-0.835,P<0.05 ).However,no obvious correlations were seen between EPCs numbers and blood lipid Level, blood glucose level or glaucoma course ( r =0.343,P =0.227 ; r =-0.203,P =0.419 ; r =0.198,P =0.610 ).The EPCs numbers in PACG patients with cardiovascular disease were(56±22)cells/ml and that of without PACG were (35± 15 ) cells/ml( P =0.005 ). ConclusionsThe numbers of EPCs decrease in PACG patient. These results imply that EPCs might play role during the restore of the optical nerve damage in PACG eye.

Journal of China Medical University 2010;(1):44-46,50
Objective To evaluate the femoral neck anteversion (FNA) of patients with unilateral developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) and reveal the developmental regularity of the proximal femur. Methods 366 three-dimensional CTs of unilateral DDH patients were categorized into three age groups:<18 months, 18 months-3 years,and>3 years. The femoral neck anteversion of both sides were measured and a statistical comparison was performed between them. The line chart showing the relationship of femoral neck anteversion and age was drawn to reveal the developmental regularity of the proximal femur. Results In total, the affected side of unilateral DDH had an femoral neck anteversion 1°~5° significantly larger than the unaffected side (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between affected and unaffeted sides in age group<18 months and 18 months-3 years, while it was significant in age group>3 years. Conclusion Pathological changes of the proximal femur were observed not only the affected side in unilateral DDH but also the unaffected side. The FNA symmetrically developed with age older.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2001;0(01):-
Objective To observe the long- term result of pathological dislocation of the hip with absence of the femoral head treated with trochanteric arthroplasty in infancy. Methods Eighteen cases with absence of the femoral head and pathological dislocation of the hip treated with trochanteric arthroplasty were followed- up for 5- 16 years, with an average of 9.25 years. The timing of the surgery was average 18.2 months(ranged from 11 to 30 months). Based on Hunka pathological classification, one case was divided as typeⅠ lesion, 2 cases as typeⅡ lesion and 15 cases as typeⅤ lesion. Results There were 8 cases in the excellent group, the morphology and function of the reconstructed femoral heads were nearly normal and the limb shortening were in an average of 0.25 cm. There were 3 cases in good group, the femoral heads were nearly ball sized and the femoral necks were absent, however, the function was good and the limb shortening averaged 1.5 cm. There were 5 cases in fair group, the plastic femoral heads were abnormal and there were acetabular dysplasia and the limb shortening averaged 2.1 cm. There were 2 cases in poor group with redislocation. Conclusion The result demonstrate that surgical treatment of the absence of the femoral head in infancy could obtain a better reconstructed hip and fair function; the shortening of the limb can also be avoided.
