2.Therapeutic Observation of Aconite-cake-partitioned Moxibustion plus Acupuncture in Treating Peptic Ulcer
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(2):120-122
Objective To observe the efficacy and prognosis of aconite-cake-partitioned moxibustion plus acupuncture in treating peptic ulcer.Method Thirty-four patients in the treatment group were intervened by aconite-cake-partitioned moxibustion plus acupuncture, while thirty-three patients in the control group were by Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules. The clinical efficacy, the effect on ulcer under gastroscope and Hp, and the therapeutic efficacy 12 months after the intervention were evaluated.Result The total effective rate was 91.2% in the treatment group versus 72.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). For ulcer by gastroscopy, the total effective rate was 85.3% in the treatment group versus 69.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the Hp level didn’t show significant change (P>0.05). The relapse rate of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group 12 months after the intervention. Conclusion Aconite-cake-partitioned moxibustion plus acupuncture can produce a higher efficacy than Western medication in treating peptic ulcer.
3.Advances study of t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(6):380-382
One of the sub-types of acute myeloid leukemia(AML) characterized by the translocation of chromosome 8 to chromosome 21 and the expression of AML1-ET0 leukemia genesis fusion gene was proven to have better prognosis. Although remission rate has been improved by the combined chemotherapy primarily containing high dose cytarabine,it seems that target treatment with AML1-ET0 fusion gene/protein should finally cure this disease. In this article,we reviewed the relative studies and clinic target-treatment on AML1-ETO.
4.Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Vertigo Treated by Pinching the Spine
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(6):47-48
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of vertigo treated by pinching the spine. Methods: In the treatment group, 80 cases of vertigo were treated by pinching the spine and An-pressing and Rou-stationary circular pressing. In the control group, 66 cases were treated by An-pressing and Rou-stationary circular pressing. Results: The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group, and 66.7% in control group. The therapeutic effect in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Pinching the spine to treat the vertigo could get rapid and good therapeutic effect, and may avoid the toxic and side effect of drug treatment.
6.Comparison of Diagnostic Criteria and Treatment for Lupus Nephritis in Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(17):-
The diagnostic criteria of lupus nephritis(LN) of children in China is the same as the foreign countries′.There is no consolidated therapy for LN.They treat LN patients with more kinds and dosage of drugs. The management of LN should be based on the clinical features, renal histology and the tolerance of the drugs of LN patients.
7.Clinical Observation of Acupuncture-moxibustion for Endometriosis
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(6):711-714
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating endometriosis (EM). Method Fifty EM patients were randomized into two groups, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture-moxibustion, while the control group was intervened by oral administration of Mifepristone tablets. Abdominal pain, pelvic lump, and relevant indicators were observed before and after the treatment, and the therapeutic efficacies were compared.Result After 6-month treatment, symptoms including abdominal pain obviously subsided in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 92.0%, versus 52.0% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The pelvic lump size was significantly changed after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05), suggesting that the lump size became smaller in both groups after the treatment;there was a significant difference in comparing the pelvic lump size between the two groups after the treatment (P<0.05), indicating that the lump size was reduced more significantly in the acupuncture-moxibustion group. The level of serum CA125 changed significantly after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05), suggesting that serum CA125 dropped in both groups after the treatment; there was a significant difference in comparing the level of serum CA125 between the two groups after the treatment (P<0.05), indicating that serum CA125 dropped more significantly in the acupuncture-moxibustion group. A year later, there was a significant difference in comparing the relapse rate between the two groups (P<0.05), revealing that the relapse rate was significantly lower in the acupuncture-moxibustion group than in the medication group. Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion can produce a marked therapeutic efficacy in treating EM.
8.Effect of psychological intervention combined with clopidogrel and Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):156-157,160
Objective To study the effects of combination therapy (psychological intervention+clopidogrel+aspirin) for coronary heart disease. Methods 88 cases were selected from January 2016 to April 2017 in patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital. In a randomized approach, patients were divided into treatment groups and control groups, with 44 cases per patient. Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin, and the treatment group was treated with a combination therapy (psychological intervention+clopidogrel+aspirin). The treatment effect, angina and adverse reaction were observed and compared. Results Comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, the treatment group total effective rate was 97.73%, control group total effective rate was 79.55%, significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared two groups of patients with angina, the treatment group patients with onset time (4.32±1.18) shorter, longer time interval (5.03 ±1.34), less number of attacks (1.67±0.49), with statistical significance (P<0.05); Compared to the adverse reactions in the two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4.55%, compared with 18.18% in the control group. Statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention in combination with clopidogrel and aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride in the treatment, in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris, shows good therapeutic effect, has higher application value.
9.Clinical Observation of Acupuncture plus Moxibustion for Chemoradiotherapy-induced Leukopenia
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(4):419-422
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion in treating chemoradiotherapy-induced leukopenia in patients with malignant tumors.Method A total of 120 patients with malignant tumors who presentedleukopenia during receiving chemoradiotherapy were randomized into two groups. Sixty cases in the treatment group were intervened by acupuncture plus moxibustion; sixty cases in the control group were intervened by oral administration of Batilol tablets and Leucogen tablets. The peripheral white blood cell (WBC) count in the two groups was detected on treatment day 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.ResultThe WBC started toincreaseafter 1-week treatment in thetreatment group (P<0.05) and the increase was statistically significant after 2-week treatment (P<0.01); in the control group, the WBC started to increase after 2-week treatment (P<0.05)and the increase was statistically significant after 3-week treatment (P<0.01); the effect of increasing WBC was more significant in the treatment group compared to the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 53.3% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus moxibustion can produce a significant efficacy in treating leukopenia induced by chemoradiotherapy.
