Chongqing Medicine 2013;(23):2767-2768
Objective To investigate the pyschological states and behavior habits of school-age children with cleft of lip and /or palate .Methods 50 children at the age of 8-12 with cleft of lip before the first operation and their parents and 50 normal control children were tested with SAS (social anxiety scale) ,SEC(self esteem scale) ,and CBCL(children behavior checklist) .Results The rate of abnormal tested by CBCL (children behavior checklist)-parent in patients was 22% ,was higher than that in normal 8% (χ2 =3 .85 ,P<0 .05) .The scores of SAS in patients was higher than those in control (t=5 .29 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion School-age chil-dren with cleft of lip and/or palate had obvious psychological and behavioral problems ,thus ,corresponding nursing and health edu-cation should be applied .

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(01):-
Objective To analyze the reasons and mechanisms of stereoscopic function abnormality in elder patients after the cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods 150 cases with artificial lens implantation were randomly selected.Routine eye examinations were carried out and the associated refractive error and presbyopia were corrected.Bilateral simultaneous visual perception and fusion function were examined. The stereoscopic function was tested using "the stereoscopic function examination diagram"created by Yan Shao-ming.Ninety-seven patients who were found to have unrecover-ed or abnormal stereoscopic function were enrolled for analysis. Results In these 97 cases,53(54.6%)were found to have preexisting eye disorders that could affect visual acuity and binocular single vision before the operation.Macular problem was the most prevalent problem in this group.Twenty-seven(27.8%)patients had complicated with corneal astigmatism, after cataract, paralysing strabismus and diplopia as well as macular edema after the operation. In addition, the contralateral unoperated cataract in 17(17.5%)patients and post-operative anisometropia in 9(9.3%)patients were also the causes of stereoscopic function abnormality. There was no reason could be identified in 8 cases. Conclusions The pre-existing eye disorders before lenses implantation, complications of the operation, contralateral unoperated cataract and anisometropia are all the major factors that affect visual acuity recovery and bilateral stereoscopic function rehabilitation.

Objective To explore the influence of stereoscopic vision on the development of posterior capsule opacification (PCO) after intraocular lens implantation. The efficacy of Nd: YAG laser was studied. Design Case-controlled study. Participants 57 consecutive patients with POC(59 eyes with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation). Methods A prospective observational study was conducted comprising 57 patients (59 eyes) who had postoperative PCO. Neodymium: YAG (Nd: YAG) laser posterior capsulatomy was performed on all patients following a standardizes procedure. Preoperative and postoperative evaluation included LogMAR visual acuity, best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic vision. Main Outcome Measures LogMAR visual acuity, BCVA, contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic vision. Results The average LogMAR eyesight median of sick eye before laser treatment was (0.22?0.31) and the contrast sensitive degree of each frequency area was relatively lower than the opposite eye; After the treatment, there was evident improvement of the sick eye, and the LogMAR eyesight median of that was 0.00; The ratio of reaching the central spatial eyesight and the average sharpness degree both improve much than ahead of treatment. Those whose spatial eyesight sharpness don't get normal after the low best remedy eyesight. Irregular dipodic and previous eye disease. Conclusions LogMAR visual acuity, BCVA, contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic vision were damaged markedly with PCO. Our results indicate that Nd: YAG capsulotomy may affect the reconstruction of stereoscopic vision. Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is a valuable and clinically relevant method for clinical treatment of PCO.
5.Analysis of incidence rate, characteristics and related risk factors of high intraocular pressure after pars plana vitrectomy
International Eye Science 2015;(5):853-855
? AlM: To analyze the incidence, characteristics and related risk factors of high intraocular pressure after pars plana vitrectomy ( PPV) .
?METHODS: Totally, 146 patients (146 eyes) undergone PPV in our hospital were selected. Age, gender, eye, course and operation time of patients were compared, in order to understand the incidence rate and characteristics of high intraocular pressure. Primary diseases, intraoperative treatment methods and intraocular tamponade type were compare, in order to analyze the related risk factors of high intraocular pressure.
? RESULTS: Forty - seven patients occurred high intraocular pressure after operation, the incidence rate was 32. 2%. There was no significant difference in age, gender, eye, course and operation time (P>0. 05). The incidence rate in diabetic patients with simple vitreous hemorrhage and with tractional retinal detachment were 21.1% and 57.6%, respectively (P<0.05). The incidence rate in retinal detachment with PVR below grade C2 and above C2 were 19. 0% and 43. 8%, respectively (P<0. 05). The incidence rate in ocular trauma with vitreous hemorrhage and with intraocular foreign bodies were 25. 0% and 70. 0%, respectively (P<0. 05). The incidence rate of patients treated with panretinal photocoagulation was 50. 8%, significantly higher than patients without treated with panretinal photocoagulation (P<0. 05). The incidence rate of patients treated with part panretinal photocoagulation was 29. 5%, higher than patients without treated with panretinal photocoagulation, but there was no statistical difference ( P > 0. 05 ). The incidence rate of using silicone oil, C3 F8 and simple ventilation were 59. 7%, 34. 5% and 14. 5%, respectively (P<0. 05).
? CONCLUSlON: After vitrectomy intraocular hypertension incidence and preoperative, intraoperative treatment of primary disease is closely related to factors such as the way and intraocular tamponade.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
Objective To observe urinary iodine levels in the rat model for excessive iodine intake and monophagia. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups:normal diet control group(NC),10-fold iodine + normal diet group(10 HI-N),50-fold iodine + normal diet group(50 HI-N),100-fold iodine + normal diet group(100 HI-N),monophagia control group(MC),10-fold iodine + monophagia group(10 HI-M),50-fold iodine + monophagia group(50 HI-M),100-fold iodine + monophagia group(100 HI-M).The excessive iodine intake groups exposed to 1 400,7 600,15 350 ?g/L I-through drinking water presented higher levels of daily iodine intake, which were 10,50,100 times of those in control groups.During the exposure period, the body weights of the rats were measured weekly, the levels of urinary iodine were determined at the second, the fourth and the sixth month. Results The body weights of the excessive iodine intake groups with monophagia were lower than that of the NC group. In normal diet groups and monophagia diet groups, the levels of urinary iodine increased with the increase of iodine intake. The levels of urine iodine in 50 HI-M group and 100 HI-M group were significantly higher than those of the related groups with higher iodine intake. Conclusion The experimental animal model of excessive iodine intake and monophagia are successfully established in the present research, with physical retardation and higher urinary iodine.

Object To optimize the process for the extraction of the original recipe used in the treatment of eczema to give a new ECZEMA SPRAY dosage form Methods The extraction process was studied by orthogonal experimental design as guided by determining the content of paeonol and baicalin in the extract Results The optimal extraction process was to reflux the original recipe with 80% ethanol twice at a bath temperature of about 90 ℃ for 1 5 and 1 0 h respectively The amount of ethanol used for each extraction was 10 and 8 times of the original recipe respectively Conclusion The above extraction process gave the most rational and satisfactory results
