Investigation on all 77 precinct and communal health station (CHS) has shown that 77% of CHS had drug cabinet; 45% of CHS had legal drug bill which indicated that the management of drug resource was poor; the essential drugs only accounted for 45%, there was a drug abuse of antibiotics and corticoids. From which study suggested that it should strengthen the management of pharmacy activities in CHS and train the pharmaceutical knowledge for health staffs in CHS, concurrently CHS should have druggist who is responsible for pharmacy activities.
