1.Thought about Construction of Field Battle Medical Equipment on Informationization
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
A series of medical equipment question is introduced including currency use, combination, digital function and whole efficiency. By using system theory, the thought and viewpoint were put forward that how to solve equipment classification, "three turn" design (generalization, modularization, serialization), informationization alteration and affixation etc. Some thoughs on development strategy of medical equipment and creative information condition of field battle can be referred and provided.
2.Optimization in the construction of the hospital PACS
China Medical Equipment 2014;(10):56-58
Objective:To Integrated PACS and hospital information systems (HIS), and improve the efficiency of PACS, and improve the user experience. Methods:Base on deeply analysis of existing problems in system application, using process optimization, software optimization, and hardware upgrades manner optimize PACS. Results: PACS and HIS realized Integrated, improving the overall performance of the PACS. Enhance the user experience and expand the application scope of PACS. Conclusion: Deeply analysis of existing problems should be done before optimizing the system. Process optimization, software environment optimization should be considered as the most important and upgrading and replacement of the hardware as the secondary.

Objective To probe into the trust of residents on the health centers' service offered in their community in general for providing better family doctor services. Methods A custom-made trust scale for medical service (including 23 indicators) and random sampling were called into play.An imercept survey was made to 224 residents of different gender, age and education in a community in Beijing regarding their overall trust on medical service. Results The different satisfaction over their selection of the 23 indicators among residents of different gender is not significant statistically (P>0.05); the seven differences of the residents of different ages regarding their trust of the general medical service are significant statistically; the 11 differences of the residents of different education regarding their trust on the community health centers in general are significant statistically. Conclusion The GP-based community health centers are expected to improve the trust of residents on them in general,by means of enhancing government responsibility, government investment and the improvement of services of general practitioners.

Objective To observe the expression of pancreatic K_(ATP) channels (Kir6.2/SUR1) in rats with chronic pancreatitis and explore the intervention of nateglinide on the changes. Methods Wistar rats were induced to suffer from chronic pancreatitis and then randomized into model group, nateglinide group and control group. Then OGTT of them were observed.RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Kir6.2 and SUR1 mRNA, and western blot to detect the expression of Kir6.2 and SUR1 proteins. Results Model rats displayed impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).The expression of Kir6.2 and SUR1 in model group decreased significantly(P<0.05), and nateglinide displayed up-reg-ulation to the expression in some degree. Conclusion The expression of pancreatic K_(ATP) channels in rats with chronic pancreatitis diminished, which might be the important mechanism of the development of pancreatogenic diabetes.Nateglinide can up-regulate the expression in some degree, which indicates that it may have latent effect of ameliorating the prognosis of patients with chronic pancreatitis.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(10):-
[Objective]To investigate and compare the effects of standard gamma nail (SGN) and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) in the treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.[Method]From May 2002 to September 2005,55 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with SGN.Sixty-eight patients were treated with PFNA from November 2005 to June 2008.The effects of the two implants about perioperative complications, bone healing and the function of the operated hip joint were compared.[Result]No statistically significant difference was found between the two groups in blood loss, blood transfusion, infection, deep venous thrombosis and hospital stay. One patient developed femoral head avascular necrosis postoperatively in Gamma nail group. The incidence of postoperative hip pain in Gamma nail group was higher than that in the PFNA group, but there was no significant difference in the Harris score.[Conclusion]Gamma nail and PFNA nail are reliable methods to treat geriatric intertrochanteric fractures, with advantages of minimal iatrogenic injury, stable fixation and few complications.
7. The emergency management of acute obstruction resulting from colon cancer
Tumor 2008;28(10):898-899
Objective: To investigate the strategy for the emergency management of acute intestinal obstruction resulted from colorectal cancer. Methods: We collected the clinical data from 88 patients with acute intestinal obstruction resulting from colorectal cancer. They were admitted in our hospital between 1997 and 2007 and received one-stage resection and primary anastomosis. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: One-stage resection and primary anastomosis were performed in all the 88 cases. Wound infection occurred in 7 cases as a surgical complication and no anastomotic leakage appeared. There was no surgical death in all the patients. Conclusion: In the emergency management of acute intestinal obstruction resulting from right colorectal cancer, one-stage resection and primary anastomosis are feasible and safe. While subtotal colectomy is feasible and safe in the treatment of left colorectal cancer-induced acute intestinal obstruction.
