Chemokine is a kind of cytokine that induces cell transport to inflammation sites. It plays an important role in controlling the differentiation, development and directed migration of immunocytes. CCL20 is one of the important members of chemokine family, and it belongs to CC subfamily. Its receptor is CCR6. CCL20 can be expressed in activated monocytes, T lymphocytes, dendritic cells and endothelial cells, and CCR6 can be expressed in liver, lung, and lymphoid tissues. The expression of CCL20 can be induced by tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα), interleukin 1β (IL-1β), IL-17, CD40 ligand and interferon γ (IFN-gamma;). Based on the strain breeding theory and metabolic engineering theory, A high-yield mutant of Lactobacillus Thermophilus ATCC8317 was obtained through the compound inducements by the original Acetic acid-Sodium acetate plate and the productivity increased 210%.The best media components included saccharifying corn,malt powder 30g/L,peptone 5g/L.Based on the variety of specific cell growth rate and specific L-lactic acid production rate at different temperatures, the strategy of temperature control was obtained. The total product of L-lactic acid reached 135g/L besides the rate of glucose consumed and the average L-lactic acid productivity were up to 95% and 2.25g/(L?h) respectively.

Objective To explore the method for repair of total avulsion of 2~4 fingers and to find the best procedure. Methods The wrap-round flap with part toenail combind with the dorsal pedical flap to repair soft tissue defect of the dorsal of finger and part of the palmar of finger, the second simepulp flap to repair soft tissue defect of the palmar of finger,transfer of two tissues with one pedicle to repair total avulsion of 2~4 fingers. Results All of 9 composite transplants in 6 cases were survived,the received areas were primary healing in 8 finger,1 case repaired by the bilateral wrap-round flaps and second simepulp flaps for index and middle finger,the distal phalanx of middle finger necrosis because of dislocation of DIP,3 months later,injury healed after the necrosis of phalanx excised,but the nail and the nail bed were dead.Except 1 case which the grafted skin necrotized in the donor area of the big toe,the rest had primary healing.All cases were followed up 6~14 months,the activity of joints were: MP 0-70,PIP 0-40.The repaired pulps had excellent appearance,the nail was fine,1 finger's mail was atrophy and 1 finger's nail was defect.The donor area had good fountion without pain and edema,the grafted skin had normal color and the activity of joints were nomal. Conclusion The wrap-round flap with part toenail combined with the second simepulp flap is a good approach in treatment of the skin avulsion injury in the finger.

Objective To analyze mRNA and protein expressions of plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 using microdissection and quantitative real-time PCR,and to analyse their associations with microvascular diseases in IgA nephropathy.Methods Twenty-four IgA nephropathy patients treated in Kidney Center and Kidney Laboratory of PLA from 2000 to 2004 were admitted into the study;20 renal glomeruli or 200 renal tubules and peritubular interstitial per patient were captured by Laser Microdissection System from IgA nephropathy renal biopsy slides(8 ?m),and mRNA was extracted.PA mRNA and PAI-1 mRNA levels in glomerulus and tubulointerstitial area were measured by Taqman quantitative real-time PCR.Capillaries densities in glomerulus and tubulointerstitial area were measured using immunohistological staining method and computer image analysis system.Results With the aggravation of lesions,the glomeruli and peritubular capillaries densities of IgA nephropathy decreased.The glomerular and peritubular capillaries densities were negatively associated with the level of serum creatinine(R2=0.6946 and R2=0.6271,P

To investigate the regulation of osteoclast inhibitory lectin (OCIL) mRNA expression by prostaglandin E2 ( PGE2 ) in rat osteoblastic cells and the involved signaling pathways. Rat primary osteoblasts and UMR106 osteoblast-like cells were cultured and treated with various doses of PGE2 or regulators of different signaling pathways for different periods of time, the cells were then harvested at indicated dates. Total RNA were isolated and OCIL mRNA expression were studied by real-time PCR. PGE2, Forskolin, db-cAMP, and A23187 increased OCIL mRNA by 2. 38 fold,4. 2 fold,4. 5 fold, and 5. 1 fold ( all P＜0. 01 ) respectively, while PMA downregulated OCIL mRNA expression by 50% ( P＜0. 01 ). KT-5720, verapamil, W7, and PD98059 downregulated PGE2 induced OCIL mRNA expression by 56%, 40%, 65%, and 60%, respectively( all P＜0. 0l ). While chelerythrine enhanced PGE2 induced OCIL mRNA expression by 30% ( P＜0. 05 ). PGE2 up-regulated the expression of OCIL in rat osteoblastic cells via PKA, MAPK, and Ca2+/Calmodulin signaling pathways.

Objective To survey the distribution of TCM constitution of Guangxi adults.Methods Identification questionnaire of constitution in TCM was performed to identify the TCM constitution types of 3000 adults who were taken medical examination in the first affiliation hospital to GuangXi TCM university Health Administration Center or of permanent residence in Nanning,Wuming,Qinzhou,Hezhou.Results 612 cases (20.4％) had constitution of phlegm-dampness in 504 cases (16.8％) had constitution of phlegm-dampness,431 cases (14.3％) had constitution of yang asthenia,422 cases (14.1％) had constitution of qi asthenia,353 cases (11.8％) had constitution of damp-heat,348 cases (11.6％) had constitution of yin asthenia,159 cases (5.3％) had constitution of qi stagnation,100 cases (3.3％) had constitution of blood stasis,and 71 cases (2.4％) had allergic constitution.Conclusion There were 9 kinds constitutions in the adults of GuangXi province.The constitution of yin-yang harmony was the most among all.Most male had phlegm-dampness or damp-heat constitution.Most female had yang asthenia,qi asthenia,qi stagnation or yin asthenia constitution.

Objective To estimate the clinical value of 4 methods of endometrium preparation for frozen‐thawed embryo transfer(FET ) cycle .Methods Total 320 FET cycles completed in center of reproductive medicine of Qingyuan people′s hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed ,and divided into 4 groups :natural cycle group(group A ,n=70) ,o‐vulation‐inducing cycle group(group B ,n=152) ,hormone replacement treatment(HRT) cycle group (group C ,n=74) ,down‐regu‐lated HRT cycle (group D ,n=24) .The pregnancy outcomes were followed and compared among these different 4 groups .Results In FET cycles ,the clinical pregnancy rates and implantation rates of group B ,group C and group D were significantly higher than that of group A (P<0 .05) ,there were no significant differences in the rates of multiple pregnancy ,biochemical pregnancy ,early a‐bortion and ectopic pregnancy among 4 groups(P>0 .05) .However ,the rank of the FET cycle of group D was significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P<0 .05) .Conclusion In FET cycles ,the methods of ovulation‐inducing ,HRT and down‐reg‐ulated HRT all have favorable clinical outcomes ,and the method of down‐regulated HRT is more suitable for patients with previous implantation failure .
