This paper demonstrates that the visual and graphical repository can be established through extending the SVG standard, introducing C# script and customizing component into repository. The graphical system, which uses the technique of Visual Studio.Net, supports the secondary object-oriented development. It allows the user to not only add all kinds of component objects, but also add properties and functions for the object. In addition, the graphical system has a very good property of customization. It supports the C# script and the zoom in/zoom out of pictures. The file formats used in this system are XML and SVG.

Objective System evolution relationship and molecular identification method of the germplasm resources of Lycoris aurea from different regions was analyzed based on the sequence of psbA-trnH chloroplast gene. Methods DNA samples of 52 L. aurea populations were extracted from 15 provinces or cities in China. The psbA-trnH sequences of the populations were amplified by PCR, and the purified PCR products were sequenced and analyzed by Mega 5.0 software etc. Results The length of psbA-trnH sequences were 544-656 bp, and GC content of them was 35.8%-37.0%, and the genetic distances among the populations were 0-0.009 47. There were 33 variable (polymorphic) sites, including nine parsimony informative sites and 18 singleton variable sites and six insertion/deletion gaps. Ten haplotypes (H) were identified. Values of haplotype diversity (Hd) and nucleotide diversity (π) were 0.749 and 0.002 63, respectively. The genetic diversity of the populations of L. aurea were very high. In the maximum parsimony phylogenetic tree, 52 populations of L. aurea were clustered into four branches, which was almost consistent with their geographical distributions. Conclusion The genetic variation of L. aurea populations from different regions is significant and the psbA-trnH sequence could be used as a molecular evidence for identifying the germplasm resources of L. aurea from different regions. There is very obvious regional characteristics in evolution for germplasm resources of L. aurea in China.

Objective To investigate the expression and methylation status of HOXA7 gene in human pancreatic cancer cell lines, and to explore the relationship between them.Methods HOXA7 mRNA expression of human pancreatic cancer cell lines BxPC3, CFPAC1, PANC1 and SW1990was detected by RT PCR.Bisulfite sequencing PCR (BSP) and combined bisulfite restriction analysis (COBRA) was used to test promoter methylation status.All the cell lines were treated by 5-aza-2-deoxycytidine (5-aza-dC), and HOXA7mRNA expression, methylation status was detected before and after this treatment.Results HOXA7 mRNA was expressed in BxPC3, CFPAC1 and SW1990, while there was no expression of HOXA7 mRNA in PANC1.HOXA7 promoter methylation rates of CFPAC1, BxPC3, PANC1 and SW1990 were 93.16%, 90.65%,90.09% ,52.30%.HOXA7 promoter methylation rate of SW1990 was significantly lower than those in other 3cell lines ( P ＜0.01 ).After 5-aza-dC treatment, HOXA7 mRNA of PANC1 was expressed again, and HOXA7mRNA of BxPC3 was increasingly expressed;while the expression of HOXA7 mRNA in CFPAC1 and SW1990was not significantly changed after 5-aza-dC treatment.Conclusions The expression of HOXA7 mRNA in BxPC3 and PANC1 was closely correlated with promoter hypermethylation, while there was no obvious relation in CFPAC 1 and SW1990.

Objective To determine the methylation status and expression of Ras association domain family 1A (RASSF1A), and the possible effect between promoter aberrant methylation and pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer. Methods The methylation status of RASSF1A promoter CpG island (CGI) pancreatic cancer cell line BxPC3 was detected in 5 cases of normal pancreatic tissue and 13 pairs of pancreatic cancer tissues (tumor and peri-tumor) by using COBRA (combined bisulfite restriction analysis) and the methylation rate was calculated. The RASSF1A mRNA expression of BxPC3 was compared between pre- and post-treatment of the inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase (5-Aza-2-deoxycitydine, 5-Aza-dC). Results The average methylation rate of RASSF1A promoter CGI was 62.90% in BXPC3, 9.14% in normal pancreas, 53.79% in peri-tumors (TP), and 55.82% in tumors. The methylation rates in port-tumors and tumors were significantly increased when compared with that of normal pancreas (P < 0.01), while there was no significant difference between in peri-tumors and tumors (P > 0.05). After 5-Aza-dC treatting BxPC3 cells, the methylation rates decreased to 42.5% (P < 0. 05) and RASSF1A mRNA expression was enhanced. Conclusions Aberrant hypermethylation of RASSF1A promoter CGI could be considered as an early event in the process of pancreatic cancer and participates in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of clinical therapy of using six flavor glutinous rehmannis pill on chronic adult periodontal inflammation.

METHODS120 adult patients who have been cured for their periodontitis were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Control group was only treated with SRP (scaling and root planning), and test group was requested to take six flavor glutinous rehmannis pills orally for 5 months after SRP.

RESULTSAfter taking the medicine for 5 months, RPD (reduction in probing depth) was 0.43 mm, GAL (gain in attachment level) was 0.22 mm and was quite different from the control group (P < 0.01) .

CONCLUSIONSRP together with six flavor glutinous rehmannis pill is better than pure SRP in RPD and GAL, it is one kind of taking medicine for improving resistibility and maintenance therapy.

? AlM: To analyze the reason of corneal epithelial implantation and ingrowth after laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASlK ) , and summarize the treatment experiences.
?METHODS: The clinical data of postoperative corneal epithelial ingrowth on 18 cases (30 eyes) from 1 256 cases (2 256 eyes) after LASlK were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012. After the treatment of all eyes, patients’ general visual quality scores before and after treatment were analyzed.
?RESULTS:There were 18 cases ( 30 eyes ) with corneal epithelial implantation and ingrowth after LASlK, and the incidence rate was 1. 3%. ln the 18 cases (30 eyes), there were 12 eyes corneal flap epithelial ingrowth caused by postoperative trauma, 12 eyes caused by multiple corneal flap flush, 2 eyes caused by intraoperative irregular corneal flap, and nothing special for 4 eyes. The classification of corneal epithelial ingrowth of 30 eyes:grade I, 11 cases (18 eyes);gradeII, 4 cases (8 eyes);grade Ⅲ, 3 cases ( 4 eyes ) . Grade I-II were treated with TobraDex eye drops and intraocular pressure lowering drug. Grade Ⅲ firstly were treated by drugs, otherwise by surgery if it didn’t improve. After treatment, 8 cases (13 eyes) epithelial ingrowth disappeared from 11 cases ( 18 eyes ) , 3 cases ( 5 eyes ) implanted epithelial tumor shrank in grade l;epithelial implantation of 2 cases (4 eyes) in grade II disappeared, implantation degree of 2 cases (4 eyes) reduced to grade I;2 cases (2 eyes) in grade Ⅲ had 0. 5 ~ 1mm wide flap edge shallow gray ribbon 1 mm inside the limbus, visual acuity was 0. 8 ~1. 2, 1 case ( 2 eyes ) treated with curettage corneal epithelial implantation and endophytic epithelium hadn’t relapsed in the follow-up. After the treatment, 18 cases of corneal epithelial ingrowth got lower visual quality scores than those before therapy (Hc=10. 511, P<0. 01).
?CONCLUSlON: Operation standardized, postoperative early detection and aggressive treatment are important for prevention and treatment of complications after LASlK.

Objective To observe the effect of soy isoflavones on incretion of female rats. Methods 42 fe-male rots of 12 weeks old were divided into 3 groups at random. Low dose group were perfused with 40mg · kg-1·d-1 into stomach per day;high dose group were perfused with 80mg·kg-1·d-1 into stomach per day;control group were perfused with physiological saline into stomach. After 14 days,collected blood via jugular vein and tested 4 inde-xes-FSH, LH,E2 and P with chemoluminescence method. Results In 3 groups of soy isoflavones low doee group,soy isoflavones high dose group and control group,FSH were (0.13±0.021) mIu/ml, (0.12±0.018) mIu/ml, (0.15 ±0.024) mIu/ml respectively; LH were (0.17±0.032) mIu/ml, (0.15±0.043) mIu/ml, (0.18±0.047) mIu/ml respectively, which has no obvious differences (P > 0.05) ; E2 were (0.09±0.03) nmol/L, (0.03±0.03) nmol/L, (0.12±0.04) nmol/L respectively; P were (1.43±0.27) ng/ml, (2.82±0.37) ng/ml, (0.67±0.56) ng/ml re-spectivdy. Compare those 3 groups, E2 activeness of soy isoflavones group decreased obviously; but P activeness of soy isoflavones group increased obviously. Conclusion Soy isoflavones has no obvious effect on hypophysis hormone of rat, but the soy isoflavones of different dosages may measure the secretion of female rat ovary hormones by estrogen ac-tivity and antiestrogen activity.

Two cases, who subjected non-operative treatment, survired 39,61 months, respectively.Conclusions Clinical manifestations of NPNEC are non-specific. Only a few tumors in NPNEC patients do not yield peptide hormones. Treatment of NPNEC (including patients with liver metastasis) with aggressive surgical resection followed by interventional methods can result in excellent overall long-term survival.

AIM: To evaluate the immunogenicity of a novel orthopedics materials (graded zirconia-hydroxyapatite composite) in vitro by using peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from healthy young people, and simple zirconia-hydroxyapatite composited material was used as control materials. METHODS: Proliferation of PBMCs cultured in different liquid after 5 days was measured by MTT methods. ELISA was used to detect TNF-? and IL-6 concentration in the supernatant of PBMCs cultured in the extracts after 24 hours. Flow cytometery was used to measure CD69 and CD25 in activated PBMCs cultured in the extracts of the two kinds of materials after 24 hours. OBJECTIVETo explore a new method and its clinical significance of restorative ceramo-metal by using a self-made crown post-core to reutilize the broken crown.

METHODS18 teeth were restored with ceramo-metal tooth by using self-made crown post-core in order to preserve the old broken base tooth. The patients' own feelings and clinical effect were observed.

RESULTSFollowed up for 1-3 years, 83.3% (15 teeth) of the patients were successful. Among the group one was failed because of bad condition of post and caused split of tooth root. The second failure was caused by uneven force by coherent paste uneven. The third failure was caused by tight biting force and caused the tooth broken.

CONCLUSIONRestoring ceramo-metal tooth by using self-made crown post-core in order to re-utilize the broken crown of the base tooth is convenient and low cost and is suitable for basic hospitals.
