Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(10):727-730
Chemokines have corresponding expressions in different tumor growth, metastasis or inhibition, and they may become the important standard of diagnosis and markers of prognosis for tumor in the future.Application of chemokine is especially important for the evaluation of tumor in clinical.By means of the studies of different expressions of chemokines in various tumors,it will be more in-depth understanding of tumors in micro-fields.Combined with clinical, the appropriate methods and means on targeted treatment can be taken for different tumors.
3.Clinical value of negative pressure vacuum cushion combined with thermoplastic body membrane in radiotherapy for Wilms tumor in children
Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2017;26(8):934-937
Objective To investigate the clinical value of negative pressure vacuum cushion combined with thermoplastic body membrane in radiotherapy for Wilms tumor in children. Methods A total of 42 pediatric patients with Wilms tumor who received radiotherapy after surgery were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into two groups according to the fixation positions:group A and group B.During radiotherapy, the patients in group A were fixed with negative pressure vacuum cushion, and those in group B were fixed by negative pressure vacuum cushion combined with thermoplastic body membrane. The setup errors, short-term effects, adverse reactions, and prognosis were compared between the two groups.ResultsGroup B showed significantly lower translational errors and rotational errors, as well as significantly higher rates of ≤3 mm and ≤5 mm errors, compared with the group A (P=0.04,0.04,0.04,0.03,0.00,0.04,0.04,0.00,0.04).Group B also showed significantly higher complete remission rates and response rates than group A (P=0.02,0.04).There were no significant differences in the adverse reaction rates (P=0.75) and the overall survival (OS) rates at 2 and 3 years (P=0.68,0.74) between the two groups.Group A had the MPTV values in left-right (LR) direction (x-axis), superior-inferior (SI) direction (y-axis), and anterior-posterior (AP) direction (z-axis) being 5.74 mm, 5.93 mm, and 5.94 mm, respectively, and group B had the MPTV values at LR, SI, and AP directions being 4.21 mm, 5.71 mm, and 4.61 mm, respectively. Conclusions In the radiotherapy positioning for Wilms tumor in children, fixation limbs with negative pressure vacuum cushion combined with thermoplastic body membrane effectively reduces the setup errors and improves the effect of radiotherapy, so it holds promise for clinical application.
4.Diagnosis Study Progress of Aortopulmonary Septal Defect
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(13):-
Aortopulmonary septal defect is a rare anomaly,it should be considered whenever the course of complex congenital heart di-sease includes early cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension. So the importance of early correction to avoid irreversible pulmonary hypertension was emphasized.Noninvasive imaging with echocardiography and (or) 64MRSCT will adequately define the anatomy before surgery,it's necessary to perform cardiac catheterization to evaluate the reversability of pulmonary vessels when pulmonary hypertention is suspected.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(8):1134-1138
Epilepsies associated with KCNQ2 are a spectrum of disorders, and KCNQ2 mutations lead to a variety of phenotypes from the severest to the mildest, from early onset epileptic encephalopathy (EOEE) to benign familial neonatal convulsion (BFNC).The type and the position of KCNQ2 mutations may be associated with phenotypes, and provide a clue for assessing prognosis.KCNQ2 mutations lead to the reduced protein expression, abnormal distribution of potassium channels or decreased currents of potassium channels. It is the potential mechanism that KCNQ2 mutations cause different phenotypes.Recent studies have also found that KCNQ2 mutations may trigger seizures by enhancing potassium channel currents;however it needs further studies to verify.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To study the effect of heparin on the ConA induced acute liver injury inKunming mice, twenty four mice were randomly divided into groups A,B and C.To the mice in group A, 0 2ml of normal saline (NS) was intravenously administered, while those in group B were given ConA 18mg/kg instead of NS in order to induce severe acute liver injury. Heparin was injected subcutaneously in a dose of 100U per animal at the same time as ConA challenge in group C. Compared with group B, prior injection of heparin in group C significantly decreased the mice death rate and the peak levels of serum ALT within 8h. At the same time, intrasinusoidal congestion and hepatic inflammation were alleviated significantly, and MDA level in liver homogenate was lowered markedly. It suggested that heparin is efficient in protecting the mice from liver injury induced by ConA.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective:To analyze the optimal application groups and influent factors of MMSE were studied. Methods:A total of 4921 old people aged 55 years and over were selected by means of randomized stratification cluster sampling from the urban and rural areas in Xi'an. The MMSE scores distribution and positive predictive values were analyzed among subjects of different ages and educational levels. Multiple stepwise regression method was used to evaluate significant variables. Results:MMSE scores showed a negative and cliff distributions for different ages, education levels, as well as for the whole sample. Moreover, these features were found to be most pronounced in relatively younger old subjects (less 70 years) with comparably higher educational levels (upper high school). Accordingly, the screening-out rates for dementia were higher among relatively older subjects with poor educational levels, when compared to younger and fairly well-educated subjects. Variables such as education, age, sex, hearing loss and daily functional abilities could significantly affect the MMSE score ( P

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
Objective To explore the effects of galantamine on function of learning and memory and cholinergic neurons in cortex and hippocampus in rat models of Alzheimer's disease (AD) so as to further investigate the mechanism of cholinesterase inhibitors in improving the cognitive ability of AD patients. Methods The AD rat models established by injecting amyloid-beta protein (A? 1-40) into the bilateral Meynert nucleus were intervened with galantamine, and their abilities of learning and memory were measured with a behavioral test. Meanwhile, the changes in choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) in the rats were examined with immunohistochemical technique. Results In the AD model rats administered with galantamine, the performances in the test were significantly improved and ChAT immunoreactive positive neurons were increased significantly in hippocampus and cortex fields. Conclusion Galantamine can significantly improve the function of learning and memory of the AD model rats, and enhancing the survival characteristics of cholinergic neurons may be one of the important mechanisms, indicating a new possible mechanism of cholinesterase inhibitors as a remedy for AD.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Objective:To extract the mung bean trypsin inhibitor(MBTI) from mung bean and to study the inhibitory activity of MBTI against proprotein convertases(PCs).Methods: MBTI was purified to homogeneity by ammonium sulfate precipitation, sequential chromatography of gel filtration, ion exchange, affinity chromatography and HPLC.The high expression strains of 2 PCs,Kexin and Furin, were selected.Kexin and Furin were purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and gel filtration. The inhibitory activity of MBTI against Kexin and Furin was assayed and the inhibitory constants(Ki) of MBTI against the 2 PCs were calculated by Dixon's plot. Results:The purified MBTI showed a single peak on HPLC and a single band on SDS-PAGE.The inhibitory activity of MBTI against Kexin(Ki= 3.9?10~(-9)mol/L) was stronger than that against Furin. Conclusion: MBTI can inhibit both Kexin and Furin, especially Kexin, and also can be an ideal inhibitor against PCs after further modification.
