Objective:To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research on the real experience of children and adolescent cancer survivors returning to school. Methods:CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Database, China Biomedical Medline Disc, CINAHL, Web of Science, PubMed, SinoMed, Embase and Cochrane Library were searched for collecting qualitative research on the real experience of children and adolescent cancer survivors returning to school, and the search period was from establishment of databases to May 2022. The quality of the literature was evaluated using the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Centre Quality Evaluation Criteria for Qualitative Research (2016 edition). Meta integration method was used to integrate the results. Results:A total of 9 literatures were included and 39 research results were extracted, which were summarized into 8 new categories and summarized into 3 integrated results, namely, influencing factors of returning to school, benefits of returning to school, and support and demand for returning to school. Conclusions:Returning to school has a certain effect on the physical and mental health, life, education and social interaction of children and adolescent cancer survivors. Medical personnel should pay attention to the process of children and adolescent cancer survivors returning to school, and provide targeted professional support to help them improve their quality of life.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the quality of continuing care services carried out by nursing staff in China, comprehensively integrate the influencing factors of continuing care services, and provide guidance for promoting the development of continuing care in China. Methods:PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, CMB, SinoMed, CINAHL, CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP related qualitative studies were searched from the database establishment to March 2022. The NoteExpress software was used to screen and analyze the literature, the 2017 Australian JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center quality research quality evaluation standard was used to conduct qualitative evaluation of the literature, and the Meta-integration method was adopted to carry out pooled integration. The ConQual approach was used to evaluate the quality of the integrated results. Results:A total of 39 results were extracted from 11 studies. Eleven new categories were summarized and four integrated results were obtained, which were: nurses lack relevant cognitive, motivational and behavioral skills; patients have poor compliance and low trust in medical prescriptions; lack of team management, method guidance and system standards; lack of connection sharing, input supply and upper protection. The total evidential quality of the integration results was intermediate. Conclusions:At present, nurses should strengthen their own ability, pay attention to patient education, enhance the sense of trust between doctors and patients. Managers should pay attention to team building, standardize the service standards and systems. The state should increase input, improve social policy support and legal protection; for the orderly development of continuity of care services escort.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2023;29(4):432-438
Objective:To systematically evaluate and summarize the cognition and experience of nursing students on death events of patients in clinical experience. Methods:This is a Meta-integration. PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, China Biology Medicine (CBM) , SinoMed, CINAHL, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang and VIP databases were searched for qualitative studies on nursing students' experience of patient death in clinical practice. The retrieval time was from the database construction to October 30, 2021. The quality of the literature was evaluated using the 2017 version of Australian Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-based Health Care Center Qualitative Research Quality Evaluation criteria, and the integrative/aggregative synthesis method was used to summarize the included studies. Results:A total of 17 studies were included, 67 research results were extracted and similar results were summarized into 12 new categories to form 4 integrated results, such as negative emotion and change of nursing students, positive emotion and change of nursing students, internal and external challenges in the process of experiencing patient death and multiple strategies for nursing students to cope with patient death. Conclusions:Experience of clinical death events will bring dual emotional experience and changes to nursing students. Clinical and school educators should guide them to form a positive outlook on life and death and values, give timely health education and support and constantly improve the clinical death coping ability of nursing students.

Objective To study the effect of recombinant human platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase (rPAF-AH) on candidate plasticity-related gene 15 (CPG15) expression in focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods Forty-five SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, saline group and rPAF-AH group (15 in each group).A middle cerebral artery occlusion model of rats was established for the latter two groups. Each group was divided into 2 d group,7 d group,14 d group.Five rats in each of 2 d group,7 d group,14 d group were used in experiment. The total protein was extracted from coronary sections using homogenate.CPG15 protein expression was detected by Western blot. Results The CPG15 protein expression level was significantly higher in saline group and rPAF-AH group than in sham operation group on days 2,7,14 and reached its peak on day 7,and in rPAF-AH group than in saline group on day 7 (1.48±0.04 vs 1.12±0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion PAF-AH plays a positive role in neuroplasticity of cerebral ischemia by upregulating the CPG-15 expression in focal cerebral ischemia rats.
