While Internet brings convenience to teenagers,there are some negative and bad things too.In the network,various sorts of information is mixed,the good and bad are intermingled,and much harmful information has become the pollution source to students' inner world,which will have great impact on the moral socialization and virtue.

Objective To study the drug resistance of infection bacteria deriving from acute appendicitis patients.Methods The separation and the drug sensitive characteristic of bacteria deriving from the specimen of acute appendicitis patients were ana-lyzed,who were admitted in the general department of our hospital from January to June 2013.Results One hundred and six bacte-ria strains were isolated.Among them,100 (94.34%)strains were Gram negative bacteria strains,including escherichia coli,kleb-siella pneumonia bacillus and verdigris fake single spore bacterium,in a proportion of 67.92%,1 1.32% and 5.66% respectively. The resistance of piperacillin,ciprofloxacin,gentamycin,levofloxacin,tobramycin and cefepime was high in Gram negative bacteria, while the lower resistance to piperacillin/ tazobactam,cefoxitin and imipenem.Conclusion The resistant rate of acute appendicitis infection bacteria is high.

Objective:The non targeted high-throughput urine metabolomics technology was used to study the pathogenesis of APP/PS 1 double transgenic mice and the mechanism of action of Gouteng san.Methods:5-month-old APP/PS 1 double transgenic mice were test with Morris water maze for spatial learning ability.Then we employed the non targeted high-throughput urine metabolomics technology to study the pathogenesis of APP/PS1 double transgenic mice based on the metabolic network.The focus investigation of the key pathways and the observation of the treatment by Morris water maze and metabolic level have been used after spatial learning ability damaged confirmed.Results:The comparison between APP/PS1 double transgenic mice and normal mice suggested that a significant longer was existed in former,which was call-back by Gouteng san.With the non targeted high-throughput urine metabolomics analysis and pathway focused analysis,we found certain signals from metabolic profiling,which was identified to be 6 biomarkers associated with learning and memory function by mass spectrometry analysis or authoritative database.Respectively,they were taurine,pteroylglutamic acid,neopterin,glutaurine,2-oxoglutarate and dihydroneopterin.They were mainly related to taurine metabolism and folate metabolism and represented an effective callback.Conclusion:Gouteng san possess a favorable effect on learning and memory ability of APP/PS1 double transgenic mice,6 biomarkers may be a potential target for the pathogenesis of APP/PSI double transgenic mice and provide experimental basis for the study of Gouteng san.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the anti-infection treatment for gas gangrene chil-dren. METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participated in the anti-infection treatment of a child with gas gangrene;according to clini-cal symptoms and consultation opinions of different departments,it was suggested to use Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodi-um for injection for initial anti-infection treatment. After debridement and drainage of left lower limb,removal of necrotic tissue, clinical pharmacists suggested to stop giving Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection and use Benzylpenicillin sodi-um for injection combined with Imipenem and cilastatin sodium for injection instead for anti-infection treatment according to etiolog-ical characteristic of gas gangrene and related guidelines. According to the results of bacterial culture of wound secretion and drug sensitivity test,clinical pharmacists additionally suggested to use Clindamycin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection 0.6 g, q8 h,ivgtt to inhibit the generation of Clostridium perfringens.According to the changes of patient's signs and etiological results, it was suggested to stop taking Clindamycin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection,use Vancomycin hydrochloride for injec-tion successively. RESULTS:The physicians adopted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists.After surgical treatment and anti-infec-tion treatment,the patient's condition was improved,the vital signs were stable,and the patient was transferred to the general ward of orthopedics department for further treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists participate in the treatment of gas gan-grene child,and assist physicians to formulate and adjust anti-infection treatment plan according to related guidelines,clinical symp-toms,etiological examination results and consultation opinions,so as to guarantee safe and effective drug use.

Objective:To understand the present situation of professional quality in free medical oriented students of different grades so as to carry out targeted education and guidance.Methods:The questionnaire survey was carried out among the 805 Grade 2012 to Grade 2016 students in Chongqing Medical University from December 2016 to January 2017. Grade data were expressed as rate and Spearman's rank correlation was performed using SPSS 17.0 for data analysis.Results:A total of 780 questionnaires were effectively collected in this survey with a recovery rate of 96.9%. Statistically significant differences were found in most items such as the students' ideological and moral quality, clinical practice skills and innovation ability ( P<0.05); no significant differences were observed in the students' theoretical learning quality as well as physical and mental quality ( P>0.05). Conclusion:We demonstrate that it’s necessary to take targeted measures for better guidance of students' professional quality through deeply analyzing the present situation of professional quality in different grade free medical oriented students

Brain atlas provides a spatial reference system on which other images can be interpreted in a consistent way, and it is essential for the brain imaging research. However, because of the differences in structure between occidental and oriental brains, the brain atlas based on Western populations, e. g., the International Consortium for Brain Mapping's 154 T1 Weighted Average Atlas, may not be appropriate for other ethnic groups. Therefore, in the present study, we produce an average brain atlas which is based on the data collected from 100 healthy Chinese volunteers. The differences in brains between the Chinese population and the Western population were also investigated. Comparatively,Chinese brains are wider and shorter in size, and smaller in volume.

Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of endoscopic cholecystolithotomy after endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided lumen-apposing metal stent (LAMS) implantation in animals.Methods:Six miniature pigs of 30-35 kg were selected to laparotomy under intravenous anesthesia. Two to four sterile human stones with diameter of 0.8-2.0 cm were implanted in their gallbladder. After successful modeling, LAMS was implanted between the stomach and gallbladder under the guidance of EUS. Ultrafine endoscope was used to search and remove stones after passing the gastric stent into the gallbladder. Endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) and endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage (ERBD) was performed to prevent bile leakage. And then ordinary endoscope was used to remove LAMS and close the wound. The success rate, operation time, and incidence of complications were analyzed.Results:Five pigs were successfully implanted with LAMS, and the ultrafine endoscope entered the gallbladder smoothly. Small stones were removed from the stone basket, and large stones were completely removed after laser lithotripsy. The total operation time was 87-128 min. No postoperative complications such as bleeding, perforation, infection, or biliary fistula were observed. Failure in 1 pig was due to the first EST plus ERBD, resulting in rapid reduction of gallbladder volume and away from the gastric cavity leading to puncture difficulties.Conclusion:Endoscopic cholecystolithotomy after EUS-guided LAMS implantation is safe and feasible, and may provide animal experimental evidence for potential therapeutic approach for patients with difficulty in cholecystectomy.
