Objective To evaluate the effects of the different treatments for vitiligo in the special sites. Methods 122 cases (375 leuk oplakiae) of vitiligo in special sites were randomly divided into 5 groups:hair germ grafting (HGG) group (42 cases), resurfacing (RS) group (52 cases), follicular scraping injection (FSI) group (35 cases), liquid nitrogen freezing (LNF) group (30 cases) and external medication (EM) group (45 cases). Efficacy of the treatments was observed and evaluated in different groups and all the data were statistically analyzed. Results Effective rates were 97.1 % in HGG group, 94.7 % in RS group, 59.7 % in FSI group, 57.1 % in LNF group and 45.6 % in EM group.There were very significant differences between different groups ( ? 2 = 111.7, P

AIM:To study the expressions of galectin-3 and the possible anti-infectious function in genital tract of female mouse. METHODS:The expressions of galectin-3 mRNA in different reproductive tissues were analyzed by RT-PCR. The mouse model of genital tract infection was constructed by injection of LPS and Freunds adjuvant incomplete into the vaginal mucous. The expression pattern of galectin-3 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS:The expression of galectin-3 mRNA was detected in the uterus,vagina,oviduct and ovary of normal adult mouse. Objective To find a rapid and simple method for quantifying the amount of eluted proteins in chromatography. Methods The method was developed by utilizing the principle of the absorbance of protein at 280 nm and the integral function of the software UNICORN for AKTA FPLC, namely, the protein quantity was evaluated based on its A_ 280 and peak area. Results The relation between peak area and quantity of the protein was linear correlation. The protein quantity could be expressed as X=Y/A. The Y represented the peak area (mAU?ml) of the interested fraction, and A represented the measurable value (mAU) of 1 g/L interested protein through the FPLC 280 nm cell and X was the quantity of the interested protein (mg). The method was used in the purification of recombinant human zona pellucida-3 protein (rhZP3)and the quantity of the purified rhZP3 evaluated from the formula was confirmed by Lowry method. Conclusion The method is easy, rapid, repeatable and practicable to quantify the protein in chromatography.

Objective:To explore the effects of anterior temporal lobectomy on the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score, memory of patients with intractable temporal lobe epilepsy.Methods:104 patients with refractory temporal lobe epilepsy admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2019 were selected, of which 68 cases were treated surgically as the observation group and 36 cases were treated medically as the control group. MMSE score, memory and social functions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.59%, which was significantly higher than 83.33% of the control group ( P<0.05). The MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 month and 6 months after treatment ( P<0.05); the MMSE score of the control group at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment ( P<0.05). Six months after treatment, performance intelligence quotient (PIQ), verbal intelligence quotient (VIQ) and full intelligence quotient (FIQ) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05). The memory quotient (MQ) of observation group was lower than that of control group 1 month after treatment ( P<0.05), and higher than that of control group six months after treatment ( P<0.05). Six months after treatment, the scores of social function and comprehensive quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05). There were 4 cases of complications in the observation group after treatment, all of them improved after drug treatment, without other serious complications. Conclusions:Anterior temporal lobectomy is effective in the treatment of refractory temporal lobe epilepsy, it can improve cognitive and memory functions and social behavior function of patients, and has less complications after operation, with certain clinical application value.

In the current clinical diagnosis, medical images have become an important basis for diagnosis, and different modes of medical images provide different tissue information and functional information. Single-mode images can only provide single diagnostic information, by which difficult and complicated diseases cannot be diagnosed, and comprehensive and accurate diagnostic results can be obtained only with the help of multiple diagnostic information. The multimodal fusion technology fuses multiple modes of medical images into single-mode images, and thus the single-mode images contain complementary information between multiple modes of images, so that sufficient information for clinical diagnosis can be obtained in a single image. In this paper, the multimodal medical image fusion methods are sorted into two types, namely the traditional fusion method and the fusion method based on deep learning.
