Objective To analyze the incidence and pathological characteristic of gastric cancer in young patients and to explore the possibility of screening and preventing hereditary gastric cancer. Methods 68 young patients with gastric cancer under 35 years of age were retrospectively analyzed about their sex, endoscopes datum, clinic representation,pathology and expression of c-erbB-2 protein. Results The hemoglobin was lower in the female group (94. 5 ±21.7) g/L than male group(126. 2 ± 12. 8) g/L(t =4. 502 ,P ＜0.05) ;The malignant pathology was significant difference(P ＜0.05) in young female group than the male' s;The expression of c-erbB-2 protein has no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05). Conclusions Gastric cancer in young patients was diagnosed later, misdignosed more,and move highly malignant. The prognosis is poor. Those phenomena was obviously in female.

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Teprenone combined with esomeprazole for reflux esophagitis. Methods 96 cases of reflux esophagitis comfirmed by endoscope were obtained and divied into observation group and control group randomly. Both groups were offered with esomeprazole and motilium. Teprenone was added to the observation group and sucralfate was added to the control group. Clinical effective rate,healing rate,adverse reactions and one-year follow up were observed closely after the course of 8 weeks. Results The relief time of clinical symptom and total effective rate in the observation group were(9.3 ±3.5)d and 95.8% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). Endoscopic effective rate was 93.8% in observation group and 81.2% in control group respectively and statistically significant difference was observed (P ＜0. 05). Recurrence rate after one year in the observation group was 8. 3% ,which was significantly lower than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). One case of headache and nausea occurred in both groups but no severe adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion Teprenone combined with esomeprazole were more effective and more likely to approach the complete cure for reflux esophagitis.

Aim To investigate the effects of endocrinal petptide urocortin on subthalamic nucleus (STN) neuron''s discharge, also observe the convergence effect of UCN with dopamine (DA) and glutamate (GLU), so as to understand the regulation effects of UCN and its mechanism in Parkinson''s disease (PD).Methods Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this experiment.Nerve electrophysiology method-microiontophoresis was used to observe the effects of UCN on STN neuron firing rates and firing wave.Astressin (AST, the blocker of CRF receptor 2), protein kinase A (PKA) were used to observe the effects of UCN whether via CRF-2R and PKA signal pathway.Moreover, given UCN during the period of DA and GLU, the effects of UCN on DA and GLU in STN neurons were determined.Results During the period of using the UCN, UCN could inhibit the firing rate of 82％ (27/33) STN neuron (P<0.01), and the firing discharge rates were reduced from(3.65±0.27)Hz to (2.05±0.33) Hz (P<0.01).However, the inhibitory effects of UCN in STN could be antagonized by AST.Given UCN during the period of microiontophoresis of inhibitory neurotransmitter (DA) and excited neurotransmitter (GLU), UCN could enhance the effects of DA and attenuate the excitatory effects of GLU (P<0.01).Conclusion UCN and GLU/DA in STN, UCN play inhibitory and regulated effects on STN neurotransmitters(DA and GLU)via CRF-2 receptor and PKA signal pathway.

Objective To investigate the effects of levothyroxine (Levo-thyroid hormone,L-TH4) in pregnancy subclinical hypothyroidism (SCHT), and study the relationship between L-TH4 with thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and glucose metabolism. The research could provide theoretical basis for the treatment of SCHT. Methods Sixty pregnant women were selected and signed the medical informed consent. The pregnancy were divided into three groups, 20 cases in each group.Normal control group: pregnancy underwent routine thyroid function normal; SCHT group: SCHT pregnancy patients who did not use drugs to treat SCHT; L-TH4 group: SCHT pregnancy patients given L-TH4 treatment. The blood was taken to test the contents of glucose level and HbA1c were observed; the activity of TSH and TPO were tested by ELISA method; HE staining method was used to observe the changing of placenta tissue. Results Compared with normal control group, the glucose and HbA1c were significantly increased in SCHT group (P<0.05). However, L-TH4 could decrease these index, compare with the SCHT group, and reduce the level of TSH and the activity of TPO, the difference was statistically significantly (P<0.05). Moreover, L-TH4 could improve the changing of placenta tissue. Conclusion L-TH4 could reduce blood glucose and HbA1c levels, also reduced the level of TSH and the activity of TPO in SCHT. L-TH4 could improve the changing of placenta tissue.

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients undergoing NovaSure endometrial ablation. Methods Two hundred and eleven patients with abnormal uterine bleeding claiming no need of giving birth,who were hospitalized in our hospital during August 2011 to April 2013,were managed with NovaSure endometrial ablation and nursing care was performed.Follow-ups were conducted for investigating the curative effects.Results All the patients lived through the operations,their life signs were stable.As for the adverse effects,124 of them had mild abdominal pains,7 medium-level or severe hypogastralgia,1 dizziness and nausea,10 uterial hematocele,and 1 cystitis.All of them got recovered after treatment.One-month follow-up after hospitalization showed a success rate of 98.0%.Conclusions NovaSure is a new approach to abnormal uterine bleeding.It is advantageous for its simplicity,shortness in operation duration,less trauma to patients and good effects.Meanwhile,preoperative mental care and cooperative care during operation may facilitate their recoveries.

Objective To investigate the occupational stress and mental health of the staffs of disabled care agency, and the main factors related. Methods The staffs were investigated with Work Stress Scale, Coping Style Questionnaire, and Symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results The work stress was hard in the subjects with poor mental health condition. Their cope style was mainly positive and mature. Gender,levels of education, jobs, and coping styles related with the work stress, while the work stress and coping style related with the mental health. Conclusion The staffs in disabled care agency experience work stress and erious mental problems, which need to be solved.

Objective To establish the method of identifying MRSA with Taqman-fluorescence quantitative PCR basing on mecA/nuc/fem B three gene combined detecting.Methods Taking the coagulase positive MRSA,which isolated from the clinical samples and confirmed by VITEK 2 compact microbial analyzer,as the research obj ect,designed mecA/nuc/fem B specific PCR primers and Taqman fluorescent probe by bio-software PrimerPremier 5 and Designer Beacon 7,FAM,HEX and ROX markers were used to label the fluorescent probe at 5’,and the end of 3’was labeled with BHQ1,detected by fluo-rescence quantitative PCR instrment.Results ①1 g/dl gel electrophoresis results showed that the primer’s specificity of mec A/nuc/fem B were good,and molecular weight of the amplification band consistent with the expected molecular weight and no non-specific amplification band.②Three genes were obtained specific amplification in a single tube single channel and single tube multiple channel detection in PCR,and the three gene amplification effect in a single tube single tube single chan-nel and multichannel PCR similar.Conclusion Successfully established a method of multi channel Taqman-probe fluores-cence quantitative PCR identification of MRSA,mec A/nuc/fem B combined detection can effectively differentiate coagulase negative and positive MRSA,improve the accuracy of identification.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of c-erbB-2 and rim23, and their clinical significance in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of c-erbB-2 and nm23 were detected by using immunohistochemical (SP) method in 85 surgi-cally removed specimens from patients with gastric cancer. Results The expression rate of c-erbB-2 and nm23 were 74.1% (63/85),52.9% (45/85). c-erbB-2 was positively correlated with the location, size and depth of invasion of gastric cancer, but not related with the histological types and lymph node metastasis. The expression rate of nm23 in patients without lymph node metastasis (85.7%) and in stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ (72.7%) was higher than that in patients with lymph node metastasis (42.2%) and in stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ (46.0%). The depth of inva-sion and clinical stage between the patients with c-erbB-2 over-expression and nm23 low-expression were positively related(P<0.01 or P<0.01). Conclusion c-erbB-2 promoted growth and invasion of gastric cancer, and nm23 restrained metastasis of gastric cancer. Both c-erbB-2 and nm23 could be served as predictors for biological behavior of gastric cancer.

Objective To collect the incidence and distribution of congenital malformations ,find monitor-ing and preventive measures,to provide a basis for reasonable allocation of health resources for clinical depart-ments. Methods According to The International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10)chapter 17 encoding table, we analyze our hospital′s cases from January 2003 to December 2010 in order to understand the incidence of con-genital malformations of every system. Results Top five diseases are:cleft palate deformity ,genital malforma-tion,congenital heart disease and digestive system malformation in equal third place,and facial deformity. The age ranged from 1d to 35 y,men more than women. Conclusions The key to effectively reduce the incidence of con-genital malformation is strictly implement the three-level intervention mechanism. Prevention ,early detection and early treatment will improve the patient′s quality of life.

Objective To summarize the operation period in the treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)clinical effect with inguinal hernia.Methods 60-96years old in elderly patients with BPH complicated with inguinal hernia in 53 cases,transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUREP)or open operation for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,while using bard tension-free repair of inguinal hernia, disposable operation treatment of BPH complicated with inguinal hernia,the clinical effect and safety were observed. Results 53 cases were cured all operation,followed up for 6months to 2years,there were no recurrence of hernia operation,incision infection and other complications of operation.Micturition was apparent improvement.The average postoperative hospital stay was 7.6days,14 863 yuan for hospitalization.Conclusion It is safe and effective for sim-ultaneous TURP andinguinal hernia repair,which can avoid pain,and two times the risk of operation and anesthesia, especially has the positive significance in aged patients.
