OBJECTIVE:To study the change regular of esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme of Polyporus umbellatus. METHOD:Using polypropylene amide circle electrophoresis.RESULTS：The pattern and activity of isozyme in same strain had some difference at different culture days,but some of isozyme pattern bands of the Rf value were visible in whole culture stage.Every strain had its peculiar pattern bands.CONCLUSION:The number of isozyme pattern bands and enzyme activity were proportional to the growing rate of myceliun,as well as its metabolic activity.

In asexual propagation, the use of short tree branches not only can save timber material but also maintain the yield.Conclusion This new cultivation method can be used to save timber while maintaining the quality and quantity in the production of G. elata.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Toxoplasma infection and schizophrenia by comparing the clinical symptoms between the antitoxoplasma-seropositive and seronegative patients with schizophrenia.Methods: Six hundred cases of first-episode schizophrenia were examined the serum reactivity to IgG antitoxoplasma antibody by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). And the clinical symptoms of the schizophrenic patients were scored by use of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS). Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of pneumatic lithotripsy combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in patients with ureteral stones. Methods Pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ESWL was employed in the treatment of 365 cases of ureteral stones. Results Of the 365 cases,the operation succeeded in 360 cases and failed in 2 cases,and ureteral perforation occurred in 3 cases.ESWL was required in 80 cases after pneumatic lithotripsy. Conclusions Pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ESWL offers advantages of high efficacy,minimal invasion and broad indications.

Objective To evaluate the relation between cystatin C and the presence and severity of asymptomatic coronary artery disease in metabolic syndrome(MetS).Methods A total of 201 asymptomatic MetS patients with normal renal function were per-formed the coronary angiograph and the detection of serum Cystatin C level and other risk factors for atherosclerosis.Results Ser-um cystatin C level in the MetS patients with asymptomatic coronary artery disease were significantly higher than those in the pa-tients without coronary artery disease,moreover the more severe of the disease,the higher the cyctatin C,which was independently associated with other risk factors for atherosclerosis.Conclusion Serum cystatin C level can been used as the index for the presence and severity of asymptomatic coronary artery disease in Mets with normal kidney function.

Objective: To observe the effects of Zhichuanxiaoke strong solution on the immunity and irritability of mice. Methods: The carbon clearance index and the content of serum hemolysin of mouse were determined by colorimetry. The survival time of mouse was measured through hypoxia tolerance test under ordinary pressure and the anti fatigue swiming test. Results: Zhichuanxiaoke Strong Solution could obviously increase the carbon clearance index and the content of serum hemolysin, enhance the anti hypoxia ability and prolong the swiming time of mouse. Conclusion: Zhichuanxiaoke Strong Solution can increase physical immunity and the ability of auti irritability.

Objective To study the conditions of separation and regeneration of Poria cocos protoplast.Methods Separation and regeneration of P.cocos protoplast under different ages of hyphae,enzyme consistency,and enzymolysic time and stabillizer.Results The results showed that the yield of the protoplast was different under different ages of hyphae,enzyme concentration,enzymolysic time,and stabilizer.Conclusion For strain Z_(10-2),its optimal age of hyphae,enzyme concentration,and stabilizer is 72 h,3%,and 0.5 mol/L mannitol,respectively.The strain Z_(10-3) is 56 h,3%,and 0.6 mol/L mannitol.The frequency of regeneration of the two strains is the best and 7.5?10~(-3)(strain Z_(10-2)) and 1.3?10~(-2)(strain Z_(10-2)) separately when the stabilizer is 0.6 mol/L mannitol.
