Objective To discuss the establishment, implementation and clinical effect of appraisal system of self-injection of insulin. Methods 100 type 2 diabetes patients were chosen as the objects. The appraisal system of self-injection of insulin for diabetes patients was established to quantify the level of related knowledge and self-injection level.Selective health education was given to patients and plan-imple-mentation-appraisal-processing(PDCA)method was adopted in the quality control management of health education. Results After the implementation of the appraisal system, the patients'grades of the related knowledge and skill on self-injection of insulin were enhanced.Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial Mood glucose was stably controlled, which was statistically different from that before the implementation of the appraisal system. Conclusions The implementation of the appraisal system can sharpen the patients'self-control ability of disease and avoid the blindness, low efficiency and duplication of health education workers.

BACKGROUND:Culture condition, isolation method and efficiency are different in reported human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells, which lack of unified identification standards. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a high-efficiency and economical culture system for human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem calls(hUCMSCs).OBJECTIVE:To isolate hUCMSCs and induced differentiate into adipocytes and osteblasts.METHODS:The hUCMSCs were isolated form human umbilical cord by tissue adherence and digested with collagenase. The morphology, proliferation and immunophenotype of the 3rd passage cells were analyzed, and then cells were induced to osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation in vitro.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The hUCMSCs isolated from human umbilical cord by tissue adherence and digested with collagenase could be cultured and proliferated in vitro.Flow cytometry analysis revealed that the hUCMSCs were positive for CD29 CD44,CD59,CD105,but were negative for CD40,CD86 and HLA-DR.These calls could be induced to differentiate into adipocytes and osteblasts under proper inducing conditions. The hUCMSCs retained the appearance and phenotype even after being expanded more than 40 passages in vitro. This confirmed that the existence of MSCs in human umbilical cord and they had the capacity of differentiating into adipocytes and osteblasts.

Objective:
To understand the characteristics of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guangxi) with a purpose to accurately provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures, 2010-2017.
Methods:
Data were retrieved from case reporting cards of Guangxi during 2010 to 2017 through National HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Response Information Management System. Data was analyzed using epidemiological methods such number of cases, proportion and rate.

Objective:To investigate the mid- and long-term training effect of deliberate practice combined with intensive training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) teaching for nurses receiving standardized training. Methods:A total of 160 nurses who received the first year of standardized training in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to March 2021 were enrolled as subjects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 nurses in each group. The nurses in the control group received the mode of single deliberate practice, and those in the experimental group received deliberate practice combined with intensive training at months 0, 3, and 6. Assessment was performed for the two groups before and after training, with objective indicators and subjective evaluation as the assessment criteria. Objective score was determined by the immediate objective feedback provided by the electronic display of Resusci Anne ? QCPR, and subjective score was determined by the same group of examiners based on the evaluation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation performed by trainees, including environment evaluation, judgment of consciousness, judgment of respiration, initiation of emergency treatment system, re-evaluation after resuscitation, and overall evaluation. SPSS 18.0 was used for the independent samples t-test, the non-parametric test, and the chi-squares test. Results:After training, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the objective indicators of the percentage of correct compression (CC%) [85.500 (77.50, 93.00) vs. 81.00 (71.75, 89.00), Z=-2.49, P=0.013] and the proportion of correct ventilation (V%) [84.00 (75.00, 92.75) vs. 80.00 (64.00, 90.25), Z=-2.15, P=0.031]. Both groups had significant improvements in objective and subjective indicators after training (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Deliberate practice combined with intensive training at an interval of 3 months can effectively improve the mid- and long-term CPR skills of nurses receiving standardized training and is more suitable for high-level muscle memory training.

Objective To assess inter-observer variations(IOV)in the delineation of target volumes and organs-at-risk(OAR)for intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)among physicians from different levels of cancer centers, thereby providing a reference for quality control in multi-center clinical trials. Methods Twelve patients with NPC of different TMN stages were randomly selected.Three physicians from the same municipal cancer center manually delineated the target volume(GTVnx)and OAR for each patient. The manually modified and confirmed target volume(GTVnx)and OAR delineation structures by radiotherapy experts from the regional cancer center were used as the standard delineation. The absolute volume difference ratio(△V_diff),maximum/minimum volume ratio(MMR),coefficient of variation(CV),and Dice similarity coefficient(DSC)were used to compare the differences in organ delineation among physicians from different levels of cancer centers and among the 3 physicians from the same municipal cancer center.Furthermore, the IOV of GTVnx and OAR among physicians from different levels cancer centers were compared across different TMN stages. Results Significant differences in the delineation of GTVnx were observed among physicians from different levels of cancer centers.Among the 3 physicians, the maximum values of △V_diff,MMR,and CV were 97.23%±83.45%,2.19±0.75,and 0.31±0.14,respectively,with an average DSC of less than 0.7.Additionally,there were considerable differences in the delineation of small-volume OAR such as the left and right optic nerves, chiasm, and pituitary, with average MMR>2.8,CV>0.37,and DSC<0.51.However,relatively smaller differences were observed in the delineation of large-volume OAR such as the brainstem, spinal cord, left and right eyeballs, and left and right mandible, with average△V_diff<42%,MMR<1.55,and DSC>0.7.Compared with the differences among physicians from different levels cancer centers, the differences among the 3 physicians from the municipal cancer center were slightly reduced.Furthermore, there were also differences in the delineation of target volumes for NPC among physicians from different levels cancer centers, depending on the staging of the disease.Compared with the delineation of target volumes for earlier stage patients(stages I or II),the differences among physicians in the delineation of target volumes for advanced stage patients(stages III or IV)were smaller, with average △V_diff and DSC of 98.31%±67.36%vs 69.38%±72.61%(P<0.05)and 0.55±0.08 vs 0.72±0.12(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion There are differences in the delineation of GTVnx and OAR in radiation therapy for NPC among physicians from different levels of cancer centers, especially in the delineation of target volume(GTVnx)and small-volume OAR for early-stage patients. To ensure the accuracy of multicenter clinical trials,it is recommended to provide unified training to physicians from different levels of cancer centers and review their delineation results to reduce the effect of differences on treatment outcomes.
