Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing path in the nursing of children with acute diarrhea. Methods A total of 80 cases of acute diarrhea children were enrolled from August 2014 to August 2017 in the First Hospital of Jilin University as the research object, and randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing, and the observation group received clinical nursing path. The time of antidiarrheal, the time of antipyretic, the time of normal stool recovery, the time of vomiting disappearance, the time of hospitalization, the recurrence and the degree of satisfaction of the family members were compared between the two groups. Results The time of antidiarrheal, the time of antipyretic, the time of normal stool recovery, hospitalization time and recurrence rate of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group. The scores of family members' satisfaction on communication and information support, emotional support and quality nursing support of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).However,there was no statistical significance in the differences of the disappearing time of vomiting and respect support score between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusions The clinical nursing path can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with acute diarrhea, improve their family satisfaction and reduce the recurrence rate.

Objective? To explore the current situation of the transition shock of nursing intern students and its correlation with professional identity. Methods? From June to August of 2018, by cluster sampling, a total of 461 nursing intern students from a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Jilin Province were selected as the research objects. General Information Questionnaire, Transition Shock of Intern Nurses Scale, and Questionnaire for Nursing Students(QNS) were used in the study. Totally 461 questionnaires were distributed and 430 valid ones were retrieved. Results? The total score of transition shock of the 430 nursing intern students was (99.03±10.47), and the total score of professional identity was (82.29±10.96). Different education background, registered permanent residence, whether they were only children, whether they were student cadres, admission methods and reasons of studying nursing major had different shock scores, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). There was a negative correlation between the total score of transition shock and the total score of professional identity (P< 0.05). Conclusions? Nursing educators should pay attention to the transition shock of nursing students, and take targeted interventions according to their personal conditions, so as to reduce the transition shock of nursing students, and ultimately improve their professional identity.
