1.Determination of the Concentration of AstragalosideⅣin Yishenkangshuai Tablet by TLC Scanning
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To determine the concentration of AstragalosideⅣin Yishenkangshuai tablet.METHODS:The sample was separated by using chloroform-ethyl acetatemethanol-water(15∶40∶22∶10)on the silica gel plates. The plate was scanned at510nm by camagⅡTLC scanner.RESULTS:The rate of recovery was99.28%and RSD was2.5%.CONCL_ USION:The method is simple, quick and repeatable.

Objective To investigate the change of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and neurotensin(NT)in pqtients with brain glioma.Method The concentration of NPY and NT in and around brain glioma tissue and plasma were detected with inequilibrant radio- imunology method.Result NPY concentrqtion in brain glioma tissue was obviously higher than that in tissue around the tumor(P<0.01).The Concentration of NT in brain glioma tissue was obviously higher that in tissue around the glioma(P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of NPY and NTin brain glion aprovides basis for further study on brain glioma and explainning dlinical and imaginal symiptom of brain glioma.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2014;30(4):269-273
Objective To analyze implementation outcomes and obstacles of “treatment before payment” reform seen by medical institutions' managers, along with an optimal strategy proposed. Methods Quantitative survey and qualitative interviews were called into play, and the data so acquired are subject to evaluation of the radar chart and fishbone diagram analysis to learn the implementation outcomes and obstacles. Results The reform proves workable at hospitals of county and lower levels, achieving win-win for the people, hospitals and government.Obstacles found include poor allocation of designated funds for risk coverage, insufficient circulating funds in advance, poor risk aversion mechanism, and poor preparation for tertiary hospitals. Conclusion It is recommended to promote awareness of the reform, enhance inter-department cooperation, improve hospital information systems, clarify the screening standards of “purposely evasion offenders”,standardize the issuance and use of the NRCMS certificates, and better build the credit system of the society.

BACKGROUND:Previous studies have documented that, the increase of anti-cardiolipin(aCL) antibody titer has an obvious positive relaltionship with the vascular thrombosis, thrombocytopenia and repeated abortion in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome, but there is little information on the aCL antibodies in lupus nephritis(LN).OBJECTIVE:To ascertain the preyalence and significance of aCL antibodies in Chinese patients with LN.DESIGN:Prospective follow-up study of one sample.SETTING:Department of Rheumatology in Xiangmihu Branch of Shenzhen Fourth People's Hospital,Shenzhen Institute of Rheumatology in Guangdong Medical College.PARTlCIPANTS:The study was performed in 97 LN Patients consecutively recruited in the Department of Rheumatology in Xiangmihu Branch of Shenzhen Fourth People's Hospital between March 2001 and October 2003.All the included patients met the revised criteria of American College of Rheumatology for the diagnosis and classification of LN.And they all knew the fact saying yes.METHODS:The clinical data and auxiliary examination result were recorded when hospitalizalion. The aCL antibodies were measured by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and Were considered as positive if over 100 U/mL.High-dose oral administration of prednisonc combined with cyclophosphamide intravenous pulse therapy were applied for inducing release. The curative effect was remained by using azathioprine and prednisone at a decreasing dose.Meanwhile the complications such as hypertension, hyperlipemia and arthralgia were prevented by drugs. All the patients had routine visits at six-month intervals for a total of 3 years,Clinical and seroIogic manifestations of Patients with LN were tested and recorded regularly.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Gender, age, systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index, clinical manifestations, vascular thrombosis, pregnancy outcome and renal function.RESULTS:All the 97 LN Patients were included in the study.and 83 of them entered the result analysis while the other 14 cases were lost. The overall prevalence of aCL antibodies in 97 subjects was 39%(38 cases).Hypertension, thrombocytopenia and Raynaud's phenomenon were more frequent in LN Patients with aCL antibodies. The aCL IgG antibody-positive Patients showed a greater risk for the occurrence of vascular thrombosis;Pregnancy morbidity of miscarriages, premature birth, fetal death and the probabmty of developing irreversible renal function deterioration occurred at a greater frequency in aCL antibody-positive patients.CoNCLUSIoN:The prevalence of aCL antibodies in LN Patients is 39%.A higher incidence of hypertension.thrombocytopenia and Raynaud's phenomenon is found in patients with aCL antibodies.Detection of aCL antibodies in Patients with LN may be usefol to predict the development of vascular thrombosis, pregnancy morbidity and irreversible chronic renal function deterioration.

Objective:To explore the effects of problem-solving therapy on breastfeeding self-efficacy and psychological status among primiparas, to provide basis for improving the breastfeeding of primipara. Methods:A total of 102 primiparas were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, each group contained 51 cases. Finally, 47 cases in the experimental group and 49 cases in the control group completed the study. The control group received routine nursing, while primiparas in the experimental group carried out problem-solving therapy. Before and after 6-week intervention, the effects was assessed by Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale (BSES), Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and General Well-being Schedule (GWB), respectively. Results:After intervention, the scores of primapara feedig cognition, feeding feeling, feeding skills and BSES total scores were (21.13±2.97) points, (65.47±6.63) points, (31.94±2.59) points, (118.53±8.47) points in the experimental group, significantly higher than (19.43±3.28) points, (61.76±5.20) points, (30.53±2.01) points, (111.71±6.11) points in the control group ( t values were 2.658-4.507, P<0.01); the scores of EPDS were (6.04±1.49) points in the experimental group, significantly lower than (6.92±2.08) points in the control group; the scores of life satisfaction and interest, depression and pleasure, energy, relaxation and tension in General Well-Being (GWB) and total scores were (7.51±1.71) points, (20.19±2.47) points, (21.68±2.32) points, (17.06±2.74) points, (90.45±4.96) points in the experimental group, significanlty higher than (6.41±1.82) points, (18.71±2.98) points, (20.57±1.87) points, (15.78±1.79) points, (84.61±5.26) points in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t values were 2.380-5.587, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:Problem-solving therapy can improve breastfeeding self-efficacy and alleviate postnatal depression as well as enhance subjective well-being of primipara women.
