Objective We discussed the influence of diary therapy for out-of-hospital rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients with first hospitalization. Methods Ninety schizophrenia patients with first hospitaliza-tion and who were during rehabilitation period were randomized into the intervention group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The two groups both received systemic antipsychotics medication. The control group adopted general health education while the intervention group got diary therapy based upon general health education. The treatment effect was evaluated by medical and nursing staff with abundant experience using the self-medication compliance questionnaire, the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)and social disability screening schedule(SDSS)at the first day,6th month and first year after intervention. Results The total score of BPRS,SDSS,medication compliance and relapse rate in the intervention group was statistically better than those of the control group. Conclusions Diary therapy could facilitate the recovery of racial function, improve the medica-tion compliance, reduce the relapse rate and increase life quality for schizophrenia patients.

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of different concentrations of 17-AAG and EGCG monotherapy or in combination on the induced apoptosis in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and to explore new molecular targets for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS MTT colorimetric method and fluorescent staining were used to detect the change of CNE proliferation inhibition rate and cell morphology. And furthermore, the expression level of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-3 were detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS 1. 17-AAG or EGCG alone had inhibitory effect on the human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE cells at 24 h, 48h and 72 h, and it was related with time and dose(P<0.01). The inhibition effect of combination of 17-AAG and EGCG was significantly increased, which was time and dose dependent(P<0.01). 2. RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression level of Bcl-2, Bax and caspase-3. The level of Caspase-3 and Bax mRNA expression after treated by 17-AAG and EGCG was significantly higher, and the level of bcl-2 mRNA expression was lower than that after treated by 17-AAG or EGCG alone. CONCLUSION Our investigation implied that 17-AAG and EGCG in combination can effectively inhibit the proliferation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE cells. The involved mechanisms may be associated with the upregulation of Bax and Caspase-3 expression.

Objective To investigate effect of bile acid and liver enzyme index on prognosis of neonates in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP).Methods 35 pregnant patients with in-trahepatic cholestasis were as the observation group, and the relationship between ICP pregnant women, total bile acid (TBA),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),gestational age, newborn meconium-staining amniotic fluid and bile acid, the birth of ges-tational age, birth weight, meconium stained amniotic fluid and neonatal asphyxia were analyzed. 60 normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group, and the data of the two groups were comparative analyzed. Results In the observation group,TBA,ALT and AST in pregnant women were significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05);Gestational age and body weight in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, which showed statistically significant (P <0.05);Meconium stained amniotic fluid rate, the rate of neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The increased bile acid and liver enzymes in ICP pregnancy women may be the main cause of fetal hypoxia and bad prognosis of neonates,so it should be actively controlled.

Objective:To study effects of Orff rhythm-beat-tap training on positive emotions in elderly patients with mild dementia. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 72 elderly patients with mild dementia who were treated in the Third People's Hospital of Huzhou from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into two groups using the simple random sampling method. After the start of the study, 2 cases dropped out because of failure to persist in training, 1 case dropped out because of transfer during hospitalization and 1 case dropped out because of aggravation of the disease and changing drugs. A total of 68 cases were included in the study, including 33 cases in the intervention group and 35 cases in the control group. The control group received routine nursing, while the intervention group received 12-week Orff rhythm-beat-tap training on this basis. The scores of Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) , Apathy Evaluation Scale (AES) and Dementia Mood Assessment Scale (DMAS) were evaluated before and after the intervention. Results:The score of positive emotion after intervention in the intervention group was (31.58±1.87) , higher than (26.66±2.93) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( t=8.297, P<0.01) . After intervention, the score of negative emotion of the intervention group was (21.97±2.30) , the score of apathy was (44.88±5.22) , and the score of dementia mood was (23.18±4.33) , which were lower than (23.80±3.94) , (51.91±7.49) and (26.09±6.20) of the control group, and there were statistically significant differences in scores between the two groups ( t=-2.356, -4.514, -2.225; P<0.05) . Conclusions:Orff rhythm-beat-tap training is suitable for elderly patients with mild dementia, which can effectively enhance positive emotional experience of patients, improve apathy and optimize mood.
