Objective:
To investigate HPV vaccine hesitation and associated factors among female college students in Weifang, and to provide a suggestions for improving the coverage rate of HPV vaccine among female college students.
Methods:
The questionnaire of HPV vaccine hesitancy of female college students was designed. By adopting the stratified sampling method, the survey was conducted among female students at one medical university and three nonmedical universities in Weifang. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of vaccine hesitation.
Results:
Female college students who had high risk perception toward vaccine (OR=4.15, 95%CI=1.55-11.10) and those who were angry about the sideeffects of the vaccine (OR=3.63, 95%CI=1.95-6.75) were hesitate to vaccinate against HPV. Female college students who believed long protection period of HPV vaccine (OR=0.08, 95%CI=0.04-0.17), that women had a high probability of cervical cancer (OR=0.44, 95%CI=0.21-0.90) and that the knowledge of HPV vaccine scored >6 (OR=0.31, 95%CI=0.15-0.67) were more likely to receive HPV vaccine.
Conclusion
High risk perception of vaccines and anger at vaccine adverse reactions are important factors affecting HPV vaccines for female college students. Our findings call for strategic role of the state, school-based health education as well as medical professional guidance in lowering HPV vaccination hesitation among fenale college sutdents.

OBJECTIVE To eval uate the cost-util ity of regimen containing bortezomib in the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma in China. METHODS From the perspective of China ’s health system ,Markov model was constructed based on SWOG S 0777 clinical trial. The simulation time limit was 10 years, and the cycle was set with reference to the treatment cycle. Taking quality adjusted life years (QALYs)as the utility index ,the utility and cost were discounted at a discount rate of 5%;the willingness to pay (WTP)threshold was set to be 3 times of China ’s per capita gross domestic product (GDP)in 2021(242 928 yuan/QALY). The incremental cost-utility ratio (ICER)of dexamethasone combined with bortezomib and lenalidomide (VRD) versus dexamethasone combined with lenalidomide (RD)were compared with cost-utility analysis. The sensitivity analysis was performed for the uncertainty of the model. RESULTS Results of baseline analysis showed that VRD regimen could obtain 0.65 more QALYs than RD scheme ,but its treatment cost was 135 782.77 yuan more than RD regimen ,ICER was 206 623.35 yuan/ QALY,which was lower than the WTP threshold set in this study ,VRD regimen was cost-effective. Single factor sensitivity analysis showed that the health utility value in progressive free survival had the greatest impact on the results ,the decrease of utility value would make the ICER higher than the WTP threshold ,and VRD regimen would no longer have advantages. Under the WTP threshold of 3 times of China ’s per capita GDP in 2021,the probability of VRD regimen being cost-effective was 86.5%; with the increase of WTP threshold ,the possibility of VRD regimen becoming more cost-effective than RD regimen would increase. CONCLUSIONS Under the WTP threshold of 3 times of China ’s per capita GDP in 2021,compared with RD regimen,VRD regimen is cost-effective in the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myelo ma in China.

In order to solve the saturation distortion phenomenon of R component in fingertip video image, this paper proposes an iterative threshold segmentation algorithm, which adaptively generates the region to be detected for the R component, and extracts the human pulse signal by calculating the gray mean value of the region to be detected. The original pulse signal has baseline drift and high frequency noise. Combining with the characteristics of pulse signal, a zero phase digital filter is designed to filter out noise interference. Fingertip video images are collected on different smartphones, and the region to be detected is extracted by the algorithm proposed in this paper. Considering that the fingertip's pressure will be different during each measurement, this paper makes a comparative analysis of pulse signals extracted under different pressures. In order to verify the accuracy of the algorithm proposed in this paper in heart rate detection, a comparative experiment of heart rate detection was conducted. The results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can accurately extract human heart rate information and has certain portability, which provides certain theoretical help for further development of physiological monitoring application on smartphone platform.

OBJECTIVE To assess the scientific rigor, clarity and feasibility of the recommendations of the Guidelines for Evidence-based Use of Biological Agents for the Clinical Treatment of Osteoporosis (hereinafter referred to as the Guideline) through external review, in order to further revise and improve the Guideline recommendations. METHODS This study employed a cross-sectional survey research design, a convenience sampling method was adopted to select frontline medical workers in the field of osteoporosis (including clinical doctors, clinical pharmacists, and nurses) as well as patients or their family members. External review was conducted through a combination of closed-ended and open-ended electronic questionnaires to get feedback from them on the appreciation, clarity and feasibility of the 32 preliminary recommendations in the Guideline. RESULTS A total of 90 external review subjects from 15 hospitals were collected, including 45 clinical doctors, 15 clinical pharmacists, 15 nurses and 15 patients or their family members. The overall appreciation degree of recommendations was 99.38%, the overall clarity degree of recommendations was 98.92%, and the overall feasibility degree of recommendations was 99.65%. At the same time, 111 subjective suggestions were collected, which provided an important reference for the further improvement of the Guideline recommendations. Based on the above feedback, the Guideline steering committee and core expert group revised the wording of 12 draft recommendations without deletion, and finally determined 32 recommendations. CONCLUSIONS The external review provides an important basis for the final formation of the Guideline, further improves the scientific rigor, clarity and feasibility of the recommendations, and ensures the standardization, practicality and implementability of the Guideline.
