Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Shangsuyu Spray.Methods:A Shim pack CLC ODS column was used. The mobile phase consisted of NH 4H 2PO 4 buffer (3.0) methanol (50∶50). The detective wavelength was 276nm.Results:The linear range was from 1.08 to 20.60?g/ml, r =0.9999. The recovery of the added sample was 100.5%. RSD was 2.5%. This method was easy to operate with accurate result, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of the contents of baicalin in Shangsuyu Spray.

Objective To analyze the early renal function of donors after nephrectomy.Methods Clinical data of 467 cases of living kidney donors during the period from April,2010 and November,2014 in our center were retrospectively analyzed.Data on serum creatinine (Scr),glomerular filtration rate (GFR),serum uric acid (UA),and urine microproteins before operation and three days,seven days,one month and three months after operation were collected to evaluate the impact of nephrectomy on early renal function after operation for donators.Results Before operation and three days,seven days,one month,three months after operation,the average serum creatinine (Scr) level was (59.9±12.8),(85.8±21.0),(91.2±21.3),(92.8±21.6),(91.0±21.3) μmol/L,respectively; The GFR were (113.5±25.3),(75.1± 17.9),(70.3± 15.2),(68.5± 16.0),(69.5± 15.1) ml/min,respectively; The levels of uric acid were (292.60±79.58),(142.18±55.28),(228.41±66.39),(321.31± 83.72),(346.61±87.21) μmol/L,respectively; All these data above-mentioned after operation reached statistical significance compared with that before operation (P ＜ 0.05).Parameters including urine IgG,urine albumin,urine retinol-binding protein and urine β2-microglobulin post-operation time point were significantly different when compared with relative parameters pre-operation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Nephrectomy has significant influence on GFR,uric acid,and urine microprotein for donors in the early stage after operation.It's worth to evaluate nephrectomy's long-term effect on the renal function of donors in clinical practice.

Based on the development trends of nursing care in the ongoing healthcare reform, the PEST model was called into play to analyze the macro-environment of nursing development in terms of such aspects as political, economic, social-cultural, and science and technology factors. Based on such, policy suggestions are raised to tackle the following challenges, namely incomplete political and legal environment for nursing, relative shortage of nursing resources, low social recognition, and poor capability of nursing technique innovation. These suggestions aim to further improve the political and legal system for nursing, explore highly efficient nursing resource allocation, enhance nursing service capability, and nurture nursing technique innovation talents.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Skp2 and PTEN in glottic carcinoma and the relationship between the two genes. METHOD: Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues, which came from 42 cases of glottic carcinoma and 16 cases of atypical hyperplasia of vocal fold and 27 cases of vocal cord polyp, were detected for the expression of Skp2, PTEN by SP immunohistochemistry, then we analyzed the result statistically. RESULT: The expression rates of Skp2 protein in vocal cord polyp, atypical hyperplasia of vocal cord and glottic carcinoma were 11.11%, 37.50%, 40.48% respectively. There was significant difference among them (P < 0.01); the expression rates of PTEN protein in vocal cord polyp, atypical hyperplasia of vocal cord and glottic carcinoma were 100.00%, 75.00%, 52.38% respectively. There was significant difference among them (P < 0.05), the expressions of Skp2 and PTEN in glottic carcinoma were associated with clinical stage, lymph nodal metastases and prognosis (P < 0.05); there was a negative correlation between the expression of Skp2 and PTEN, and their correlation coefficient was r= -0.4301 (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION The expressions of Skp2 and PTEN may play an important roles in the tumorigenesis, metastases and poor prognosis of glottic carcinoma. These changes may be the early molecular event of the carcinogenesis. The high expression of Skp2 was negative correlation with the lower PTEN in glottic carcinoma.

Objective To explore the execution and effect of family-focused psychoeducational therapy for patients with anovulatory infertility .Methods We used the convenient sampling method to choose 110 out-patients with ovulatory infertility that came from the Reproduction Unit of hospital during January to October 2013 .Patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group on average .On the basis of normal treatment and care , patients in the intervention group underwent family-focused psychoeducational therapy.Six month later, we compared the scores of symptom checklist 90 ( SCL-90 ), family function ( APGAR ) and social support rating scale ( SSRS ) .Results Before intervention , there was no statistical difference between two groups in SCL-90, APGAR and SSRS (P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of SCL-90, somatization, obsessive symptom, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostile, terror, crankiness and psychoticism acquired (35.23 ±9.82), (0.15 ±0.14), (0.27 ±0.14), (0.35 ±0.18), (0.25 ±0.15), (0.23 ±0.11), (0.29 ±0.27), (0.17 ±0.13), (0.21 ±0.25) and (0.19 ±0.22) respectively in the intervention group that all were lower than those ( 129.65 ±20.53, 1.24 ±0.41, 1.38 ±0.59, 1.51 ±0.44, 1.73 ±0.39, 1.78 ±0.28, 1.32 ±0.74, 0.89 ±0.39, 1.39 ±0.46, 1.22 ± 0.39, respectively)in the control group (t=-26.748, -10.140, -13.973, -14.215, -16.623, -16.374, -11.351, -8.963, -8.966, -13.867, respectively;P<0.01).In the intervention group, the satisfactory rate of APGAR obtained 87.3%(48/55) after intervention which was higher than 27.3%(15/55) in the control group (χ2 =42.225,P<0.01).The score of SSRS acquired (36.19 ±8.77) in the intervention group better than (28.21 ±7.06) in the control group after intervention (t=12.408, P<0.01).Conclusions Based on routine treatment and care , family-focused psychoeducational therapy can improve the psychological status and pregnancy rate for patients with ovulation disorder , and improve family function and social support .Therefore, it can be used as auxiliary means in clinical treatment , and be worth of spreading .

Objective? To expLore the effects of diaLectic nursing-oriented hybrid teaching modeL in pediatric nursing teaching in traditionaL Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods? TotaLLy 113 nursing students from 2 cLasses (midwifery) admitted in 2015 in the SchooL of Nursing, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were seLected by convenient sampLing. ALL the subjects were femaLe. The 2 cLasses were divided into the observation group (n=58) or the controL group (n=55) by coin tossing. Nursing students in the controL group received traditionaL teaching, whiLe nursing students in the observation group were taught with the diaLectic nursing-oriented hybrid teaching modeL. At the end of the course, the objective structured cLinicaL examination (OSCE) was used to evaLuate their diaLectic nursing abiLity; and the SeLf-Rating ScaLe of SeLf-Directed Learning (SRSSDL) was used to evaLuate their seLf-directed Learning abiLity. ResuLts? At the end of the course, the totaL score of diaLectic nursing and scores of various dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the controL group (P＞ 0.05). The totaL score of seLf-directed Learning abiLity and scores of Learning awareness, Learning behavior, Learning strategy and interpersonaL skiLLs of the observation group were higher than those of the controL group (P＜0.05). ConcLusions? The hybrid teaching modeL in TCM pediatric nursing teaching in universities of Chinese medicine can enhance nursing students' diaLectic nursing abiLity, heLp to cuLtivate their seLf-directed Learning abiLity and achieve the best teaching resuLts.

The existing researches on scraping mostly focus on the observation of curative effect and preliminary attempts to explore the mechanism of action, but the research on scraping manifestation is slightly insufficient. At present, scraping manifestation studies mainly include skin appearance, skin blood perfusion, and skin temperature. These studies have laid the foundation and provided a reference for the standardization, normalization, and visualization research of scraping technology in the future. However, these studies are still in their infancy and need to be further studied.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scraping therapy on lumbar disc herniation (LDH) with different syndromes.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 30 non-emergency LDH patients who were admitted to Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. Among them, there were 11 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, 8 cases of damp-heat obstruction syndrome, 7 cases of cold-damp obstruction syndrome and 4 cases of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. Du meridian, the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang, as well as Jiaji (EX-B2) in pathological or painful sections, Ashi point, Shenshu (BL 23) , and Weizhong (BL 40) were mainly scraped. The treatment interval is 2~5 days (the marks of scrapping fade) , twice of scrapping as a treatment course and a total of 3 courses involved in the whole treatment. Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) Score, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) , serum interleukin-1 β (IL-1β) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were compared before and after scraping.Results:Compared with those before scraping, the JOA score increased, the VAS decreased, the serum IL-1β content decreased and the serum IL-10 content increased after scraping, and the differences were sttaistically significant ( P<0.01) . Among them, the JOA scores of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and cold-damp obstruction syndrome were higher than those of damp-heat obstruction syndrome and liver-kidney deficiency syndrome, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The levels of serum IL-10 in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, damp-heat obstruction syndrome and cold-damp obstruction syndrome were higher than those in patients with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The curative effect of scraping in the treatment of LDH is definite, and the curative effect is better for excessive syndromes.

OBJECTIVETo compare the differences in the therapeutic effects on allergic rhinitis between scraping therapy and cetirizine and observe the differences in the clinical therapeutic effects of scraping therapy on the disease of different differentiated patterns/syndromes.

METHODSThe included participants of allergic rhinitis were randomized into a western medication group and three scraping therapy groups, named a lungdeficiency and cold group, a spleendeficiency group and a kidneydeficiency group, 20 cases in each one. In the western medication group, cetirizine was prescribed for oral administration, 10 mg, once a day, totally for 4 weeks. In the scraping therapy groups, the scraping therapy was applied to the running courses of the large intestine meridian of hand-, the governor vessel and the bladder meridian of foot-, focusing on Yingxiang (LI 20), Yintang (GV29), Hegu (LI 4) and Fengmen (BL 12). In the lungdeficiency and cold group, the scraping focused on the lung meridian of hand-, Feishu (BL 13), Taiyuan (LU 9), Fengchi (GB 20) and Lieque (LU 7). In the spleendeficiency group, the scraping focused on the spleen meridian of foot-, Pishu (BL 20) and Zusanli (ST 36). In the kidneydeficiency, the scraping focused on the kidney meridian of foot-, Mingmen (GV 4) and Shenshu (BL 23). The scraping therapy was given once a week, 4 treatments as one session and 1 session required (4 weeks). Separately before treatment, after treatment and in 3-month follow-up visit, the total score of the main symptoms of allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose, nasal obstruction and nasal itch) was observed and the clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated.

RESULTSThe total symptom scores in the patients of the 4 groups after treatment were all reduced as compared with those before treatment (all<0.05). After treatment and in the follow-up visit, the total symptom scores of the 3 scraping therapy groups were lower than those in the western medication group (all<0.05), and the score in the lungdeficiency and cold group was lower than those in the spleendeficiency group and the kidneydeficiency group (all<0.05). After treatment and in the follow-up visit, the therapeutic effects in the 3 scraping therapy groups were better than those in the western medication group (all P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe scraping therapy on the basis of the meridians and acupoints selection achieves the definite therapeutic effects on allergic rhinitis of different differentiated patterns/syndromes, which is better than cetirizine. This therapy achieves the much significant short-term and long-term therapeutic effects on allergic rhinitis differentiated as lung qi deficiency and cold.
