Objective To explore disinfection efficacy of anerdian using swab and spray disinfection methods. Methods Hands of 30 subjects were randomly divided into the swab group and the spray group. The samples of before and after disinfection in each group were collected separately and observed their disinfection effect. Results The number of bacteria showed no significant difference between the two groups. The passing rate of disinfection reached 100%.The time of disinfection in the spray group was (2.58±0.32)s,significantly less than that in the swab group,(12.26±1.48)s,however,the drying time in the spray group was (42.37±1.79)s,significant longer than that in the swab group,(26.24±1.46)s.A subject hand disinfection used 0.5ml 0.2% anerdian in the spray group, and 0.75ml 0.2% anerdian and two cotton buds was used in the swab group. Conclusions There is identical disinfection efficacy between spray and swab methods.Spray disinfection method has short operating time, less use of disinfectant without using cotton buds,it is able to replace swab disinfection and will play an important role to reduce medical waste and health care costs.

Objective To explore the clinical application of combined cooling of Chinese and Western medicine on the cooling effect of patients with heatstroke. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe heat stroke admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method. 40 patients in the control group were given physical cooling. For conventional treatment, patients in the treatment group were given TCM treatment interventions on the basis of this, and clinical efficacy, changes in body temperature, and adverse screening events were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate (100.00%, ) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (85.00%, Z=6.125,P<0.05). The duration of high fever, duration of fever, and recovery time of symptoms and signs were (0.57±0.46), (3.12±0.75), (7.25±3.18) h in the treatment group, (1.43±0.89), (5.37±0.63), (12.47± 4.53) h in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups (t=5.429, 14.528, 5.965, P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of cTnl and CK-MB in the peripheral blood of the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05). The levels of cTnl and CK-MB in peripheral blood of patients in the treatment group were (3.13±0.15) μg/L, (412.02±156.33) U/L, (3.54± 0.26) μg/L, (748.32±119.20) U/L in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups (t=8.639, 10.819,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=2.222, P=0.263). Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine physical cooling has a significant cooling effect on patients with heat stroke, and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions, it is worth clinical Promotion and application.

Objective To compare the effect of puncture needles with different diameter on percutaneous biopsy for transplant kidney under ultrasound guidance. Methods A total of 82 cases underwent percutaneous renal biopsy for transplant kidney under ultrasound guidance, and were divided into two groups based on the diameters of puncture needles, Group 18 G (n =31)and Group 16 G (n =51).The effect of biopsy and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with Group18 G,Group16 G used less puncture needles and obtained more glomeruli (both P <0.01).The qualified rate of renal specimens in Group 16 G was significantly higher than that of Group 18 G(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups (P >0.05 ).Further stratified comparison was conducted, and the results showed that complications of the two groups were not statistically significant in case of puncture with 2 needles or 3 needles (both P >0.05). Conclusions There is similar safety of 16 G puncture needle and 18 G puncture needle to perform renal biopsies under ultrasound guidance.Under the allowable condition of patients,16 G puncture needle is superior to 18 G puncture needle and realizes high quality of renal specimens.

To explore the application of humanistic care in children's fever clinics, the children's fever clinics of Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center conducted relevant research using narrative medicine as a guiding concept. This paper elaborated on the medical humanistic dilemmas and narrative care needs in children's fever clinics, and focused on exploring the practice paths of narrative medicine in pediatric with Chinese characteristics from five dimensions, including the cultivation of nursing staff's abilities of professional narrative and humanistic care, the establishment of health lectures featuring narrative patient education, the alleviation of medical anxiety for children and their families, related support of narrative nursing, and caring services. The aim was to improve the narrative care ability of nurses in children's fever clinics, develop methods for pediatric patients that can eliminate the fear of seeking medical treatment, and protect children's physical and mental health.A carrier of care, support, and emotional expression can be provided for parents. The foundation for nursing staff to achieve professional growth through narrative reflection can be laid. Thus,it can assist in establishing a life narrative community relationship between doctors and patients, and jointly explore the meaning of life.
