Objective To construct the ultrasound PACS image system based on B/S mode.Methods The modern internet technology was used to build the PACS image system based on B/S mode.The B/S mode was typical three layer structures,namely,client presentation layer,middle service logic layer and storage layer.Results Client presentation layer was a figure surface to provide application service for clients.The function of service logic layer was performing application strategy and packaging application mode which was shown to client application program.Storage layer was used to define,service,visit and update data.Conclusion The versatility of B/S mode is good.Besides,the software is easy to operate and upgrade with low cost.
2.Effect evaluation of continuous quality improvement in nosocomial infection management of patients with chronic benzene poising

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement in nosocomial infection management of patients with chronic benzene poising.MethodsThe problems existed in the nosocomial infection management of 96 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic benzene poisoning from January 2011 to December 2012,were investigated and analyzed,to find the reasons of nosocomial infection. We established continuous quality improvement care team in 2013,and implemented continuous quality improvement according to PDCA cycle. We organized hospital infection training for general staff,improved the ward environment and disinfection facilities,reinforced training of hand hygiene compliance.ResultsAfter continuous quality improvement,nosocomial infection rate decreased from 28.13% to 14.29% among 119 cases of patients with chronic benzene poisoning.ConclusionsThe application of continuous quality improvement in hospital infection management among patients with chronic benzene poisoning can reduce nosocomial infection rate,and improve the management level of nosocomial infection.
3.Effect of rehabilitation training on the muscle strength and ADL of the occupational chronic n-hexane poisoning patients

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on the muscle strength and the activities of daily living (ADL) of the occupational chronic n-hexane poisoning patients.Methods The occupational chronic n-hexane poisoning patientsin Shenzhen Prevention and Treatment Center for Occupational Diseases between January 2008 and December 2014 were included.A total of 43 patients of them between January 2008 and December2010 was routine nursing group,and 42 patients between January 2011 and December 2014 was rehabilitation training group received comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.The muscle strength and ADL of two groups were evaluated before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05).After 6 months,there was no significant difference in muscle strength of upper limbs between two groups (Z =-0.574,P > 0.05).The muscle strength of lower limbs in two groups was statistically significant (Z =-2.341,P<0.05).The score of ADL in two groups was (79.65 ± 23.30) and (88.93 ± 17.93).The difference between two groups was statistically significant (t =-2.053,P < 0.05).Conclusions The rehabilitation training can effectively improve the muscle strength and ADL of the occupational chronic n-hexane poisoning patients.
