Objective To explore the relationship between health?related quality of life and resili?ence of patients with inflammatory bowel disease( IBD) ,and provide a new entry point to improve the quality of life. Methods The general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire ( IBDQ) and the Chinese version of Connor?Davidson mental resilience scale ( CD?RISC) were used to investigate 102 patients with IBD. Results The average scores of IBDQ and CD?RISC of IBD pa?tients were (157.6±31.7) and (62.5±15.0). Except for the correlation between the score of optimistic di?mension and the social function dimension,the total score and the scores of other dimensions of IBDQ were significantly correlated with the total score and the scores of dimensions of CD?RISC( r=0.200?0.490, P<0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that tenacity,residence,moderate and severe disease severity,and disease duration with more than 10 years could significantly predict the level of health?related quality of life (β=0.319,0.268,-0.218,-0.373,-0.260, P<0.05) . Conclusion The health?related quality of life of IBD patients has a strong relationship with resilience. Health care workers can help improve health?related quality of life of the patients through fostering resilience.

Objective:To analyze the foreign research status and hotspots of transitional care for adolescents with chronic diseases.Methods:On December 31, 2021, Web of Science TM was searched for articles concerning transitional care for adolescents with chronic disease published between 2000 and 2021. Knowledge maps were used to analyze the included articles in terms of number, distribution of prolific authors and institutions, journals, research hotspots, frontiers and trends. Results:A total of 692 articles were included, the number of articles was increased from 2000 to 2021, with the largest in 2021 (76 articles). The most prolific country was the United States (358 articles). University of Toronto, University of North Carolina, Children′s Hospital of Philadelphia and Harvard University were the most prolific institution with high centrality (>0.1). Journals such as Pediatrics, J Adolescent Health, and J Pediatr Nurs published the largest number of articles, and Arch Pediat Adol Med had a total citation frequency>100 and high centrality (>0.1). In addition to the subject terms used in the search process of this study, the high-frequency keywords (>50 times) were “health care” “service” “health care transition” “quality of life” “experience” “need” “outcome” “transition readiness” and “adherence”. In keywords cluster analysis, the cluster whose time line extended to the recent two years were “quality of life” “program” “transition clinic” “adolescent health services” and “adherence”. Conclusions:In the field of transitional care for adolescents with chronic disease, studies mainly focus on patient needs, transitional experience, adherence, self-management, quality of life, etc. The research frontiers are transitional health management, disease care, construction and implementation of health care service program for adolescents with chronic disease.

Objective To conduct a systematic review on the experience of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) during self-management.Methods Five English (PubMed,Embase,Science Direct,Web of Science,PsycINFO) and four Chinese (CBM,WANFANG,CNKI,VIP) databases were chosen to retrieve literatures on selfmanagement experience of patients with inflammatory bowel disease from inception to March 31st,2017.The JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia was used to evaluate the quality of studies.Integrating method was applied to integrate the results.Results Totally 35 findings were extracted from 6 qualified studies,7 new categories were generated and finally 3 synthesized results were obtained:l Medical management:in order to maintain remission,diversified methods were used by IBD patients,such as adjusting behaviors and accumulating disease knowledge;2 Emotion management:positive attitude towards life was achieved via dealing with stress and negative emotions caused by IBD;3 Role management:cognitive and behavioral adjustment were taken to adapt the role of IBD patients and maintain the daily role before having IBD.Conclusion Many aspects were involved in self-management of IBD,and emotional management was often overlooked.Guidance and supports should be given by nurses targeting weak links of self-management,in order to improve disease management as well as quality of life for IBD patients.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the subjective well-being,optimism and coping mode of patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). Methods A total of 159 IBD patients were surveyed and analyzed by the general information questionnaire, General Well-Being Schedule, Revised The Life Orientation Test, and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The subjective well-being scores of IBD patients were (75.04 ± 14.32). And the Pearson analysis showed that subjective well-being scores were positively correlated with optimism scores and positive coping scores(r=0.408, P＜0.01; r=0.429, P＜0.01). Negative coping was negatively correlated with subjective well-being scores(r=-0.174, P＜0.05). Optimism had a direct positive predictive effect on subjective well-being with a path coefficient of 0.22, and coping mode was an intermediary variable of optimism and subjective well-being. Conclusion The subjective well-being of patients with IBD needs to be further improved, which is both related to optimism and coping mode. Coping mode takes effects as a mediator in optimism and subjective well-being.

Objective:To deeply explore the supportive care needs of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, in order to provide reference for the development of supportive care strategies.Methods:A qualitative description was conducted based on the supportive care needs framework. Objective sampling method was used to select 17 patients with inflammatory bowel disease from the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from August to November 2021 for semi-structured in-depth interview and directed content analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results:The final analysis yielded a total of 5 categories. These were physiological need, information need, practical (daily life) need, emotional and social support need, psychological and spiritual needs. They were all within the framework of supporting care needs.Conclusions:In the future, targeted education and diversified social support should be implemented based on the needs of patients with inflammatory bowel disease and from the perspectives of hospital, family members and peers.

Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of the fear of progression in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD).Methods IBD patients who received inpatient treatment in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling method.The General Demographic Information Questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF),the Chinese version of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Self-efficacy Scale(IBD-SES),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were administered to the participants.We applied one-way ANOVA and Logistic regression analysis to identify the factors associated with the potential categories of the fear of progression.Results A total of 303 retumed questionnaires(out of the 310)were valid,resulting an effective response rate of 97.74％.According to the results of latent profile analysis,we classified the respondents into 3 categories by the fear of progression,namely"low risk fear of disease adaptation group"(n=127,41.91％),"medium risk fear of illness distress group"(n=139,45.88％),"high risk fear of dysfunction group"(n=37,12.21％).3 groups showed statistically significant differences in permanent address,self-rated financial pressure,current disease status and self-efficacy(P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with IBD had obvious differences in characteristics on the fear of progression.Nursing personnel should formulate personalized intervention strategies based on the classification characteristics of the fear of progression of IBD patients.Moreover,nurses should focus on improving patients'self-efficacy and promoting patients to treat medical care,stress and emotion management correctly.
