Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of aerobic exercise on quality of life in breast cancer survivors.Methods Electronic databases were searched.Randomized controlled trials in which aerobic exercise was compared with controls regarding quality of life in breast cancer survivors were included.Results We analyzed 12 RCT studies.Aerobic exercise significantly improved quality of life in breast cancer survivors.Seven studies which used FACT-B scale concluded that aerobic exercise could significantly improve psychological emotion,social/family function and breast-related function.The aerobic exercise aiming at breast cancer survivors who had already finished all the therapies except endocrine therapy of breast cancer,mainly comprised of short-period intervention programs (within 24 weeks),and was advised to be executed under professionals' supervision to ensure safety.Conclusion Aerobic exercise could effectively improve quality of life in breast cancer survivors,especially in aspects of psychological emotion,social/family function and breast-related function.

Jaundice can occur in most neonates.Most jaundice is benign,but beacuse of the potential toxicity of bilirubin,newborn infants with severe hyperbilirubinemia can develop acute bilirubin encephalopathy or kernicterus.In October 2004,American(academic) of pediatrics produced the latest guideline for newborn jaundice aim to reduce the incidence of acute bilirubin encephalopathy or kernicterus and avoid unnecessary costs or treatment.The latest guideline emphasizes the important of successful breastfeeding,time of jaundice developed,assessment for the risk of severe hyperbilirubinemia,close follow-up,and prompt intervention when indicated,provide a framework for the prevention and management of hyperbilirubinemia in newborn infants of 35 or more weeks of gestation.Some new view in the latest guideline may be helpful to us.

The ability to induce hypersensity on leaves of tomato and the stability of double-plasmid of an harpin-producing, nitrogen-fixing engineered strain E4 were tested. Hypelsensitivity-inducing experiment indicated that the time and density of hypersensitivity-induction of E4 was similar to those of DH5, the positive control of pCPP430. Although E4 took the same time to induce hypersensitivity as 308R, another positive control of pCPP430, it induced weaker hypersen- sitivity on tobacco leaves. On tomato leaves, there was no difference in time and density of hypersensitivity between E4 and 308R (pCPP430). Results revealed that the two plasmids, pCPP430 and pMC73A, were unstable in host bacteria, with the losing rate of 100% at the 48th generation. The emergence probability of bacteria with either pCPP430 or pMC73A was almost the same.

Objective: To analyze the status quo of assanation and ethics courses and their social requirement, thus to explore a scientific mode for the course setting; Method: The course setting status quo of assanation and ethics is analyzed among 18 colleges in which the nursing speciality is set up. A questionnaire was also conducted to investigate students' inclination towards politics-sorted courses, and relevant data were analyzed. Results: The establishing rate of assanation courses in the higher professional colleges is higher than that in the comprehensive universities. The most favorable subjects among freshmen are the Chinese national political theories, and assanation & ethics, while the counterparts among seniors are assanation & ethics, law basis, and philosophy. Objective To introduce the treatment efficacy of using allograft muscle ligament anatomical to rebuild anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of knee joint under the arthroscopy.Methods Sixty-two cases patients with ACL rupture in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Allograft ligaments were used as graft,a bone tunnel was established in the proximal tibia and distal femur,and the graft was fixed by the extrusion screw.After the operation,the knee joint was fixed for 12 weeks,and the subjective evaluation was carried out according to the Lysholm and Larson knee score standards;in order to assess the stability of the ligament and the functional recovery of the knee joint,objective evaluation was carried out according to Lachman test in patients.Results The preoperative average Lysholm scale was (43.1±2.1) points,the final average score of 2 years after the reconstruction of the ligament was (91.0+2.3) points,there was significant difference (t=3.460,P=0.001).The preoperative average Larson scale was (41.0±2.9) points,the final average score of 2 years after the reconstruction of the ligament was (90.1±3.5) points,there was significant difference (t=3.232,P=0.001).Lachman test results were negative in 62 patients at the end of the review.No serious postoperative complications occurred,no knee infection,deep vein thrombosis and stiffness.All the patients can be completely straight 1 year after operation,knees up to 120 degrees.All patients were satisfied with the function at the end of the follow-up,no joint instability,no re-rupture occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion Using the allogeneic single beam anatomy of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy can obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy.

The Au-PDA-Fe3O4 decorated graphene oxide electrode was modified with Prussion blue-secondary antibodies for determination of cancer biomarker α-fetoprotein (AFP) with great sensitivity.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrometry were used to characterize the structure of the material.Greatly enhanced sensitivity for the cancer biomarker is based on a dual signal amplification strategy.First, Fe3O4-PDA-Au used for the biosensor platform increased the surface area to capture a large amount of primary antibodies (Ab1), which resulted in amplification of the detection response.Second, graphene oxide allowed several binding events of PB-Ab2.Enhanced sensitivity was also achieved by introducing the multibioconjugates of Ab2-PB-GO onto the electrode surface through sandwich immunoreactions.The test result shows that there are linear relationships between current and AFP concentrations ranging from 0.005 ng/mL to 1 ng/mL and 1 ng/mL to 20 ng/mL, with the low detection limit (LOD) of 1.0 pg/mL.This immunosensor is simple, low-cost and sensitive and shows a great potential in biomedicine, clinical diagnosis and health examination.
