Objective To investigete the changes of neurons in cortex and hippocampus of spontaneously hypertensive rat.Methods Systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure,heart rate were measured by caudal artery manometry in six-month old SHR and age-matched Wistar rats(control group).Neurons in frontal lobe,parietal lobe,temporal lobe,and hippocampal CA1,CA3 sub-field and the dentate gyrus were observed through Nissl staining.Results Systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure in SHR were significantly higher than that in control group(P

As a result tentative diagnosis of Mirizzi's syndrome was established in 54 cases accounting for 0 56% of all LC patients.Results Laparoscopic procedure was successful in 46 out of 50 type Ⅰ cases. Four cases suffering from iatrogenic bile duct injury received primary repairment under laparoscopy. Fistulae repairment was successful laparoscopically in 3 out of 4 cases of type Ⅱ Mirizzi syndrome.Conclusion Type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ Mirizzi syndromes can be safely and successfully managed under laparoscopy in the hand of careful and skilled operators.

Objective To investigate the recurrence and influence factors of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients after thoracoscope surgery. Methods From March 2009 to March 2011,218 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after thoracoscope surgery in our hospital were surveyed by the self-made general data questionnaire. The clinical data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and binary classification logistic regression analysis of SPSS 19. 0 to find out the infection influential factors of spontaneous pneumothorax for patients after thoraco-scope surgery in order to provide reference basis for reducing postoperative recurrence. Results The recurrence rate of spontaneous pneumo-thorax was 5. 05%(11/218). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that recurrent pneumothorax ( OR=2. 432,P=0. 000) and multi-ple pulmonary bulla (OR=1. 918,P=0. 000) were the risk factors of spontaneous pneumothorax for patients after thoracoscope surgery. Conclusion The recurrence rate of spontaneous pneumothorax is high,we should strengthen the management of high-risk population and im-prove the prognosis of patients.

The ability to induce hypersensity on leaves of tomato and the stability of double-plasmid of an harpin-producing, nitrogen-fixing engineered strain E4 were tested. Hypelsensitivity-inducing experiment indicated that the time and density of hypersensitivity-induction of E4 was similar to those of DH5, the positive control of pCPP430. Although E4 took the same time to induce hypersensitivity as 308R, another positive control of pCPP430, it induced weaker hypersen- sitivity on tobacco leaves. On tomato leaves, there was no difference in time and density of hypersensitivity between E4 and 308R (pCPP430). Results revealed that the two plasmids, pCPP430 and pMC73A, were unstable in host bacteria, with the losing rate of 100% at the 48th generation. The emergence probability of bacteria with either pCPP430 or pMC73A was almost the same.

Objective To reduce birthrate of severe thalassemia children of this area and improve population diathesis.Methods The red blood cell indices analysis was carried out on all of the samples of 2 218 couples.GapPCR and RDB method were used for α-thalassemia genotyping and β-thalassemia genotyping.Results 277 cases of thalassemia (12.49％) were identified among the total cases.220 cases were with α-thalassemia(9.92％),which including 198 cases of--SEA/αα,11 cases of-α37/,7 cases of-α4.2/αα,57 cases were with β-thalassemia(2.57％),the types of mutation were CD41/42 (-TTCT),IVS2nt-654 (C→T),CD17 (A→T),-28 (A→G),TATAbox29 (A→G),CD71/72(+ A).42 carrier couples were detected for thalassemia and the fetuses were subjected prenatal diagnosis:3cases of Bart's edema,7 cases of β-thalassemia homozygote.Conclusions Neonates with major thalassemia can be clarified and even avoided by screening the incidence and types of genicmutations.Thus setting up the system of prenatal screening-prenatal diagnosis-selective abortion is effective to avoid the birth of neonates.And it is vital to improve the quality of human being.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT,MRI + magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) on suspected biliary obstruction.Methods Eighty-five patients with suspected biliary obstruction were examined by 64-slice spiral CT,MRI + MRCP,compared with the pathological results.The accuracy rate of CT,MRI + MRCP,CT + MRI + MRCP in evaluating the sites and nature of obstruction were calculated.Results The accuracy rate of evaluating the site of obstruction in CT was 96.5％ (82/85),MRI + MRCP was 97.6％ (83/85),difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).The accuracy rate of evaluating the nature of obstruction in CT was 81.2％ (69/85),MRI + MRCP was 87.1％ (74/85),CT +MRI + MRCP was 94.1％ (80/85),there was no statistically significant difference between MRI + MRCP and CT with CT + MRI + MRCP (P ＞ 0.05),difference was statistically significant between CT and CT + MRI + MRCP (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of CT,MRI + MRCP can increase the accuracy of diagnosis biliary obstruction.

Objective To investigate the etiology of iatrogenic bile duct injury and experience in its diagnosis and treatment. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 86 patients with iatrogenic trauma in the bile duct. Results These 86 cases have received a total of 156 sessions of surgical procedures, including 2 explorations in 66 cases,3 explorations in 6 cases. Lateral bile duct injury in 22 cases was treated by suture repair and T tube stent. Eight cases suffering from iatrogenic transection of the common bile duct were retrieved by cholangiojejunostomy and T tube stent. Nine cases with inadvertent CBD ligature were managed by a lysis and T tube stent. Roux en Y cholangiojejunostomy was adopted in 77 cases. Sixty cases were followed up for 1～10 years, with good result in 90% of the cases. Conclusions Most CBD iatrogenic injury cases were encountered as a result of cholecystectomy.Roux en Y cholangiojejunostomy is the choice of therapy.
