1.Empirical Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Performance of Pharmaceutical Industry in China
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE: To ascertain the main influencing factors of market performance of pharmaceutical industry in China for governmental reference in formulating pharmaceutical industry-related policies. METHODS: The influencing factors of market performance of pharmaceutical industry in China were optimized using multiple linear regression. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The major influencing factors were proved to be the following: the minimum economical scale, current industrial concentration and production expansion capability, which are a little bit different from the classical market performance theory in which the three influencing factors are industrial market concentration, economical scale, and product differentiation.

Objective To explore predictive effects of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on heart diseases among adults with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia.Method A total of 1534 individuals who received health examinations and organism weak magnetic field tests in Health Science Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from May to June 2009 were enrolled.Statistical analysis were carried out to detect if the heart function index of organism weak magnetic field tests could identify different conditon for the incident dysfunction of heart in low-,potential-,high-risk groups classified by the three high agent using the nonparametric test.High-dangerous three-high groups include simple, compound, additional and assembling sorts of combining types. Results The quantitative values of heart meridian of one potential-risk and nine high-risk three-high groups differs evidently from the low-risk high-risk three-high groups by Moses test(P < 0.05).There was statistically significant difference of the quantitative values of heart meridian, potassium, magnesium, manganese, cardiovascular, circulaton, heart endocrine, and T2 among the low-,potential-and high-risk levels and other different types of three-high groups by Wilcoxon rank sum test(P < 0.05).Conclusion Organism weak magnetic field analytic technology could reveal change of heart dysfunction in individuals with normal electrocardiogram.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2010;04(4):216-219
Objective To explore the predicting role of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on heart functions in individuals with normal electrocardiogram(ECG).MethodsA total of 1534 subjects who receired health examinations and organism weak magnetic field tests in Health Science Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from May to June 2009 were enrolled.Positive rates of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology, echocardiography, and myocardium enzyme test for heart dysfunction among populations with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia were compared.Statistical analysis was carried out to detect if there was close correlation between different heart risk and the weak magnetic field index.Results(1)The positive rate of the organism weak magnetic field analytic technology for heart dysfunction among subjects with normal ECG was 96.0%(1472/1534),which was significantly higher than echocardiography(27.5%,200/726)and myocardium enzyme testing(6.9%,106/1532).The positive rate of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology was increased with the seriousness of hypertension ,hypergjycemia and hyperlipidemia(P<0.05=.(2)Different heart risks showed close correlation with heart meridian and potassium(P<0.05=.Conclusion The prediction of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on potential heart dysfunction(as a result fromhypertension, hylperglycemia and hyporlipidemia)in individuals with normal ECG is highly sensitive andrelatively objective.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(04):-
Objective To compare the tannin contents of Platycladus orientalis(L.) Franco and its carbonisatus.Method A tungsten molybdophosphate-casein colorimetric method was used with gallic acid as reference substance. Results The standard curve in the range of 0.026~0.26 mg(r =0.999 4),and the average recovery rate was 97.85%,RSD=1.07%(n =9).Conclusion The method is reliable and can be used to determine the tannic of and its different processed products.
8.Experimental Study on the Estrogenic Activity of Dibutyl Phthalate
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To determine the estrogenic activity of dibutyl phthalate DBP. Methods The tested compound was dibutyl phthalate. Human estrogen-dependent MCF-7 breast cancer cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum FBS. Five days before the addition of the tested compounds the cells were rinsed by phosphate balanced solution PBS and the medium was substituted with a phenol red-free RPMI 1640 medium containing 5% dextral charcoal-stripped FBS. The respective tested compound was added in fresh medium and the control cells received only the vehicle ethanol. The proliferation of MCF-7 cells was analyzed by the MTT assay growth curves mitotic index and coloning efficiency. Results Compared with the control the proliferation of tested cells treated with DBP like estradiol was markedly enhanced and the activity of the cell proliferation reached the maximum at 10-5 mol/L DBP. During log phase the mitotic index of the test cells treated with DBP and estradiol was significantly increased. The cell coloning efficiency was enhanced which was treated by 10-5 mol/L DBP only for 48 hours. The results showed the time-dependent and dose-dependent model. Conclusion Dibutyl phthalate may enhance the proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells in vitro that demonstrates an estrogenic activity of dibutyl phthalate.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(z1):18-19
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin for the theatment of com-munity acquired pneumonia(CAP) in the elderly patients. Methods Thirty-six elderly inpatients with CAP between May 2005 and May 2007 were treated with levofloxacin at a dosage intravenously of 500 mg once a day for 5 to 14 days treatment. Results Streptococcus pneumoniae of multiple drugs-resistant were found in sputum of 22 patients, pseudomonas aeruginosa in 8 patients and haemophilus influenzae in 6 patients de-pending on the results of the sputum culture. The total clinical efficacy rate of levofloxacin was 75.0% and bacteria elimination rate was 82.1%,and 16.7% patients showed related side effect of diarrhea,skin-rash and kidney injury. Conclusions Levofloxacin is an effective with little side effect in treatment of CAP in the elderly.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2008;28(7):488-491
Objective To study the expression of metabolism related genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients of non alcoholic fatty liver diseases (NAFLD)with cholelithiasis. Methods Patients who had BMI ≥ 27 were divided into obese ( n = 10),the NAFLD ( n = 7) and NAFLD with cholelithiasis (n= 16) groups. The subjects who had BM1<25 (n = 10) and cholelithiasis (n = 16) were served as controls. The expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPAR)α,sterol regulatory element-binding protein(SREBP)-lc and Leptin Rb in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were measured. Results The expressions of PPARα,SREBP-lc and Leptin Rb in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were different in five groups. The significant difference was found in expression of leptin Rb between NAFLD with cholelithiasis group and the obese group,NAFLD with cholelithiasis group and the cholelithiasis group,NAFLD with cholelithiasis group and NAFLD group, the obese group and controls (P values= 0.037,0.050,0.044and 0.038,respectively).The leptin Rb mRNA expression in NAFLD with choletethiasis group was the lowest. Conclusions The low expression of leptin Rb mRNA was found in NAFLD patients with cholelithiasis.Cholelithiasis may increase the extent of insulin resistance and cause NAFLD progression.
