1.Observation on Hemabate for Treatment of Difficult Postpartum Hemorrhage
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective To observe the clinical effect of hemabate for controlling atonic postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Form June 2004 to September 2007,21 patients who had postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony, after failing to respond to conventional physical and medical therapies, were conducted an injection of hemabate intrauterinely or intracervically. Results The Postpartum hemorrhage was successfully controlled immediately after administration of hemabate in 19 cases in 15 minutes, the effective rate was 90.5%.And in 30 minutes, there were efficacy in 2 cases, the effective rate was 9.5%.The total effective rate was 100%(P
2.Discussion on the Practice of Voluntary GPP Verification Principle on the Community Pharmacy
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the practice of voluntary principle on the community pharmacy so as to provide some good suggestions for the smooth implementation of the GPP.METHODS:The voluntary principle of GPP was analyzed from several aspects, including the purpose of GPP,the integrated pharmaceutical service level, justice, law and policy and etc.RE_ SULTS:The feasibility of the implementation of voluntary GPP principle in China is expected to be verified, meanwhile, the concerned law and policy should be established in no time and the knowledge of medicine administration should also be publi?cized widely among the public.
3.Expression or proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen In Cutaneous Malignant Lymphomas and Lymphoid Infiltrates
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(05):-
Paraffin - embedded tissue of skin biopsy specimens taken retrospectively from 24 patients with cutaneous malignant lymphomas(CML) and 8 patients with cutaneous benign lymphoid infiltrates (CLI) and other dermatoses were estimated with PC10 immunostaining. Our results show a statistical significant difference between PC10 indices for cutaneous genuine histiocytic lymphoma(CGHL), cutaneous germinal center cell-derived lymphomas(CGCCL), cutaneous peripheral T-cell lymphomas(CPTL) other than mycosis fungoides(MF) and Sezary's syndrome (SS),and MF when compared with those for CLI. There is a linear relationship between PC10 index and square root of PC10 density, both of which seem to have a parallel relationship to the seventy of malignancy in CML. The nuclear volume of the positive tumor cell or lymphocyte with PC10 immunostaining may be also useful in differentiating CML from CLI.
4.Study on correlativity of blood physical and chemical properties with TCM syndrome types in the patient of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(05):-
Objective: To probe into essence of syndrome types of blood stasis syndrome. Methods: High shearing whole blood viscosity (?HB). low shearing whole blood viscosity (?LB), plasma viscosity (?P), aggregation index of erythrocyte (AI), hematocrit (HCT) and levels of serum total cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TG), plasma fibrinogen (Fb), prostacyclin (PGI2), thromboxane (TXA2) were determined in 216 cases of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome. Results: ?LB and AI increased and PGI2/TXA2 ratio decreased significantly in the group of stagnation of Qi and stasis of blood, showing high aggregation state of blood: CH, HCT, Fb, AI and ?LB increased significantly in the group of blood stasis due to Yin -deficiency, showing high concentration, high agglutination and high aggregation state of blood : ?LB, ?P and TG increased significantly in the group of stagnation of phlegm and blood, showing high viscosity state of blood; only ?HB had some increase in the group of Qi - deficiency and blood stasis . Conclusion: Different syndrome types of blood stasis syndromehave different biochemical material base, and changes of blood physical and chemical properties are closely related with TCM syndrome types, which provides an experimental basis for treatment of subtypes of blood stasis syndrome.
5.Study on Detection of Immunoglobulin and Glucocorticoid Administration in Children with Nephrotic Syndrome
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To examine serum levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE and C3 and explore sensitivity of glucocorticoid (prednisone) in primary nephropathyic children to study pathogenesis of primary nephropathy and direct clinical therapy. Methods Examine serum IgG, IgA, IgM and C3 by scattering turbidimetry and IgE by ELISA. Results Compared with healthy children, children suffering from primary nephropathy had lower IgG and higher IgM and IgE, but the same IgA and C3 Simple and nephritic nephropathy had very significant difference in sensitivity of glucocorticoid(x2=18.48 P

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2014;(11):1697-1701
Salteffectinhigh-voltageassistedlaserdesorptionionizationmassspectrometry(HALDI-MS)has been studied under both positive and negative ion modes using L-tyrosine, β-cyclodextrin, α-lipoic acid, as well as the complex formed between α-lipoic acid and β-cyclodextrin as the test analytes. Compared the mass spectra obtained with and without the addition of salt, it is found that HALDI-MS can tolerate a higher amount of salt than electro spray ionization mass spectrometry ( ESI-MS) . Also, the addition of salt can enhance the HALDI-MS signal intensity of the complex ion of α-lipoic acid and β-cyclodextrin, and we suggest that such signal-enhancement effect is due to the formation of the three component complex consisting of α-lipoic acid,β-cyclodextrin and the positive ion of the salt.

Objective To observe the effect of liver-soothing and spleen-strengthening,essence-tonifying and eyesight-improving herbal medicine for ametropic amblyopia(AA) in children. Methods AA children were randomized into 2 groups. The two groups received treatment of optometry and sight-enhancing device based on microcomputer.Meanwhile, group A(52 affected eyes in 29 patients) received oral use of Ximing Decoction with liver-soothing and spleen-strengthening,essence-tonifying and eyesight-improving actions, which is mainly composed of Radix Curcumae,Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Panacis Quinquefolii,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,Herba Agastaches,Flos Buddlejae,Nux Prinsepiae,Fructus Setariae Germinatus,Radix Ophiopogonis,Fructus Crataegi and Massa Medicata Fermentata.Group B(46 affected eyes in 28 patients) received oral use of levodopa additionally.Seven days constituted one treatment course. The treatment lasted 8 courses. Before and after treatment, corrected visual acuity(CVA) was observed. Results In group A,CVA of 13 eyes were improved,AA of 33 eyes cured,6 eyes ineffective, and the total effective rate was 88.46%.In group B,CVA of 10 eyes were improved,AA of 12 eyes cured,24 eyes ineffective, and the total effective rate was 47.83%.The effect in group A was superior to that in group B(P
