Objective:To understand the current situation of professional identity and burnout among nurses in health management department in Henan province, and analyze their correlation. Methods:This is a cross-sectional study. A general data questionnaire, the Nurse Professional Identity Scale and Nursing Burnout Scale were used to conduct an online questionnaire survey on 204 nurses from the health management departments of 6 tertiary A hospitals in Henan Province (Henan Provincial People′s Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine, Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital, Henan Chest Hospital and Zhengzhou branch of Henan Orthopedic Hospital) from March 1, 2023 to May 1, 2023. A total of 204 questionnaires were issued and 204 were recovered, with an effective rate of 100%. The correlation between professional identity and burnout was analyzed, and the general data was included into the regression equation as the control variables and the multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. Results:Among the 204 nurses in the health management department, 114 (55.9%) had a medium level and 25 (12.3%) had a low level of professional identity, 137 (67.1%) had job burnout. There was a significant negative correlation between professional identity and burnout ( r=-0.244, P<0.01). The results of multiple step-up regression showed that cognitive evaluation, frustration coping, social support, marital status, age and position were the main influencing factors of job burnout (all P<0.05). Conclusions:The professional identity and burnout of nurses in health management department are at a medium level. The higher the level of professional identity identity, the lower the burnout, and marriage, age and position were related to job burnout.

Objective:To measure the normal range of inter-rectus distance in Han nationality women with normal gestational age and without a history of pregancy in central China by high-frequency ultrasound. Methods:A total of 561 Han nationality women with normal gestational age and without a history of pregnancy were continuously collected to perform transabdominal sonography from March 2018 to December 2019 in Henan Provincial People′s Hospital. The inter-rectus distance between superior margin of pubic symphysis and below the xiphoid process under rest condition was observed, and the widest distance between the inter-rectus distance was detected, also its distance with upper edge of umbilical level was confirmed. The 95% medical reference value(P95%) was adopted to confirm range of normal values of inter-rectus distance. Results:A total of 547 non-pregnant women were included in the study. The widest distance between the linea alba was mostly at the umbilical level. P95% for the inter-rectus distance was less than or equal to 29.00 mm.Conclusions:The ultrasounds can evaluate the inter-rectus distance in non-pregnant women. The widest inter-rectus distance in Han nationality women with normal gestational age and without a history of pregancy in central China is mostly at the upper edge of umbilical level. The critical point for the inter-rectus distance is 29.00 mm under rest condition.

Objective To evaluate the association between retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) and coronary artery disease (CAD) in Chinese. Methods A document retrieval was conducted by using retrieval systems, such as PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),CBM,VIP and WanFang Database,to collect the published papers of case-control studies on association between RBP4 and CAD in Chinese up to February,2015.Data collection and quality assessment were completed by two authors respectively. All the analyses were conducted with software RevMan 5.2.Results A total of 10 qualified studies were included in our meta-analysis.The pooled analysis showed that RBP4 might be associated with CAD in Chinese [WMD=7.17 (95%CI:3.56-10.78) μg/ml,P<0.05].Clinical subtype specific subgroup analysis showed RBP4 might be also associated with both stable angina pectoris [WMD=4.81 (95% CI:1.25-8.37) μg/ml,P<0.05] and acute myocardial infarction [WMD=13.96(95%CI:6.12-21.80) μg/ml,P<0.05].Age specific subgroup analysis showed the significant association between RBP4 and CAD was only found in patients aged ≤65 years [WMD=7.26(95%CI:2.73-11.79)μg/ml,P<0.05].Sensitivity and publication bias analyses indicated that our results were stable and reliable. Conclusion The meta-analysis suggests that RBP4 might be associated with CAD in Chinese.
