1.Application of live surgery teaching based on cases teaching in clinical practice undergraduate teaching of obstetrics and gynecology

Clinical surgical teaching is an important course of undergraduate teaching.Aiming at the problem of disconnection between operation and case in traditional video teaching and observing teaching in operation room,a new model of live surgery teaching based on case teaching was launched:intraoperative diagnosis and preoperative medical history collection were combined;intraoperative surgical anatomy and similar comparative study;teaching surgery were combined with pathology and postoperative adjuvant therapy.Through the questionnaire it was found that all of the students were satisfied with live surgery teaching,96.5% of the students believed the model would contribute to their understanding of textbook knowledge and memory,and 94.8% of the students thought the model could improve their interest in clinical learning.
2.Cultivation of clinical pathological quality of non-pathological-specialty medical undergraduates

Clinical medical workers should understand the pathology,and the cultivation of the clinical pathological quality needs to start from the undergraduate course of medical students.In the past 6 years,based on the platform of undergraduate pathology science and technology innovation,and histology research platform of Department of Pathology,and through the creation of the clinical pathology elective courses and other forms,the researchers have given medical undergraduates the systematical and standardized training of the concept,knowledge,skills and application of pathology to develop their clinical and pathological quality during basic courses,professional courses and internship stage of a medical undergraduate.Practice shows that the relevant teaching measures enable students to fully understand the importance of clinical pathology,and improve their ability to apply clinical and pathological knowledge to solve clinical problems.
3.The role of pathology rotation in resident standardization training

Pathology rotation is an important part in resident standardization training. Impor-tance should be attached to the residents' learning during the standardization training in Pathology De-partment, such as standardizing training and strict departmental rotation examination, developing the residents' thinking ability of the relationship between clinical and pathology with the main line of spe-cialty pathology learning , and improving clinical research capacity through pathology technical methods and principles, and training pathology literacy from pathology requisition filled to interpreta-tion of the pathology report, which will also help to improve the medical service quality of the hospital.
