Objective To study the prevalence and associated factors of loneliness in individuals with speech disability. Methods Using multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method,170 community-residing ver-bally disabled persons were selected and administered with a general information questionnaire, one single -item loneliness self-rating question and social support scale.A total of 204 study questionnaires were distributed to the subjects;170 subjects(mean age:43.1±13.7 years)completed the survey. Results As high as 46.47% (79/170)of these verbally disabled individuals reported to feel lonely often.Females (OR=2.45),unemployment (OR=2.95), first and second degrees of disability (OR=4.35),co-existence of chronic illnesses (OR=6.50)and low utiliza-tion of social support (OR=2.58)were significantly associated with the increased risk of loneliness in persons with speech disability (P =0.002~0.046).Conclusion Loneliness is highly prevalent in individuals with speech disabili-ty.Verbally disabled persons, who are female, unemployed, severely disabled, and chronically ill and have a low use of social support, are the target population of mental health services.

AIM:To reveal the role and function of engulfment and cell mobility 1 (ELMO1) in the invasion and migration of gastric cancer cells.METHODS:The expression of ELMO1 at protein and mRNA levels was detected in 5 kinds of gastric cancer cells and 1 normal human gastric epithelial cells by Western blot and real-time PCR, and the gastric cancer cells with the highest expression of ELMO1 were screened out.The cell transfection experiment was used to silence ELMO1 expression in the gastric cancer cells, and the effect of ELMO1 silencing on the invasion and migration of the gastric cancer cells was detected by Transwell assay.RESULTS:The expression level of ELMO1 in the gastric cancer cells was significantly higher than that in human normal gastric epithelial cells (P<0.01), and the SGC7901 cells had the highest expression level of ELMO1.ELMO1-siRNA significantly silenced the expression of ELMO1 in the SGC7901 cells (P<0.01).Silencing of ELMO1 expression significantly reduced the invasion and migration abilities of the human gastric can-cer cells (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:ELMO1 is highly expressed in the gastric cancer cells, and promotes the invasion and migration abilities of the gastric cancer cells.ELMO1 may become an effective target for the treatment of invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.

Objective To understand the correlation between health beliefs and family environment of stroke patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on 115 stroke patients with the first onset of stroke by using the special health belief simple table (SF-HBMS) and the family environment scale (Chinese version FES-CV), and the correlation was analyzed. The scores of each subscale of the family environment were compared with the domestic norm. Results The total score of health belief (75.15 ± 10.20) was at the middle level. There were significant differences in age (F=8.41), education level (F=4.44), complications (F=4.05), family history (t=2.68) and first visit time (F=3.76) among different characteristics of health belief scores (P < 0.01 or 0.05). The score of intimacy (6.23 ± 1.27) in family environment, emotional expression score (5.30 ± 1.97), success score (5.88 ±1.62), cultural score (4.54 ± 2.20) and organizational score (5.60 ±1.67) were all lower than the domestic norm and spear. The score of shield score (3.16 ± 2.00) was higher than that of domestic norm (P<0.01 or 0.05), and the total score of health belief was positively correlated with family intimacy (r=0.190), emotional expression (r=0.204), culture (r=0.206) and tissue (r=0.227) (P<0.05), and was negatively correlated with the contradiction (r=-0.186, P<0.05); regression analysis, whether there were family history (β=0.338, P<0.01), first onset time (β=0.242, P<0.01), family intimacy (β=1.614, P<0.05), emotional expression (β=1.114, P<0.05) were the factors affecting the health belief level of first stroke patients. Conclusions The level of health belief is closely related to family environment. It is suggested that the clinical medical staff should pay attention to the negative emotion and family psychological intervention, provide psychological support for the patients and their families, promote the promotion of their health beliefs, and reduce the rate of recurrence and disability.

Objective To observe the curative effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia and its effects on pulmonary function. Methods 100 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) according to the digital table. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received high quality nursing. The pulmonary function indicators (FVC,FEV1,PEF),the adverse reactions and the clinical curative effect were observed in the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the FVC,FEV1,PEF of the observation group were (3.96 ± 0.80) L,(3.15 ± 0.80) L,(6.32 ± 2.01) L/s,respectively,which were better than those of the control group [(2.85 ±0.91)L,(2.43 ±0.63)L,(4.90 ± 1.35)L/s] (t =6.478,P=0.000;t =5.000,P =0.000;t =4.147,P =0.000).The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 14.00% (7/50),which was lower than 38.00% (19/50) of the control group (x2 =7.484,P =0.006).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00% (49/50),which was higher than 80.00% (40/50) of the control group (x2 =8.274,P =0.004).Conclusion To give children symptomatic treatment of infantile bronchial pneumonia at the same time, take the high quality nursing intervention can effectively improve lung function in children, reduce the incidence of complications,it is conducive to prognosis and can improve the therapeutic efficacy.

Objective:To explore the effectiveness, safety and cost between urinary follicle stimulating hormone (uFSH) and recombinant follicle stimulating hormone (rFSH) in controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) in China. Methods:Data were collected from 16 reproductive centers in China covering oocytes collection time from May 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018. Eligible patients were over 18 years old, adopting COS with uFSH (uFSH group) or rFSH (rFSH group) as start gonadotropins (Gn), and using in vitro fertilization (IVF) and (or) intracytoplasmic sperm injection for fertilisation, excluding frozen embryo recovery cycle. Generalised estimating equation was used to address the violation of independency assumption between cycles due to multiple IVF cycles for one person and clustering nature of cycles carried out within one center. Controlling variables included age, body mass index, anti-Müllerian hormone level, cause of infertility, ovulation protocol, type of fertilisation, number of embryos transferred, number of days of Gn use. Results:Totally 102 061 cycles met eligibility criteria and were included in the analyses. In terms of effectiveness, after controlling relevant unbalanced baseline characteristics, compared with rFSH group, the high oocyte retrieval (>15 oocytes was considered high retrieval) rate of uFSH group significantly decreased in gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist protocol ( OR=0.642, P<0.01) and in gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist protocol ( OR=0.556, P=0.001), but the clinical pregnancy rate per transfer cycle and the live birth rate per transfer cycle significantly increased ( OR=1.179, OR=1.169, both P<0.01) in both agonist and antagonist protocols. For safety, multiple analysis result demonstrated that in the agonist protocol, compared with rFSH group, the incidence of moderate to severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome of uFSH group significantly decreased ( OR=0.644, P=0.002). The differences in ectopic pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate between the uFSH and rFSH groups were not significant ( P=0.890, P=0.470) in all patients. In terms of cost, compared with rFSH group, the uFSH group had lower total Gn costs for each patient ( P<0.01). Conclusion:For patients who underwent COS, uFSH has better safety, and economic profiles over rFSH in China.
