Objective To explore the Oneomehnia distribution on electronic map based on gridding orientation pattern of marshlands in Changsha along Xiangjiang River,in order to manage snail information in a visual and digital way.Methods The data of geographic information and snail information were collected by global positioning system(GPS)and database was established using systematic sampling,and then an information management system of electronic map about the distribution of Oncomelania was designed.The degree of Oncomelania was expressed in different colors,the Oncomelania information in the database on the digital map wag reflected accurately using the geographic information system(GIS)technology.Results The electronic map of the distribution information of 20 marshlands in Changsha along Xiangjiang River were drawn.At the same time,the information could be grasped compreheusively.Digit map contains geographic information and database of snail information,such as the row and rnum,the density of alive and infectious snails,the area and geographic information et al.A method of managing and analyzing snail information with higher efficiency was offerred in this article.Conclusion Conventional methods of managing and analyzing Oncomelania information are reformed into digitalization and visualization.
2.Application and effect evaluation of group prenatal care model in primiparas

Objective:To explore application and effect evaluation of group prenatal care model in primiparas.Methods:A total of primiparas were recruited from December 2019 to May 2020 in the department of Obstetric clinic. Group prenatal care was carried out in the intervention group and the routine nursing was implemented in the control group. Positive capital Questionnaire and pregnancy outcome were used to evaluate the effects of intervention.Results:The scores of pre-intervention, intervention for one month and post-intervention of PPQ was (123.87±18.86), (130.70±13.41) and (142.23±8.37) respectively. Higher level of natural childbirth rate([86.7%] versus [63.3%]; χ2=4.356; P=0.037<0.05) and lower rate of perineal injury([16.7%] versus [43.3%]; χ2=5.079; P=0.024<0.05). The rate of exclusive breastfeeding during hospitalization ([90.0%] versus [66.7%]; χ2=4.812; P=0.028<0.05) after intervention as compared with those who received routine care. Conclusion:Group prenatal care intervention model can improve the level of positive psychological capital and pregnancy outcome.
3.The polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 and -DQB1 genes in Bai ethnic group in Yunnan province

Objective:To investigate polymorphism of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DRB1 and -DQB1 genes in Bai ethnic group in Dali,Yunnan province.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) were used to determine HLA-DRB1 and -DQB1 alleles in 124 unrelated healthy Bai ethnic individuals living in Eryuan County of the Dali Bai autonomous prefecture,Yunnan province.Results:Among all the 21 DRB1 alleles and 15 DQB1 alleles were identified,the predominant alleles were DRB1*1202(26.61%),DRB1*0901(13.89%) and DRB1*0803(9.92%) on DRB1 locus and DQB1*0301(31.45%),DQB1*0601(10.08%),DQB1*0401(8.06%)and DQB1*0502(8.06%)on DQB1 locus.The most common haplotypes were DRB1*1202-DQB1*0301(20.08%)and DRB1*0803-DQB1*0601(7.19%).Conclusion:The phylogenetic tree constructed according to the HLA-DRB1,-DQB1 allele frequencies of Bais with those of other 10 populations suggests that the Bai ethnic group belongs to the southern group of China,but it keeps genetic distance from others and the HLA genes exhibits a unique profile.This study would provide HLA polymorphism information of Bai for the future investigation on the disease related to the genetic polymorphism.
4.Identification of differentially expressed proteins in the liver of Oncomelania snails induced by Eomecon chinanthe sanguinarine.

OBJECTIVETo identify the differentially expressed proteins in the liver of Oncomelania snails induced by Eomecon chinanthe sanguinarine.
METHODSSanguinarine was extracted and purified from the dry powder of Eomecon chinanthe. Oncomelania snails were immersed in 5 mg/L sanguinarine (50 Oncomelania snails per 500 ml) or pure water for 36 h (25°C) and the livers were isolated from live snails. Total liver proteins were extracted and separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Electrophoretogram was analyzed by Image Master 2D 5.0 software. The differentially expressed proteins between sanguinarine group and pure water group were selected and analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and tandem mass spectrometry sequencing of tryptic peptides.
RESULTSIn terms of protein spots, 433 ± 14 and 385 ± 12 were observed in sanguinarine group and in water group respectively. The eleven identified differentially expressed proteins included tropomyosin, hypothetical protein XP_533132, actin 87E, keratin 6A, beta-tubulin, mitochondrial inner membrane protein isoform 4, keratin 2, allatostatin precursor, ENSANGP00000020184, actin-3 and ENSANGP00000013943. Among them, hypothetical protein XP_533132 and ENSANGP00000013943 were down-regulated and the other nine proteins were up-regulated in sanguinarine group.
CONCLUSIONSanguinarine could alter the expression of proteins in livers of Oncomelania snails.

5.The protective effect of melatonin on auditory cortex toxicity induced by cis-platinum.

AIMTo investigate the toxic response in auditory cortex of guinea pigs caused by cis-platinum (DDP), and the protective role of melatonin in this effect.
METHODSCis-platinum and melatonin were injected peritoneally. LDH, MDA, NO in the auditory cortex were detected by spectrophotometeR.
RESULTSThe body weight of the guinea pigs was diminished by peritoneal injection of Cis-platinum for 7 days (P < 0.01). Peritoneal injection of Cis-platinum induced the increased leakage of LDH (P < 0.05 vs injection of normal saline). This effect was reduced by injection of MT (P < 0.05). The content of MDA in the auditory cortex was also increased because of injection of Cis-platinumv for 7 days (P < 0.01) and MT reduced this effect (P < 0.05). The change of NO in the auditory cortex was not statistically significant after injection of Cis-platinum or Cis-platinum with MT.
CONCLUSIONPeritoneal injection of Cis-platinum could destroy neurons in the auditory cortex. This effect could be reduced by melatonin by an anti-free radials mechanism.

6.Evaluation of aorta's compliance after repair of coarctation of aorta using pulse wave velocity of MRI

Objective To evaluate aorta's compliance after repair of coarctation of the aorta (CoA)using the pulse wave velocity (PWV)of MRI.Methods A retrospective analysis of cardiac MR images in 22 patients after repair of CoA was performed.PWV was measured and calculated with phase contrast MRI,and echocardiography was performed to measure both ventricular function and myocardial thickness during the same period.Age and sex-matched 22 normal subjects were served as a control group and their aortic PWVs were measured.Results The averaged PWV in study group was significantly higher than that in control group [(4 .42 ± 3 .02 )m/s vs (2 .73 ± 0 .76 )m/s,P =0.02].In study group,the PWV value of children with moderate anastomotic stenosis was the highest. ROC curve analysis showed the highest sensitivity and specificity could be achieved to distinguish the mild or moderate anastomotic stenosis when the threshold for PWV was 3.37 m/s.No significant correlations were found between left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular end-systolic volume,ejection fraction,left ventricular thickness and PWV.Conclusion PWV is increased in children after repair of CoA.Significant aortic remodelling can be observed in patients with moderate anastomotic stenosis.
7. Effects of decline of pH value on cardiomyocyte viability of rats and the mechanism

Objective:
To explore the effects of decline of pH value on cardiomyocyte viability of rats, and to analyze the possible mechanism.
Methods:
Hearts of five newborn Sprague-Dawley rats were isolated, and then primary cardiomyocytes were cultured and used in the following experiments. (1) The primary cardiomyocytes were divided into pH 7.4+ 6 h, pH 7.0+ 6 h, pH 6.5+ 6 h, pH 6.0+ 6 h, pH 6.5+ 1 h, and pH 6.5+ 3 h groups according to the random number table, with 4 wells in each group. After being routinely cultured for 48 h (similarly hereinafter), cells in pH 7.4+ 6 h, pH 7.0+ 6 h, pH 6.5+ 6 h, and pH 6.0+ 6 h groups were cultured with pH 7.4, pH 7.0, pH 6.5, and pH 6.0 DMEM-F12 medium (similarly hereinafter), respectively, and then they were cultured for 6 h. Cells in pH 6.5+ 1 h and pH 6.5+ 3 h groups were cultured with pH 6.5 medium, and then they were cultured for 1 h and 3 h, respectively. Viability of cells was detected by methyl-thiazolyl-tetrazolium (MTT) method. (2) The primary cardiomyocytes were divided into pH 7.4, pH 6.5, and pH 6.5+ taxol groups according to the random number table, with 2 wells in each group. Cells in pH 7.4 group were cultured with pH 7.4 medium, while cells in pH 6.5 and pH 6.5+ taxol groups were cultured with pH 6.5 medium. Cells in pH 6.5+ taxol group were added with taxol of a final molarity of 0.2 μmol/L in addition, and then they were cultured for 6 h. Morphology and density of microtubule of cells was detected by immunofluorescence assay. (3) The primary cardiomyocytes were grouped and treated as in experiment (2), with 2 wells in each group. The expressions of polymerized microtubulin and free microtubulin were determined with Western blotting. (4) The primary cardiomyocytes were grouped and treated as in experiment (2), with 4 wells in each group. Viability of cells after treated with taxol was detected by MTT method. 8.Biomass structure analysis of Atractylodes lancea in different ecological environments.

OBJECTIVETo study the ecological environments of Atractylodes lancea by biomass structural analysis.
METHODThrough the scientific investigation in Maoshan, the sampling spots were set up, the relation between growth and ecological environments was researched and the ecological environments of A. lancea were divided as following: the vegetation layer, the shrub layer, the shrub-weed layer and the weed layer. The ramet biomass, height, leaves and coverage of A. lancea were studied.
RESULTThe several factors (ramet biomass, height, leaves and coverage) showed the regular change. Among maximum, minimum and average, the shrub layer was the biggest, the shrub and weed layer was the second biggest and the vegetation layer and the weed layer was the least.
CONCLUSIONA. lancea tends to distribute in the shrub layer and the shrub-weed layer.

9.Calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate crystal deposition disease: a clinicopathologic analysis of 20 cases.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinicopathologic features of calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate crystal deposition disease (CPPD-CDD).
METHODSThe clinical and pathologic profiles were retrospectively analysed in 20 cases of CPPD-CDD.
RESULTSCPPD-CDD was far more common in women, most frequently involving joints, especially the knees and presenting with various arthrisis. Abnormally calcified and the articular damages were characteristic features by imageing. Histologically, multifocal indigo granular calcinosis was seen in synovium and sometimes appeared as needle-shaped or rhomboid crystals, which characterized the CPPD.
CONCLUSIONSThough clinical symptoms of CPPD are quite variable, the definite diagnosis can be made by the abnormal calcification and joint damage radiographically and the indigo CPPD crystals histopathologically.

10.Decreased small arterial compliance with increased serum vascular endothelial growth factor-A and circulating endothelial progenitor cell in dilated cardiomyopathy.

BACKGROUNDEvidence showed that both myocardium and blood vessels were damaged in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). However, the changes in arterial compliance, serum cytokines and circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPC), and their correlations remain unknown.
METHODSSixty-five DCM patients and 49 healthy volunteers were studied. Both large artery compliance (C(1)) and small artery compliance (C(2)) were measured with the CVProfilor DO-2020. Quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) were used to measure the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A) and VEGF receptor 2 (VEGF-R(2)). Circulating EPC was assessed by EPC colony-forming assays and flow cytometry (CD133(+)/CD34(+) cells). Phagocytized DiI-acLDL and binded FITC-UEA-I were used to analyze endothelial lineage marker expression by immunofluorescence.
RESULTSAlthough C(2) was markedly lower in DCM patients than in control group ((3.8+/-1.8) ml/mmHg x 100 vs (5.0+/-2.2) ml/mmHg x 100, P<0.0001), there was no statistically significant difference in C(1) between the two groups (P>0.05). Levels of VEGF-A, the numbers of colony-forming units (CFU) and the fractions of EPC were obviously higher in DCM patients than in control group ((127.6+/-139.5) pg/ml vs (58.8+/-42.9) pg/ml, P<0.0001; (2.5+/-1.5)% vs (0.5+/-0.3)%, P < 0.05; 23.5+/-12.8 vs 10.8+/-7.4, P<0.01, respectively) and however, there was no significant difference in VEGF-R(2) between two groups (P>0.05). LgVEGF-A was positively correlated with the number of EPC-CFU (r=0.435; P<0.05) and inversely correlated with C(2) (r= -0.543; P<0.001) in DCM patients.
CONCLUSIONSThe reduction of C(2), a sensitive marker reflecting endothelial dysfunction, was observed in DCM patients and closely related to the increase in serum VEGF-A.
