Objective To investigate the effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) on preg- nancy and delivery outcome in patients with CIN3.Methods Fifty-eight patients with CIN3 who were considering future pregnancies underwent LEEP from January 2003 to December 2006,and their following reproductive perfor- mances and delivery outcomes were observed. Results The mean time of the follow-up survey was 21 months(range from 6~42 months). There were 34 cases getting intrauterine pregnancies and 4 cases getting ectopic pregnancies. Among the 34 cases of intrauterine pregnancies,4 terminated by induced abortion and 1 by delayed abortion in early stage.21 cases delivered termed baby vaginally and 7 underwent cesarean section. No cervical dystocia had been re- ported. No disease recurrence had been found until the end of follow-up survey. Conclusion Loop electrosurgical ex- cision procedure is a safe and effective treatment for patients with CIN3.It will not effect the pregnancy and delivery outcome after LEEP.

Objective To investigate present situation of mental health of university teachers and the application effect of EAP modes. Methods 500 university teachers were selected as the research object and were managed with EAP modes. Before and after the use of EAP modes, mental health was investigated and analyzed. Results The score of SCL-90 factors after application of EAP modes was significantly better than prior to implementation. Conclusions The situation of mental health of university teachers is relatively poor, the implementation of the EAP modes can help to improve their mental health.

Objective To investigate the treatment of Navicular bone fracture with Herbert screw. Methods Twenty-three patients with Navicular bone fracture were collected. They were all conducted with CT scan diagnosis and type, the small incision and targeting wire was used in operation. The Herbert screw was used to fix with pressure, plaster was also used to fix. After operation, the activity training was executed gradually. Results We conducted follow-up of 6-18 months in 23 patients, with an average of 12 months. All patients got bone-healing,the healing time ranges from 7 to 10 weeks, with an average of 9 weeks. There was one case of screw penetrating cortical bone, and one case of mild deformity healing, among the other 23 cases there were no complications including infection, nonunion, necrosis, osteoarthritis'etc. Conclusion The treatment of Navicular bone fracture with Herbert screw fixation can get firm fixation, function training and healing early, and it's worth of clinical promotion.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2001;0(06):-
Objective To establish the FCM method of non invasive detection of fetal ABO and Rh(D) blood groups in maternal blood. Methods Using absorption and elution method, we obtained the IgG anti A and anti B from human sera. The IgG anti A, B, D were used as the first antibody to react with RBCs in maternal peripheral blood. The goat anti human IgG F(ab')2 FITC was used as the second antibody to conjugate anti A, B, D antibodies, Meanwhile anti i PE was used to mark fetal RBCs in maternal peripheral blood. The fluorescence dot plot diagrams of maternal and fetal cells acquired by FCM were used to detect fetal ABO and Rh(D) blood groups. Results Peripheral blood from 69 pregnant women between 8 and 39 weeks of gestation were studied.Fetal cells could not be found in 13 samples.Of the remaining 56 samples, fetal red cells were identified successfully with ABO/Rh(D) blood types identical to those tested after the birth of the baby. Conclusion In women with fetomaternal hemorrhage(FMH) during pregnancy, the FCM method established by the author can accurately and non invasively detect the blood groups of fetuses. This method can possibly be used for diagnosis of hemolytic disease of the newborn.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of recombinant human interleukin-11(rhIL-11) on thrombocytopenia in children with non-lymphocytic leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods Sixteen children who had non-lymphocytic leukemia were divided into 2 groups by randomization, including a therapeutic group and a control group.RhIL-11[50 ?g/(kg?d)] was injected subcutaneously 24 h after chemiotherapy in the therapeutic group, and applied consecutively 10-14 days, and the control group was treated without RhIL-11.Duration of the thrombocytopenia, infusion of blood platelet, diversity of blood platelets counts and adverse effect were observed of the 2 groups.Differences between groups were examined using statistics analysis. Results There were 16 case-times(59.3%) in the therapeutic group that of could be cured without platelet transfusion, but that of control group only had 3 case-times(14.3%);the diffe-rence between 2 groups was significant(P

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(21):1167-1170
OBJECTIVE:
Synovial sarcoma (SS) of the head and neck is rare in comparison with those took place in the extremities. This study was planned to investigate the relationship between pathological diagnosis, tumor location and clinical outcome of SS of the head and neck.
METHOD:
Thirty-nine cases of SS in head and neck hospitalized in West China Hospital from 1966 to 2011 was retrospectively studied by reviewing the medical record data, the pathological slices of the operative specimen and followed-up from 1 to 192 months with the mean time of 43.2 months postoperatively. The parameters of clinical outcome were focused on the time to first recurrence after primary surgery and follow-up time. The reviewed results were statistically processed.
RESULT:
The age of the patients ranged from 8 to 66 years old with the median age of 35, among them 27 are males. Pathologically, 18 cases are biphasic, 17 cases are monophasic and 3 cases are low-differentiated SS. 4 cases were proved by cytogenetic methods of either fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) or RT-PCR. 23 cases experienced repeated recurrence with the most up to 4 times operations after sole surgical approach. Only one lymphatic metastasis was suspected in all. 16 patients got adjuvant radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 4 patients died but only one death was associated directly with SS recurrence. There was no significant relationship between pathological subtype and recurrence (Fisher's Exact Test P-value > 0.05), no significant relationship between tumor location and recurrence (Fisher's Exact Test P-value > 0.05).
CONCLUSION
SS of head and neck is a special entity that has potential of easy recurrence but good prognosis. Surgery should still be the primary treatment approach. Cytogenetic methods are recommended to as certain the diagnosis in order to choose reasonable treatment protocols.
