1.Different Expression of CD_(21) on Peripheral Blood B Lymphocytes in Children in Different Age Periods

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of CD_(21) on peripheral blood B lymphocytes in different age periods.Methods All the cases was divided into newborn group,infant group and children group.The expression of CD_(21) on B lymphocytes were analyzed by the flow cytometry.Results 1.The number of CD_(21) on B lymphocytes of newborn group were obviously lo-(wer) than those in other two groups;and with growth of a child,the numer tended to grow up.2.Mean fluorescence intension(MFI),the expression of CD_(21) on B lymphocyte,also had the characteristic of increase with the age.Conclusions With the growing up of a child,the expression of CD_(21) on B lymphocyte has the tendency of up-regulation;which conforms to the feature of immune system development in childhood.Because of the higher expression of CD_(21) on B lymphocyte in certain age,it has the sensitivity to Epstein-Barr virus infection for children.
3.Nursing care of 65 patients undergoing eyelid malignant tumor resection combined with primary eyelid reconstruction

This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 65 patients undergoing eyelid malignant tumor resection combined with primary eyelid reconstruction. The nursing care focused on routine preoperative preparations as well as postoperative care of incision dressing, dressing change, medication administration and monitoring, prevention of infections and health education. All the patients had Ⅰ-phase wound healing and good shape of eyelid repair without postoperative complications.
4.Strengthening the medical graduate students' ideological and political education by relying on the scientific research groups

Immunoglobulins ( Ig ) , also called antibodies, are important components in humoral -mediated immunity. Ig can bind with their receptors, called immunoglobulin receptors ( IgR ) , trigger biologic activities respectively. Different sub-types of Igs show different function. And IgRs have been treated as therapeutic targets in inflammation and immunity related dis-eases for many years. This article reviewed the recent progresses in the study of IgR function and its therapeutic role in inflamma-tion and immunity related diseases.
6.Expression and clinical significance of microRNA-7 in serum of ovarian cancer patients

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of microRNA-7 (miR-7) in serum of ovarian cancer patients.Methods Serum samples of 42 ovarian patients confirmed by pathological histology and 40 healthy women who underwent a physical exam were collected from January 2011 to January 2012 in the Sixth People's Hospital of Foshan Nanhai District of Guangdong Province.Expression levels of miR-7 in the serum samples of the two groups were examined using reverse transcription-real time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).The relationship between the expression of miR-7 and the clinicopathologic feature of ovarian was analyzed.Results Compared with the controls,the expression of miR-7 in the serum of ovarian cancer patients was significantly reduced (0.246 ± 0.017 vs.0.488 ± 0.042),with a significant difference (t =11.23,P =0.01).The expression of miR-7 in the serum of ovarian cancer patients was related to the clinical stage (t =10.12,P =0.01),pathological type (t =6.90,P =0.02),differentiation degree (t =4.46,P =0.03),regional lymph node or distant metastasis (t =5.62,P =0.02),but it was not related to the age (t =0.03,P =0.83).The patients with high miR-7 expression had better overall survival than the patients with low miR-7 expression (36.7 months vs.24.3 months),with a significant difference (x2 =6.04,P =0.02).Conclusion The expression of miR-7 in serum of ovarian cancer patients is down regulated,which may be helpful for the overall assessment of ovarian carcinoma.miR-7 may be one of the important prognostic indicators for ovarian carcinoma.
7.Efficacy of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in treatment of adult with bronchial asthma.Methods 90 cases with bronchial asthma and were divided into observation group and control group randomly from February 2014 to February 2015.45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with budesonide inhalants +formoterol inhalants, observation group was given budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation.Changes of related indicators were followed up and recorded.Results After treatment, IL-5, IL-12 and IFN-γwere (60.2 ±9.7)pg/mL,(31.4 ±3.1)pg/mL,(1.6 ±0.2) ng/mL of observation group were better than control group (72.8 ±10.7)pg/mL,(38.5 ± 5.6)pg/mL,(2.3 ±0.3) ng/mL (P<0.05).After treatment,total effective rate in observation group was 68.9%, which was better than control group (48.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma is accurate, and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
8.Treatment of laterognathism of the mandible

Objective To explore the treatment of laterognathism of the mandible.Methods Nineteen cases of laterognathism of the mandible were treated by Lefort Ⅰ osteotomy,sagittal split ramus osteotomy,genioplasty,anterior mandibular subapical osteotomy and prosthesis implantation,respectively,and their efficacy was evaluated and clinical experience summarized.Results The nineteen cases were followed up for average 12 months after the treatments and all the patients were satisfied with the surgical effects.All osteotomy lines healed well and there were no complications,such as root damage or neurotrosis.Conclusions The orthognathic procedure for laterognathism of the mandible should be selected according to the types and locations of asymmetry deformities.Anterior mandibular subapical osteotomy combined with mandibular cosmetic surgery for slight laterognathism of the mandible could achieve satisfactory results.
9.Underwater Treadmill Training for Spinal Cord Injury (review)

Underwater treadmill training (UWTT) is a new hydrotherapy technique, with features of immersion bath, under water walking and body-weight support treadmill training. UWTT can reduce the load on legs, release spasm, improve gait, muscle atrophy and remain muscle strengthen for SCI patients. It also reduces the risk for cardiovascular disease, and incidence of postural hypotension. The present studies on UWTT are insufficient. More researches should further explore the therapeutic effects on SCI.
10.Progress in Research on HIV-1 Integrase and Its Inhibitors

HIV-1 integrase enzyme is a 32kDa protein encoded by HIV pol gene. It is responsible for integration of viral cDNA into host chromosomal DNA, which is indispensable for HIV replication.Since there was no functional equivalent for this enzyme in human cells, inhibition of integrase will bring little side effect to human body. Thus HIV integrase has become an attractive and rational target for therapy of AIDS after reverse transcriptase and protease.The Recent research on HIV-1integrase structure,inhibitors and new therapeutic method target at HIV integrase was reviewed.
