1.New research progress on effect of P-selectin and high sensitive C reactive protein in acute coronary syn-drome
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(1):108-110
Acute coronary syndrome (ACS)is a group of clinical syndromes whose pathological basis is complete or incomplete occlusive thrombosis secondary to coronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture or erosion.Inflammatory me-diators,such as P-selectin and high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP),possess very important clinical significance for diseased degree, progression and prognosis of ACS.This article made an overview on researches about the rela-tionship among P-selectin,hsCRP and occurrence and development of ACS.
2.Meta-analysis of study on risk factors of female breast cancer
Chinese Journal of Disease Control & Prevention 2008;0(06):-
50 years (ORs=1.39,95% CI:1.22~1.57) and oral contraceptive use (Adjusted ORs=2.12,95% CI:1.24~3.62) were associated with increase in breast cancer risk while the summary OR based on number of full-term pregnancy ≥1 (Adjusted ORs=0.63,95% CI:0.60~0.68) and breastfed (ORs=0.76,95% CI:0.64~0.90) indicated no association with breast cancer risk. Conclusions Decreasing benign breast disease, advocating breastfed and examining high risk population will be the effective measures to control breast cancer in women.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(3):223-225
The paper introduced the organization culture building of a private hospital, in creating the Aikang hospital as your home culture and Aikang values for building a harmonious workplace for the hospital. The management system reform features the separation between regulations and management, building of the supporting system and operating system, for better quality of care with advanced management practice. The social rewards feature great efforts in supporting the disadvantageous population, and undertaking public health service and charity activities. These care and love to the community help the hospital to fulfill its social responsibilities.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(35):29-31
Objective To investigate the value of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (STER) for the diagnosis and therapy of gastric ectopic pancreas. Methods A total of 86 patients who were suspicion diagnose with gastric ectopic pancreas received ESD or STER in hospital, and the therapeutic effect and safety were followed-up.Results Fifty-four gastric ectopic pancreas patients were definitely diagnosed by postoperative pathology.Of the 54 patients,43 cases were located at the gastric antrum,7 cases were located at gastric fundus and gastric corpus juncture,4 cases were located at gastric corpus.Forty-five cases received ESD,9 cases received STER,rate of completely resection was 88.9% (48/54),6 cases had a little tissue residual after resection. One case (1.9%,1/54) happened postoperative delay-bleeding,intraoperative and postoperative perforation was not found.During 1-32 months followed up,recurrence was not found. Conclusion ESD could excise the whole lesion to offer an accurate pathology diagnose, meanwhile good for treatment,ESD is an effective and relatively safe method for gastric ectopic pancreas,STER may be a new approach for gastric ectopic pancreas.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2016;32(5):738-740
Horizontal impacted lower third molars are often adjacent to the inferior alveolar nerve, direct extraction may cause trauma and complications, the most serious complication is inferior alveolar nerve damage. This article reports one case of horizontal impacted lower third molar adjacent to the mandibular nerve canal, the molar was extracted by minimal anchorage pulling for 1 week and then removed smoothly.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in treatment of adult with bronchial asthma. Methods 90 cases with bronchial asthma and were divided into observation group and control group randomly from February 2014 to February 2015.45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with budesonide inhalants +formoterol inhalants, observation group was given budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation.Changes of related indicators were followed up and recorded. Results After treatment, IL-5, IL-12 and IFN-γwere (60.2 ±9.7)pg/mL,(31.4 ±3.1)pg/mL,(1.6 ±0.2) ng/mL of observation group were better than control group (72.8 ±10.7)pg/mL,(38.5 ± 5.6)pg/mL,(2.3 ±0.3) ng/mL (P<0.05).After treatment, total effective rate in observation group was 68.9%, which was better than control group (48.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma is accurate, and there is no obvious adverse reaction.

Objective:To assess the role of EGFR mutations on pemetrexed response in patients with advanced lung adenocarcino-ma. Method: Forty pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients with evaluable lesions were retrospectively screened .They had been treated with pemetrexed-included chemotherapy and had EGFR gene test results. The evaluation endpoints were overall response rate, disease control rate and progression free survival. Result:No significant statistical difference was seen in overall response rate(ORR) (44.4%VS 31.8%, respectively) and disease control rate(DCR) (88.9%VS 81.8%, respectively ) between EGFR wild group and EGFR muta-tion group, but patients in EGFR wild group had longer progression free survival(PFS) ( 8.9 months VS 5.3 months;P=0.046). Conclu-sion:EGFR mutation status can influence the efficacy of pemetrexed.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To observe the effects of advanced glycated bovine serum albumin(AGE-BSA) on the tubule like structure(TLS) formation of endothelial cells. Methods There were three groups:AGE-BSA(25,50 and 100 ?g/ml) treated groups,BSA(25,50 and 100 ?g/ml) treated groups as BSA control groups, endothelial complete medium without AGE-BSA or BSA as blank control groups. After incubation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) for 24,48 and 72 h,TLS formation assay and ELISA were used to detect the length of TLS formation on the surface of collagen Ⅰ and the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) autocrine of HUVECs in presence of AGE-BSA.Results In 24 to 72 h,AGE-BSA(25,50,100 ?g/ml) increased the average length of TLS formation on the surface of collagen Ⅰ and the concentration of VEGF autocrine in supernatant of HUVECs(P
