Objective To analyze the psychological condition of postgraduates in clinical hos-pitals of colleges and universities before and after the implementation of psychological mentor scheme so as to evaluate the effect. Methods Quantitative questionnaire (SCL-90 scale) and qualitative fo-cus interview were used to compare psychological condition of postgraduates. Totally 182 copies of questionnaires were sent to two hospitals (A and B) respectively. Then, psychological mentor scheme was carried out in A hospital. Afterwards, 206 and 140 copies of questionnaires were sent again to the hospitals respectively to compare the results. Eight student psychological consultants, 12 postgraduates and 5 postgraduate management staff were enrolled in qualitative focus interview. Excell2003 software was adopted to establish the database and SPSS 11.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Descrip-tive analysis, frequency analysis, t test, chi-square test and variance analysis were adopted for data analysis. P<0.05 signifies for statistically significant difference. Results Mental health status of both groups was better than the national level before the implementation (total SCL score: A hospital=118 . 08 ±36.20; B hospital =100.33 ±22.90). However, SCL-90 score of A hospital was decreased (total SCL score: 102.58 ±25.23) and that of B hospital (total SCL score:134.01 ±38.92) was in-creased (part of items higher than the adult national norm) at one year after conducting psychological mentor scheme. Conclusions Psychological mentor scheme can effectively relieve stress and interper-sonal stress so as to reduce the general psychological problems and can help to improve mental health of the students.

Objective To explore the unmet needs and service of rehabilitation for Chinese people with disabilities. Methods The unmet needs and services of rehabilitation data from the Second National Sample Survey of Disability and 2006-2016 Statistical Bulletin on the De-velopment of People with disabilities in China issued by China Disabled Persons Federation had been analyzed. Results The unmet needs of rehabilitation for people with disabilities in China were mainly included health care and support, assistive devices, rehabilitation therapy and services, poverty alleviation, accessible facilities, accessible information, and other rehabilitation needs. The highest rate of unmet needs of rehabilitation was in the fields of health care (34.84%) and poverty alleviation (33.25%). There were significant differences in unmet needs of rehabilitation among people with different types of disabilities (χ2=40322.1, P<0.01). For all the types of disabilities, 41.46%had not re-ceived any service and support, 30.45%received health care and support, and 0.55%received accessible information. The main approaches recommended by professionals for people with disabilities were institutional rehabilitation, and community and family based services. The main services recommended by professionals to people with psychiatric (68.18%) or visual disabilities (60.28%) were health care, to people with hearing disability (51.67%) were assistive device, and to people with intellectual (57.36%) and speech disability (47.06%) were rehabil-itation therapy and training. There were significant differences both in rehabilitation approaches and contents among people with different types of disabilities preferred by professionals (χ2=12489.9,χ2=52528.93, P<0.01). Conclusion The unmet needs of rehabilitation for people with different types of disabilities were mainly included health care and assistance, assistive devices, rehabilitation training and services, and poverty alleviation. There were significant differences among people with different types of disabilities. For service delivery, the highest rate was in health care and assistance. The gap between the service and unmet needs of poverty alleviation for people with disabilities in China was the highest. There were significant differences in rehabilitation approaches and contents recommended by professionals among people with different types of disabilities. It was recommended to construct the national and local system of policy support system and rehabilita-tion service governance, to provide precision rehabilitation services based on the unmet needs of rehabilitation, to develop the comprehen-sive rehabilitation service delivery to achieve the goal of rehabilitation for all, and to conduct scientific research on rehabilitation by using International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health to provide evidence and support for the development of rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate the key words related with the growth of psychological rehabilitation literature of psychological rehabilitation in China. Methods The journal articles associated with psychological rehabilitation in CNKI were analyzed with key word frequency. The relationship between the cumulative frequency of key words and the growth of literature were analyzed with Linear Regression Analysis. Result Based on the cumulative frequency of 340 key words frequencies more than 4 in each year, Linear Regression Analysis extracted 10 words that correlated with the literature growth, which were Psychological Nursing, Psychological Problem, Psychological Response,Psychotics, Emotional Disorder, Type A Behavior, Social Psychology, SCL-90, Prosthesis, and Psychiatry. Conclusion The major objects of the researches of psychological rehabilitation in China were psychological problem, psychological response, psychotics, emotional disorder, type A behavior; the major tools were social psychology, SCL-90; the researchers mainly come from the nurse, and the professionals of prosthesis and psychiatry.

PURPOSETo investigate the changes of cerebral hemodynamics pre- and post-ventricular drainage in patients with posttraumatic acute diffuse brain swelling.
METHODSTwenty-four cases of traumatic diffuse brain swelling were analyzed retrospectively. Patients in nonsurgical group were treated by medicine therapy. Patients in surgical group were treated by external ventricular drainage plus medicine therapy. The first CT perfusion scan was completed within 4-5 h after trauma and scanned again after 7 days. The changes of perfusion parameters in area-of-interest in two groups were analyzed and compared before and after treatment.
RESULTSCompared with the nonsurgical group, the value of cerebral blood volume, cerebral blood flow and mean transit time in bilateral frontal temporoparietal grey matter, basal ganglia, cerebellum, and brain stem at pre- and post-therapy were increased significantly (p < 0.05) in surgical group, and consequently the prognosis of patients undergoing surgery was also better than that of nonsurgical group.
CONCLUSIONExternal ventricular drainage can improve cerebral perfusion and increase survival quality for the patients with posttraumatic acute diffuse brain swelling.

Objective To observe the expression of PAR2 and TMEM16A in the model of chronic constriction injury (CCI) in rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons, and to explore the role of it in the neuropathic pain. Methods Rats were divided into Sham operation group (Sham) and CCI group. Both groups were observed respectively to determine thermal withdrawal latency (TWL).The expression of PAR2 and TMEM16A in the dorsal root ganglion of the rat was analyzed using Western blot and immunofluorescence. Results The difference in preoperative TWL between CCI group and Sham group rats was not statistically significant (P < 0.01).TWL was signifi cantly lower at all other time points after operation (P < 0.01).Immunofluorescence results showed that PAR2 and TMEM16A coexisted in rat DRG neurons.Western blot results showed that, compared with Sham group,CCI group PAR2 and TMEM16A protein expression significantly increased after 7 d and 14 d (P < 0.01),and the PAR2 and TMEM16A protein expression on 14 d is higher than that of 7 d (P < 0.05).Conclusions Expression level of PAR2 and TMEM16A in CCI group was significantly higher than those in Sham group. The expression level of these proteins may be the cause of rat model of neuropathic pain.
