Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of spiritual health between emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates, and to provide reference for cultivating humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates. Methods:From May to July, 2023, the nursing undergraduates from Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan Normal University, Xi'an Medical College were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method, and they were investigated by general information questionnaire, spiritual health scale, emotional intelligence scale and humanistic care ability scale.Using AMOS 29.0 to construct a structural equation model, this paper explored the mediating effect of spiritual health between emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates. Results:Finally, 1 126 valid questionnaires were collected. Among 1 126 nursing undergraduates, there were 229 males and 897 females. The total scores of spiritual health, emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates were (90.60 ± 11.02), (126.01 ± 11.90), (174.27 ± 15.16) points, respectively. The humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates was positively correlated with spiritual health and emotional intelligence ( r=0.441, 0.417; both P<0.01), emotional intelligence and spiritual health were positively correlated ( r=0.397, P<0.01). Spiritual health had some mediating effects between emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability, and the amount of mediating effects was 32.24%. Conclusions:The humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates is at a medium level, and emotional intelligence can influence humanistic care ability through spiritual health. Therefore, it is suggested that nursing educators should add courses and practical activities related to spiritual health in the training plan of nursing students to promote their emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability.

Objective:To investigate the utility of 68Ga-fibroblast activation protein (FAP) inhibitor (FAPI)-04 PET imaging in assessing the therapeutic response in pressure overload-induced heart failure. Methods:Rat models of pressure overload-induced heart failure were established by abdominal aortic constriction (AAC). Thirty rats were categorized into AAC group, 7 days reverse AAC (rAAC) group, and sham operation (sham) group ( n=10 per group) using completely random grouping method. All rats underwent 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT imaging at 4 and 8 weeks after the ACC operation, while echocardiography, pathological examination, and immunohistochemical analysis were performed at 8 weeks postoperation. One-way analysis of variance, independent-sample t test and Pearson correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results:68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT imaging showed that the target-to-background ratios of the heart and liver had significant differences among three groups both at 4 and 8 weeks postoperation ( F values: 2 547.12, 2 041.71, 462.65, 1 210.97, all P<0.001). Echocardiography revealed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular internal diameter at end-diastole (LVIDd), and left ventricular internal diameter at end-systole (LVIDs) in three groups at 8 weeks postoperation were significantly different ( F values: 118.92, 9.11, 10.63, all P<0.01). Rats were sacrificed at 8 weeks postoperation, and Masson staining showed that the fibrosis in the heart and liver of the rAAC group was significantly improved compared with that of the AAC group, and immunohistochemical analysis revealed significantly lower FAP levels in the heart and liver of the rAAC group compared with those of the AAC group ( t values: from -11.27 to -4.16, all P<0.01). FAPI uptake in the heart of the AAC group and rAAC group at 8 weeks postoperation were significantly positively correlated with FAPI uptake in the liver, LVIDd and LVIDs, FAPI uptake in the heart was significantly negatively correlated with LVEF, and FAPI uptake in the heart and liver were significantly positively correlated with fibrosis degree and FAP levels of corresponding organs ( r values: -0.89, -0.88, 0.72-0.97, all P<0.05). Conclusions:68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT can show the improvement process of cardio-liver fibrosis following the unloading of excessive pressure in heart failure. Myocardial FAPI uptake is closely related to the extent of heart failure improvement.

Objective:
To investigate the effect of thapsigargin (TG) which can induce endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) on the replication of coxsackievirus B 3 (CV-B3).
Methods:
After 10 MOI CV-B3 infected HeLa cells were exposed 0.25 μmol/L TG for 3 h, 6 h and 9 h, virus RNA of HeLa cells were extracted and viral replication was evaluated by real time PCR. After 0.25 μmol/L、0.08 μmol/L and 0.025 μmol/L TG exposed, the plaque of CV-B3 was used to confirm further replication of CV-B3. To verify TG induced ERS through three signal pathway, one of among PERK, ATF6 and IRE1 inhibitors GSK2656157, AEBSF and STF-083010, and 0.25 μmol/L TG were used in HeLa cells infected with 10 MOI CV-B3, replication of CV-B3 was evaluated by qRT-PCR.
Results:
The stimulation of TG did not induce increase of virus replication after post-infection 3 h. However, TG induced replication of virus to increase 2.5 times after post-infection 6 h and 158.6 times after post-infection 9 h. And, the area of viral plaque was significantly increased. ATF6 inhibitors AEBSF significantly inhibited promotion of virus replication from TG.
Conclusions
TG can promote the replication of CV-B3 through ATF6 signal pathway.

Objective:
To observe the changes of endogenous small interfering RNA (siRNA) in H1-Hela cells infected with human rhinovirus 16 (HRV 16).
Methods:
To determine whether HRV16 infection induced the changes of siRNA, H1-HeLa cells were infected with HRV16 for 12 h, 24 h and 36 h, siRNAs were detected by high-throughput sequencing, second-generation sequencing) and qRT-PCR.
Results:
The result showed that siRNA was generated differently at different time points post-infection, among which novel_sir907 and novel_sir1950 decreased at three time points. Further validation by qRT-PCR showed that novel_sir907 decreased at 12 h, 24 h and 36 h post-infection compared with the cell control, but novel_sir1950 increased at 12 h then decreased at 24 h and 36 h.
Conclusions
HRV16 infection induces changes endogenous siRNAs.

Objective:To investigate the etiology of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Mianyang city in 2022, and to analyze the genetic characteristics of coxsackievirus A6.Methods:Pharyngeal swabs were collected from patients with HFMD in Mianyang city in 2022. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect enteroviruses in the samples. Part of the VP1 gene in enterovirus-positive samples was amplified by nested PCR using enterovirus typing primers to further identify the viral types. The VP1 coding region of all CVA6-positive samples and the whole genome of some samples were amplified and sequenced by PCR. The endemic strain in Mianyang city was analyzed for phylogeny, gene homology, amino acid variation and genetic recombination. Results:A total of 151 pharyngeal swabs were collected, and 104 enterovirus-positive samples were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, with an overall detection rate of 68.88% (104/151). The typing results showed that there were 77 cases of CVA6 infection, with a positive rate of 50.99% (77/151). The full-length VP1 genes of 77 CVA6 strains were amplified, sequenced, and successfully spliced, and phylogenetic analysis showed that all 77 strains were of the D3 genotype. There were multiple amino acid variant sites in the prevalent strains in Mianyang city compared with the reference strain. Twenty whole genome sequences were amplified, sequenced, and successfully spliced, and homology analysis showed that the nucleotide homology between the 20 positive sequences ranged from 97.0% to 99.9%. Phylogenetic tree and recombination analysis showed that no recombination occurred in the coding regions of the epidemic strains in this study. Conclusions:The predominant pathogen causing HFMD in Mianyang city in 2022 is CVA6 D3 subtype, which is consistent with the national epidemic in 2022.
