Objective To evaluate the effect of operative treatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage. Methods 46 cases wer operated on ultra-early or early with perfect operating skills. It is also important to select cases properly and use a series of comprehensive treatment after surgical operation, such as controlling blood pressure, preventing alimentary canal hemorrhge, pulmonary infection, reducing blood sugar and hypothermia mild. Results 7 out of 46 patients died. The evaluation of recovery of survival function depends on ADL.Grade Ⅰ 14 cases,Grade Ⅱ 12 cases,Grade Ⅲ 7 cases,Grade Ⅳ 4 cases,Grade Ⅴ 2 cases. Conclusion The operating curative effect for hypertensive brain hemorrhage can be improved if we grasp its indication, time, methods and comprehensive treatment correctly.

The concept of a community of common health for mankind profoundly expresses China’s important proposition of promoting the health and well-being of people in various countries and jointly maintaining global public health security, which has a distinct formation logic. The idea of a community of common health for mankind is rooted in the "real community" theory of Marxist, reflecting its value orientation in the field of global health, and highlighting the new era’s inherent requirements of "adhering to the people first". It is an organic unity of theoretical logic, value logic, and practical logic. The construction of a community of common health for mankind gathers broad consensus, highlights the distinct theme of world peace and development, responds to international concerns, and provides Chinese proposals and contributes Chinese strength for governing global public health, practicing multilateralism, and promoting the construction of new international relations.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is the most common motor neuron disease. At present, no definite ALS biomarkers are available. In this study, exosomes from the plasma of patients with ALS and healthy controls were extracted, and differentially expressed exosomal proteins were compared. Among them, the expression of exosomal coronin-1a (CORO1A) was 5.3-fold higher than that in the controls. CORO1A increased with disease progression at a certain proportion in the plasma of patients with ALS and in the spinal cord of ALS mice. CORO1A was also overexpressed in NSC-34 motor neuron-like cells, and apoptosis, oxidative stress, and autophagic protein expression were evaluated. CORO1A overexpression resulted in increased apoptosis and oxidative stress, overactivated autophagy, and hindered the formation of autolysosomes. Moreover, CORO1A activated Ca2+-dependent phosphatase calcineurin, thereby blocking the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes. The inhibition of calcineurin activation by cyclosporin A reversed the damaged autolysosomes. In conclusion, the role of CORO1A in ALS pathogenesis was discovered, potentially affecting the disease onset and progression by blocking autophagic flux. Therefore, CORO1A might be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for ALS.
