Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(2):42-44
Objective To observe the effects of Haizao Yuhu Decoction on the CXCR 4 expression of TT cell tumor-bearing mice. Methods Culture the human thyroid TT cells in vitro, and inoculate them into 30 healthy mice BALB/C. Subsequently, Haizao Yuhu Decoction was given to the tumor-bearing mice. They are grouped into three groups, including tumor-bearing group (n=10), Haizao Yuhu Decoction high dosage group (n=10) and Haizao Yuhu Decoction low dosage group (n=10) to observe the tumor growth to calculate the anti-tumor rate. After the tumor has been reaped, immunohistochemical is adopted to test the expressions of chemotactic factor receptor-CXCR 4 on protein level. RT-PCR is used to test the expressions of CXCR 4 on genetic level. Results Comparing with the tumor-bearing group, HZYHD high-dosage group has decreased the expressions of CXCR 4 on both the protein and genetic levels, which is to certain degree dependent on concentration. Conclusion Haizao Yuhu Decoction could decrease the expression of CXCR 4.
2.Meta-analysis and systematic review:adjuvant interferon therapy for patients with viral hepatitis-related hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(3):68-73,77
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant IFN therapy for viral hepatitis-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after treatment with surgical resection or transarterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods Controlled trials of adjuvant treatment with IFN for patients with HCC published between 2000 and 2012 were searched electronically in MEDLINE,PubMed,Cochrane Library, and EMBASE databases.According to the heterogeneity of the studies, two different models-the fixed-effect model and the random-effect model-were applied to analyze the results. Results Ten trials were screened according to inclusion and exclusion standards.Eight randomized, controlled trials and two non-randomized,controlled trials were included. These ten trials with a total of 1 ,029 subjects were eventually involved in the meta-analysis;528 HCC patients were treated with adjuvant treatment with IFN and 501 patients with placebo.Compared to the control group, the recurrence rates of HCC in IFN group were significantly lower CR=0.66;95% CI=0.50 to 0.86;P=0.02),especially after TACE treatment according to subgroup analysis(OR=0.73;95%CI=0.52 to 1.01;P=0.06 for surgical resection;and OR=0.54;95%CI=0.33 to 0.86,P=0.01 for TACE).The death rates in the IFN group also significantly decreased according to not only total events analysis(OR=0.42;95%CI=0.32 to 0.56;P<0.01)but also subgroup analysis(OR=0.51;95%CI=0.36 to 0.72;P=0.0002 for surgical resection;and OR=0.33;95%CI=0.21 to 0.50;P<0.01 for TACE).Conclusion Adjuvant IFN therapy may significantly reduce the recurrence rates of patients with viral hepatitis-related HCC and improve the survival of patients after surgical resection or TACE.The ideal dose mostly selected is 3 MIU/mL,three times per week, which can make patients tolerate the adverse reactions of IFN better and maintain effective concentrations for a long time.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2012;34(8):583-587
Objective To explore the influence of gender and age on hip and plantar pressure changes in the sit-to-stand transition. Methods Kinematic parameters such as changes in hip joint angle, motor velocity and speed, and also plantar pressure changes such as stress, pressure and contact area were observed as subjects of different ages and genders performed sit-to-stand transitions. Results ①Hip kinematics:The speeds of trunk movement and hip joint angle change in men and women were significantly different.Their average speed in rising was also significantly different. The young and middle-aged people rose faster with faster hip joint angle changes than the elderly.Their total rising time was therefore significantly shorter as well.()Plantar pressure kinematics:The men's plantar pressures were significantly higher than those of the women throughout the rising process. The plantar pressure of the young and middle-aged subjects was also significantly higher than that of the elderly. At the last stage of sit-to-stand transfer process the ground contact area of the women's was significantly larger,on average, than that of the men,and the elderly had significantly larger contact areas than young or middle-aged people. Conclusion During sit-to-stand transfers, men and young people move faster than women or the elderly.Women and older people tend to have larger foot-ground contact areas than men and younger persons.Different rehabilitation measures are required for different ages, genders and diseases.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2022;21(9):1182-1185
Objective:To explore the application of typical case combined with practice teaching in the pediatric clinical teaching. Methods:A total of 80 clinical interns majoring in pediatrics who practiced in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University between September 2019 and January 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group ( n=41) and control group ( n=39). The control group adopted conventional teaching while the observation group were given typical case combined with practice teaching model. After 16 weeks of training, the theoretical knowledge, practical operation [direct observation of procedural skill (DOPS) evaluation, and mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX)] and overall performance were analyzed in the two groups of students. SPSS 19.0 was used for t test, chi-square test and rank sum test. Results:After the internship, the theoretical scores of common pediatric diseases, clinical disease characteristics, etiopathogenesis, treatment regimen and complications were enhanced in the two groups, and the above scores in observation group were higher than those in control group ( P<0.05). Besides, the DOPS scores and Mini-CEX scores of the two groups were increased, and the scores were higher in observation group than in control group ( P<0.05). Furthermore, the overall excellent rate of the observation group was 87.80% (36/41), which was higher than 69.23% in control group (27/39). Survey found that the number of interns who believed that the teaching regimen could deepen the knowledge mastery degree, increase the internship interest and improve the comprehensive ability, internship efficiency and clinical thinking ability was more in observation group than in control group. Conclusion:Typical case combined with practice teaching can effectively deepen the interns' understanding of theoretical knowledge of clinical pediatrics, improve the practical operation ability and arouse the interest in learning.

Objective:
To observe the hemodynamic change characteristics of left ventricle and evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) via vector flow mapping(VFM).
Methods:
Sixty-two patients with CHF(CHF group) were selected as case group and were divided into three groups (B, C, D) according to the American College of Cardiology Foundation and the American Heart Association (ACC/AHA ) recommended stages.Sixty healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The left ventricular circulation parameters (vortex quantity, vortex area, circulation) and energy loss (EL) of the apex, mid, and basal segments in different groups were compared in all the systolic phases. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was calculated by biplane Simpson method, and the correlation was analyzed with the parameters of circulation and EL.
Results:
①In the phase of isovolumetric contraction (IVC) and slow ejection (SE), compared with the control group, the levels of EL were increased in mid and basal segments (
