ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical value of magnifying endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of colorectal benign neoplastic lesions.Methods78 colorectal lesions in 61 patients were examined with magnifying colonoscopy after indigo carmine dye, and a pit pattern diagnosis was made for every lesion according to Kudo's classification. All the lesions were totally resected, and the specimen were sent for pathologic examinations.ResultsThe diagnostic sensitivity of neoplastic lesions was 98.4% and specificity was 85.7% when types Ⅰ and Ⅱ represented the pit pattern of nonneoplastic lesions, whereas types Ⅲ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴ represented adenoma and early colorectal cancer. The overall accuracy in differentiating adenoma and early colorectal cancer from nonneoplastic lesions was 96.2%.94.5% of adenomarous lesions were treated by colonoscopy.ConclusionThe magnifying colonoscopy can provide an instantenous accurate diagnosis of tumorous lesions in colon and rectum. Synchronize, minimally invasive and curative treatment is possible to be completed by using it for a large number of lesions.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2014;32(6):588-591
OBJECTIVEThis study aims to observe and compare the influences of the casting alloy post and cores on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
METHODSSix casting alloy post and sores were fabricated for the experimental groups, and zirconia post and core served as the control. The seven types of post and cores were of the same size and shape. Each post and core was orally fastened to a volunteer and then imaged with sequences of T1-weighted spin echo imaging (SE-T1WI), T2-weighted turbo spin-echo imaging (TSE-T2WI), and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI).
RESULTSCobalt chromium alloy post and core generated severe artifacts, whereas gold palladium alloy post and core generated no obvious artifacts, and no difference was observed between the zirconia and the gold palladium alloy post and cores (P > 0.05). The pure titanium alloy post and core produced mild artifacts. The post and cores of the titanium, nickel-cadmium, and gold platinum alloys generated moderate artifacts with no significant differences (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONDifferent metal post and cores have different influences on MRI. With the exception of that generated by cobalt chromium alloy, the artifact generated by the single-alloy post and core does not influence the image of the normal head and neck.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2014;(4):460-463
Objective:To observe the influence of commonly used dental cast metal posts and cores on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)for head and neck. Methods:Six kinds of posts and cores made of metal alloy (Ni-Cr alloy,Co-Cr alloy, titanium alloy, pure titanium,Pd-Au alloy and Au-Pt alloy)were respectively fixed on the mucosa of left palate of a volunteer. The maxillofacial region of the subjects was scanned by routine head sequences SE-T1WI and TSE-T2WI respectively. Results:ANOVA of factorial design analy-sis indicated significant differences of artifacts among metal materials(F=153.63,P<0.05),scanning sequences(F=70.94,P<0.05)and the number of cast posts and cores(F=102.73,P<0.05).In both sequences the size of metal artifacts were as following:Pd -Au alloy>Co-Cr alloy>Ni-Cr alloy>Au-Pt alloy>titanium alloy>pure titanium;two posts and cores>one post and core;SE-T1WI>TSE-T2WI.Conclusion:Different cast metal posts and cores have different influences on MRI artifact.Reasonably choosing the metal materials and scanning sequences can minimize artifacts on MRI.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2011;09(1):51-54
Objective:To analyze the mistakes in the application of tuina therapy in the rehabilitation of stroke,in order to elevate the clinical effects in the treatment of stroke by tuina. Methods:The issues are found out by searching and analyzing the relevant articles on tuina treatment of stroke. Results:In the tuina treatment of stroke, mistakes exist in the intervening time of the treatment,in the emphasis of tuina with negligence of rehabilitation,in the assessment of therapeutic effects,in the selection of the manual techniques and acupoints, and in the negligence of health education. Conclusion:In the tuina treatment of stroke,it is advisable to start treatment in the early stages, use the manual techniques in different phases,to cooperate with rehabilitation at the proper time and to emphasize health education,in order to avoid or reduce the occurrence of misuse syndrome, and eliminate the appearance of disuse syndrome, for displaying the unique advantage of tuina therapy fully and promoting the innovation and development of TCM rehabilitative techniques.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(15):1160-1162
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the impact of upper airway expansion surgery on the blood pressure of hypertension patients with upper airway obstruction.
METHOD:
Clinical data of 45 cases of hypertension patients with nasal obstruction who were underwent upper airway expansion surgery. The morning sitting blood pressure of patients were recorded. All of the patients were underwent nasal expansion surgery and 11 cases with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were combined with H-uvulopalatopharyngoplasty.
RESULT:
Blood pressure of all 45 cases were apparently reduced in 12 months after the operations [systolic blood pressure (157.38 +/- 15.15) mmHg to (132.18 +/- 8.43) mmHg, diastolic blood pressure (95.42 +/- 9.28) mmHg to (82.31 +/- 5.88)mmHg], in which 9 cases with type I hypertension were lowered to normal pressure. Results had statistical difference between pre-operation and post-operation (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
Upper airway expansion surgery (including nasal and pharynx cav ity) can help lower blood pressure of hypertensive patients with nasal obstruction. Post-operative results were better than H-uvulopalatopharyngoplasty only.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
AIM To study oridonin induced apoptosis in human leukemia HL 60 cells. METHODS Cell morphology, agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry were used. RESULTS Oridonin had significant apoptotic inductive effect on HL 60 cells in both concentration and time dependent fashion. The marked morphological changes including condensed chromatin, nuclear fragmentation and apoptotic body were observed. Typical DNA ladder in agarose gel electrophoresis and pre G 1 peak in flow clytometric analysis were also observed in the cells exposed to Ori. CONCLUSION Oridonin can induce apoptosis in human leukemia HL 60 cells.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(2):242-245
Objective:
To understand the real experience and feelings of self injurious cutting in adolescents with depression, to provide guidance for clinical targeted interventions.
Methods:
During November 2021 to May 2022, 19 adolescent patients with depression who had cut themselves as the type of non suicidal self injury were recruited from a tertiary first class psychiatric hospital in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. All the participants were interviewed in a semi structured manner, which used the interpretative phenomenological analysis to analyze the transcription data.
Results:
The experience and feelings of non suicidal self injury in adolescent with depression could be summarized into five themes: self injury thoughts that arise under external interference; self injurious behavior in a thousand thoughts; painful but a happy experience of self injury; cutting as the most frequently selected form of non suicidal self injury; decreases in self injurious behavior reduced when they feel love and responsibility.
Conclusion
Non suicidal self injury of adolescent patients with depression are affected by various factors. Clinicians should provide targeted clinical care according to the characteristics of patients, as well as the no suicide contract, alternative skills of non suicidal self injury behaviors, and a multi dimensional social support platform with the families of patients.
