Objective To explore the relation ship between the high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) and prognosis of ovarian carcinomas. Methods In situ hybridization technique was used to examine HPV16/18 DNA in 32 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors,25 cases of borderline tumors and 45 cases of ovarian carcinoma.Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of VEGF and ki-67 protein, which compared to usual ovarian tissues. Results (1)The positive rate of HPV16/18 was significantly different between ovarian carcinoma and normal epithelial ovarian tissues or benign epithelial ovarian tumors(P

Organoids are three-dimensional (3D) biological structures constructed in vitro by stem cells, which partially mimic the function of real organs. Brain organoids are an extremely important branch of organoid research. This technology can differentiate pluripotent stem cells into the required cell types in a 3D culture environment, and self-assemble into structural bodies, but it is currently unable to fully replicate the structural and physiological features of the real human brain. The maturity of brain organoids may form consciousness, which poses ethical issues such as determining moral status and informed consent in brain organoids research. This paper elaborated on the research progress and future development direction of brain organoids, and proposed multidimensional governance strategies for ethical issues faced in brain organoids research from the perspectives of ethical principles, ensuring public informed consent, and legal supervision. By exploring the above issues, reference will be provided for formulating ethical principles to guide the research and application of brain organoids in the future.

Objective To explore the quantitative expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)in breast hyperplasia and its Clinical significance. Methods The expression of ER and PR was examined by immunohistochemical S-P method and quantitative analysis technique in 20 cases a piece of epithelial hyperplasia of usual type, atypical hyperplasia(mild, moderate, severe)and intraductal carcinoma, which contrasted with 20 cases of usual breast. Results The difference of the expression of ER and PR between usual breast or epithelial hyperplasia of usual type and atypical hyperplasia or intraductal carcinoma was significant(P50%,there was significant difference between moderate dysplasia and mild dysplasia, but no significant difference between moderate dysplasia and severe dysplasia, intraductal carcinoma. Conclusions The abnormal expression of ER and PR may be an early event in the progression of breast carcinoma,it could be used for early diagnosis of breast premalignancy and as a effective mark to monitor the prognosis.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and applicability of free airbags, free fixed totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair (TEP) treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods In Baotou Medical College,Department of General Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital, the 40 cases of patients confirmed with inguinal hernia surgery were choosed from Jan.2010 to Dec.2012 as the observed object, depending on the surgical methods.Divided the cases into the TEP group and the open surgery group to observe statistics including postoperative pain, extent of gastrointestinal function recovery time, the time of bedside movement, the number of days of hospitalization, the incidence of postoperative complications, hospital fees indicators. Results The operation time of TEP group was about 20 minutes longer than the open group and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Compared with the open group,TEP group' s postoperative pain was milder, postoperative feeding time, the time of bedside movement and postoperative exhaust time were earlier, hospital stays were shoter, incidence of postoperative complications was lower, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in hospital costs(P > 0.05).Conclusion TEP inguinal hernia greater advantages compared with traditional open surgery, may be appropriate to carry out in my area.

International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(2):88-90
Objective Explore the feasibility of the laparoscopy, choledocho-fiberacopy, duodenoscopy for the extrahepatic bile duct stone patients and the scope of application. Methods Sixty-four patients with extract common bile duct stones received the multiple endoscopies. Results Satisfactory outcome was ob-tained, no conversion, residual stones, and other complications were observed. Conclusion With profi-ciency in endoscopic and laparoscopic techniques, and a good grasp of the indications for various methods, minimally invasive treatment for extrahepatic bile duct stones is safe and feasible.

Objective To assess the outcomes of the laparocopic cholecystectomy for complicated gall-stone and to sum up the skills and experiences of the operation. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of laparoscopic treatment for the complicated gallstone of 256 patients within three years. Re-sults All patients were cured and discharged, without convention to open surgery and operateive death. Conclusion As long as master the operative indications and the skills to managing complicated problems, LC can be used for the treatment of complicated gallstone.

Objective To explore the advantages and characteristics of pathology experimental teaching based on WeChat public platform. Method Through the establishment ofhomogeneous pathol-ogy experiment platform—WeChat public platform, the students of clinical medicine major of Class 1 and 2 of Grade 2014 who participated in the pathological experiment course were divided into two groups. The experimental group (65 people) used the auxiliary teaching based on the WeChat public platform, and the control group (65 people) used the traditional teaching method. The students in the experimental group used the WeChat public platform in combination with pathology experimental teaching, pushing the experimental teaching by WeChat public platform, including the change of specimen and eye diseases under the micro-scope of typical pictures and videos, and at the same time pushing the typical disease image and the related text introduction, and auxiliary pathology experimental teaching. The effect of teaching was evaluated by student experimental examination and electronic questionnaire. The data were collated after the entry of SPSS 19.0, and the data comparison was performed by t test. Result The average score of the experimental group (14.80±0.24) was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group (13.79±0.33), and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.031). The experimental group students' evaluation on the learning of WeChat based public platform was higher than the control group's evaluation on traditional teaching in the aspects of learning interest, reducing learning pressure and feedback. Conclusion The application of WeChat public platform for the teaching of pathological experiments is feasible compared with the traditional teaching model and can improve the teaching effect effectively, and solve the problems of the pathology experiment teaching sample being insufficient or the teaching sample being not typical, which creates conditions for students to study independently and use specimens and pictures.

In order to explore the application of the teaching mode based on WeChat official platform in the teaching of experimental pathology for international students, the students are required to browse the teaching objectives and the general pictures and microscopic pictures of experimental specimens on the public platform before the experimental class, and get in touch with the preliminary diagnosis of pathology at an early stage, contact with the preliminary diagnosis of pathology early, and consolidate and expand their knowledge after class by using the platform. The research shows that the mixed teaching mode based on the official platform can improve the diagnostic thinking of foreign students in pathology, deepen their understanding of pathology, increase the interaction between teachers and students and the supervision of teachers on students, and enhance their interest in learning.
