Objective To study the effects of the treatment of advanced cervical cancer by chemointubation of super-selected internal iliac arteries.Methods 30 cases with advanced cervical cancer were treated by chemointubation of super-selected internal iliac arteries for 83 times,its curative effects were observed and evaluated.Results The rate of curative effective was 36.7%,11 cases showed complete or partial remission and performed operation,it showed 16 cases had stable condition and 3 cases were still in pragress.The clinical symptoms of all cases ameliorated obviously.Conclusion Interventional therapy give high local density of chemotherapeutic drugs and killed effectively cancer cells,it made clinical stages to reverse,so the part of cases has a chance to operation.It is a safe and effective method for treatment of advanced cervical cancer.

Objective　To investigate short-term and long-term effects of puncture and sclerotherapy introducted by transvaginal ultrasonography (TVS) in patients with pelvic endometriotic cysts.Methods　A total of 50 cases with 53 pelvic endometriotic cysts were treated by puncture and sclerotherapy under TVS guiding and followed up within 5～7 years.Results　The patients outcomes showed good recovery 35 in cases,obvious effects 11 in cases ,seight effects 3 in cases and no effects 4 in cases.The cure rate was 66.0% and the total curative rate was 92.5%.Conclusions　The method proved a significant effect not only in short-term but also in long-term.

Objective To evaluate vagina reconstruction with the use of sigmoid colon. Methods 21 cases underwent vagina reconstruction with the use of sigmoid colon were reviewed of which 13 were male pseudohermaphrodism and 8 congenital devoid of vagina. Results The appearence of the reconstructed vagina has been good in all the 21 patients.15 of the 21 have been followed up for 3～24 months with no overproduction of mucus and no need of routine dilatation. Conclusions Vagina reconstruction with the use of an isolated sigmoid loop is an ideal procedure for juveniles and adults.

Objective To explore the clinical value of real-time shear wave elastography (SWE) in liver tissue stiffness of normal children.Methods Totally 243 normal children were examined by SWE.The data of liver stiffness measurement (LSM) were recorded and analyzed.The differences of LSM between different genders and hepatic segments were compared.According to the age,243 normal children were divided into pre-school group,school age group and adolescent group;and the differences of LSM between 3 groups were compared.The consistency was analyzed in different operators.Results The mean value of LSM in normal children was (4.21±0.70)kPa,and the 95％ confidence interval was (4.11,4.31)kPa.The success rate of segment S5 was higher than that of segment S4 (100％ [243/ 243] vs 79.83％ [194/243]),and the mean value of LSM in segment S5 was lower than that in segment S4 (P＜0.05).The mean value of LSM increased with age,and the boys' was a slightly higher than the girls',but there were no statistical differences between them (all P＞ 0.05).LSM had good consistency in different operators,the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.92.Conclusion SWE could be an objective and quantitative assessment in liver stiffness of children.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with gastrointestinal filling in infants with duodenal obstruction . Methods One hundred infants who were suspected with duodenal obstruction underwent both gastrointestinal ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal tract ,put the surgical results as the ?gold standard ,the values of ultrasonic and upper gastrointestinal tract in the diagnosis of pediatric congenital duodenal obstruction were compared . Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal tract in duodenal obstruction was 100%and 94% respectively ,the difference was statistically significant ( P = 0 .041) . The accuracy rate of obstruction location was 98 .04% and 84 .31% respectively , also was considered to denote statistical significance ( P = 0 .023 ) . The total diagnostic accuracy of congenital disorders caused by duodenal obstruction was 89% and 49% respectively ,and P = 0 .001 implies statistically significant difference . Conclusions There is a high diagnostic accuracy in high frequency ultrasound combined with gastrointestinal filling in children with congenital duodenal obstruction ,and the diagnosis of some diseases is better than that of the upper gastroenterography .

Objective To compare the clinical effects and safety of surgical clipping and intravascular interventional therapy in treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysm.Methods The clinical data of 158 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysm from February 2010 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,all patients were divided into two groups:surgical clipping group with 92 cases and intravascular interventional therapy group with 66 cases,the postoperative curative effects,treatment time,hospital stay,hospital expenses and postoperative complications between two groups were compared.Followed up for 10-46 months,the recurrence rate were compared.Results The good prognosis and defective rates between surgical clipping group and intravasular interventional therapy group had no significant difference [90.2％(83/92) vs.90.9％(60/66),9.8％(9/92) vs.9.1％ (6/66)] (x2 =0.298,P ＞ 0.05).The preoperative Hunt-Hess classification and CT Fisher classification between two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Six months after discharge,mRS score was used to evaluate the curative effect,the defective rates in same level patients between two kinds of treatment methods had no significantdifference (P ＞ 0.05).The treatment time,hospital stay in surgical clipping group were significantly longer than those in intravascular interventional therapy group [(4.03 ± 1.01) h vs.(1.61 ± 0.98) h,(15.90 ± 2.03) dvs.(13.20 ± 1.95) d],hospital expenses was significantly lower than that in intravascular intervention therapy group [61 829.4 ±320.6) yuan vs.(99 876.2 ±371.5) yuan] (P ＜0.05).The postoperative complications rate between two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Followed up for 31.3 (10-46) months,the recurrence rate in surgical clipping group was significantly lower than that in intravascular intervention therapy group [1.1％ (1/94) vs.8.8％ (6/68)] (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Surgical clipping and intravascular interventional therapy in treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysm has their own different characteristics,so patients' treatment methods should be based on their preoperative status (especially preoperative Hunt-Hess and Fisher classification) and patients' economic conditions.

Objective To explore the nutritional status of radical gastrectomy patients during the late course of chemotherapy and its main influencing factors, providing reference for the development of targeted nursing intervention. Methods The Scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment, The Chemotherapy Side Effects of Patients with Gastric Cancer Questionnaire were used to collect clinical data that received complete chemotherapy after radical surgery from September 2014 to March 2016. Results A total of 103 cases finally involved in this study. The incidence of malnutrition in patients during pre-chemotherapy and late course of chemotherapy was 45.63%(47/103) and 73.79%(76/103) respectively, and there was significant difference (χ2=16.97, P<0.05). The nutritional assessment score, the hemoglobin levels and body mass index of patients pre-chemotherapy was (3.64±0.78) points, (124.11± 21.78) g/L, (21.29±2.77) kg/m2 , (8.07±3.75) points, (108.54±11.68) g/L, (20.29±2.68) kg/m2 late course of chemotherapy and there were significant differences(t =-11.74, 6.39, 2.63, all P<0.05). The symptom of depression was at a higher level 65.05%(67/103), patients with anorexia in late course of chemotherapy accounted as much as 75.73%(78/103). Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level, loss of appetite and parenteral nutrition were the main factors which influenced the nutritional status of patients during the late course of chemotherapy. Conclusions With the increase in the number of chemotherapy, the nutritional status of the patient is getting worse. The study suggests medical personnel should pay more attention to the patients with low educational level, give patients and their families targeted diet counseling, correct the mistaken conceptions thus enhance their understanding of dietary knowledge. Strengthening the management of complications during chemotherapy, reducing the adverse factors that affect the patient′s nutritional status to improve the nutritional status of patients.

Objective To investigate the nutritional status of patients with chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy and to provide dietary guidance and nutritional support for patients in time. Methods Patients who received chamotherary after radical gastrectomy inthe Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2014 to March 2016 were included in the study. The nutritional status was assessed by unified training investigators within 48 h after hospitalization. The questionnaires of Scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) and the Chemotherapy Side Effects of Patients with Gastric Cancer Questionnaire were used to investigatethe patients by trained investigators. Results The scores of the nutritional status of patients with different stages of chemotherapy were 6.107 ± 2.947, 6.505 ± 3.134, 8.068 ± 3.748, which was statistically significant (F=10.202, P<0.01). The incidence of anorexia was the highest rate of diet-related symptoms, the rate of early, mid-term and later chemotherapy rates were 34.95%(36/103), 56.31%(58/103), and 75.73%(78/103) respectively. Patients acquired the diet knowledge mainly from medical staff. The proportions of early, middle and later stages of chemotherapy were 92.23% (95/103), 79.61% (82/103), 75.73%(78/103). Conclusions With the increase of chemotherapy times, the nutritional status of patients with radical gastrectomy is getting worse. The results suggested that medical staff should provide an effective basis dietary guidance in time, improving the patients′nutritional status and clinical outcomes.

A simple method for culture of human fetal adrenal medullary cells is described. Enzymatically dissociated human fetal adrenal cells were isolaled by centrifugation on Percoll in the buffer. Adrenal medullary cells with 75%-85% purity were obtained by this procedure. The medullary cells were then plated on plastic culture dishes coated with collagen. After 2-7 days medullary Cells began to flatten and extended processes. A further identification of the cells as medullary in origin was confirmed, by specific catecholamine fluorescence technique. Catecholamine content in the medium was also determined by HPLC.

Objective: To determine the value of telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells as clinical indicator of tumor presence, stage, and recurrence. Methods: The techniques of TRAP-PCR and TRAP-sliver staining were employed to detect telomerase activity in 73 patients with TCC before operation (study group) and 20 benign urothelial cancer patients (control group) and 21 normal individuals (normal group). Cytologic results were obtained simultaneously. The bladder tumor specimens were obtained from 73 patients during operation, and histologically evaluated for tumor content and grade. Results: Positive rate of telomerase activity detection in TCC patients (80.8%,59 of 73) was significantly higher than that of cytological examination (20.5%, 15 of 73). Positive telomerase activity was not found in 17 of 20 in control group and none was found in normal group. Analysis of the distribution of abnormalities with tumor stage revealed greater detection of high pathological stage (T 2-T 4) (89.7%, 26 of 29) compared with low stage (Tis-T 1) (75%, 33 of 44). Conclusion: Detection of telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells may be a sensitive and effective marker in the diagnosis of TCC.
