Objective To study effect of time choosing of urine tube extubation after general anesthesia intracranial stents implantation. Methods A total of 82 patients with intracranial artery stenosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The observation group pulled out urinary tube when the anesthesia Steward to score was 4 points, the control removed extubation after 24 h when lifting side limbs got out of braking.Headaches, high blood pressure, disturbance of consciousness, seizures, bleeding in the brain, such as clinical symptoms were compared,TCD monitoring results and urine output and urination method for the first time were recorded. Results Observation group had lower incidence of headache, disturbance of consciousness, seizures and other clinical symptoms than the control group, the proportion of patients with the blood pressure > 150 MMHG and TCD monitoring with ipsilateral middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity of 1.5 ~ 3 times increase was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the first time urination volume, the success rate of urination and induced urination success rate, and urination success rate was higher, there was no patients with urethral catheterization. Conclusion For patients with line intracranial stent angioplasty general anesthesia, the preoperative nursing can guide bed urination, placing a urinary catheter can increase susceptibility of the adverse reactions caused by urinary catheter. And it can effectively avoid urinary retention and urinary irritation caused by high cerebral perfusion syndrome and other complications, greatly improve the patient's comfort, and no adverse effects of patients with urination is observed.
