Hegu needling is mainly used for the treatment of orthopedic and neurologic diseases, such as cervical spondylosis, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, myofasciitis, periarthritis of shoulder, and stroke sequela, which has a rapid and benefial effect in relieving pain and improving symptoms and signs. It is often combined with other treatment methods, such as point-point needling, electric needling, QI needling, SHU needling, bloodletting, stagnant needling, warm needling, ginger partitioned moxibustion, Qistimulated massage, Tuina, bonesetting and xercise therapy. Filiform needle or round sharp needle are mostly used in Hegu needling. At present, the acupoints of Hegu needling are mostly Ashi points or stimulation points, but the acupoints of the fourteen meridians are rarely selected. Hegu needling is rarely used in the treatment of gynecological and pediatric diseases. Hegu needling has certain effect on dementia, vertigo, panic attack, trigeminal neuralgia, facial paralysis, and cancer pain, but few clinical studies confirmedit.

In order to meet the requirements of ultrasound bone density measurement, we proposed a software solution to improve the accuracy and speed of measurement of bone mineral density of the ultrasound bone densitometer. We used a high-speed USB interface chip FT232H, along with a high-speed AD converter chip to calculate speed of sound (SOS), broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA ) and other bone density parameters in the PC software. This solution improved the accuracy of the measurement data, reduced the measurement time and increased the quality of the displayed image. It is well concluded that the new software can greatly improve the accuracy and transmission speed of bone density measurement data through a high-speed USB interface and a software data processing technology.

Objective: To investigate the inlfuence of angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) on lectin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) protein expression and to explore the protective effect of ACE2 on vascular endothelial cells. Methods: Our work includedin vitro andin vivo studies. For in vitro experiment, the human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) were cultured and transfected with replication deficient recombinant adenovirus of ACE2 (Ad-ACE2), and LOX-1 protein expression stimulated by angiotensin 2 was examined by Western blot analysis. Forin vivo study, atherosclerosis plaques were induced in 20 apolipoprotein E-deifcient (ApoE-/-) mice, and then randomly divided them into 2 groups: ACE2 group, the mice received Ad-ACE2 (2.5×109 pfu/ml) injection through caudal vein, EGFP (enhanced green lfuorescent protein) group, the mice received equal replication deifcient recombinant adenovirus of EGFP (Ad-EGFP) injection through caudal vein.n=10 in each group. The animals were executed after 1 month treatment to collect abdominal aorta. Lipid content in atherosclerosis plaque was evaluated by Oil red O staining and LOX-1 protein expression was examined by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis. Results: Bothin vitro andin vivo experiments conifrmed that endothelial cell LOX-1 protein expression was signiifcantly inhibited by ACE2 transfection. The lipid content in ACE2 group was obviously lower than that in EGFP group byin vivo study. Conclusion: ACE2 may inhibit LOX-1 protein expression and therefore reduce the progress of atherosclerosis.

We studied the effect of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis prokaryotic ubiquitin-like protein-proteasome system on mono-resistant to rifampin resistance to M.tuberculosis.A resazurin-based assay was employed to evaluate minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and comparative research on mono-resistant to rifampin MTB with Pup,Dop,PafA,Mpa genes expression and deletion of the difference.Above testing strains, respectively, carbonyl cyanide chlorobenzene hydrazone (CCCP),reserpine (RP),verapamil (VP)and chlorpromazine (CPZ) were tested. We compared and analyzed the change of rifampicin MICs on the various strains.Compared with rifampin resistant MTB,overexpression of Pup,Dop,PafA and Mpa genes were able to make monorifampicin of M.tuberculosis to enhance resistance to rifampin.Deletion of Pup gene,Mpa gene,Dop gene,PafA gene significantly decreased the resistance to rifampicin alone MTB,and the P value was <0.05.Results indicated that 4 kinds of efflux pump inhibitors can reduce the degree of rifampin MIC in different strains.Through the factorial analysis, there were some interactions between MTB and PPS efflux pump inhibitors, and the P value was <0.05.MTB PPS has influence on mono-rifampin resistance to MTB and it may regulate the efflux pathway related protein to influence its resistance.
