Objective To study the effect of oral Cefradine on pharmacokinetics of baicalin in rats in vivo. Methods The rats were divided into two groups: one was supplied with baicalin individually and the other was supplied with the combination of Cefradine and baicalin. Plasma concentrations of two groups were detected by HPLC with electrochemical detection (ECD). The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by statistical analysis and compared. Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture of Siguan on contents of hippocampal monoamine neurotransmitter NE, DA and 5-HT in post-stroke depression rats, and throught it to probe the possible mechanism of anti-depressive.Methods 60 rats were divided into five groups randomly, as the normal group, MCAO group, PSD group, Siguan group, and fluoxetine group. Except the normal group, the rats of other groups were used to establish left side of the MCAO models by modified Longa filament method. PSD model was prepared by living alone in combination with mild stimulation by chronic unpredictable after stroke model success 7 days. The Siguan group was received electroacupuncture at Siguan point, and the fluoxetine group was gastrically perfused with fluoxetine, and all rats were received sugar consumption experiment in different period of treatment. After continuous treatment for 21 days, contents of NE, DA and 5-HT in hippocampal tissue were measured with RP-HPLC-fluorescent method. Results At the seventh day, compared with PSD group, the ratio of sugar water consumption(51.09%± 3.68%vs. 38.97%± 4.07%)has a significant increase in the Siguan group(P<0.01), while no significant changes in the fluoxetine group. At the fourteenth day, the ratio of sugar water consumption(68.25%± 4.69%vs. 39.64%± 4.49%)continued to rise in the Siguan group, the fluoxetine group also had significantly increased compared with the PSD group, the two groups were significantly higher than those in the PSD group (P<0.01), but the Siguan group was higher than that of the fluoxetine group(P<0.01).At the twenty-first day, the ratio of sugar water consumption (41.56%± 2.12%vs. 41.56%± 2.12%)increased further in the Siguan group and the fluoxetine group, which was significantly higher than those in the PSD group (P<0.01), but the Siguan group and fluoxetine group had no obvious difference(P>0.05). Compared with the PSD group,the contents of NE(244.93 ± 44.57 ng/g vs. 129.27 ± 11.68 ng/g), DA(86.80 ± 14.64 ng/g vs.44.22 ± 7.60 ng/g), 5-HT(526.31 ± 54.41 ng/g vs.221.56 ± 39.57 ng/g) in the hippocampus tissues were significantly higher than many in the Siguan group and fluoxetine group(P<0.01), but the difference between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05). Conclusion The symptoms of PSD rats pleasure disappeared can be improved by electroacupuncture atSiguan. Its mechanism may be related with the increased contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in the hippocampus of rats.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of the elder patients with the invasive fungal infections (IFI) in gerontal hematological malignant. Methods 38 patients with IFI during Jan 2000 to October 2007 were enrolled to analyze retrospectively. Results A total of 38 cases of gerontal hematological malignancies were diagnosed IFI. Occurrence of IFI correlated with agranulocytosis persistence >5 days, broad - spectrum antibiotics using >7 days, complicating diabetes, the hospitalized day longer than 20 days,chemotherapy scheme combined with glucocorticoids. IFI clinical manifestation varied with different infection sites and different fungal species. Lung was the frequently fungal infection site(25 cases, 65.8 %). The most common fungal subtypes were Candida albicans (14 strains, 38.9 %) and aspergillus (7 strains, 19.4 %).Although amphotericin B and itraconozole were adopted to treat IFI, but there were still 10 cases of patients died because of severe respiratory failure. Conclusion Elder patients with gerontal hematological malignant with a marked increasing mortality of IFI, prognosis was poor. Morbidity concerned with many factors, early prophylaxis or empiric antifungal treatment should be adopt.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical significance of microvessel density (MVD) and investigate the relationship of Endoglin (CD105), VEGF and p53 protein and their significance of clinical pathology. METHOD: Pathologic paraffin-embedded tissues and clinic data of 40 patients with primary squamous cell carcinoma of larynx were studied. Serial sections were respectively stained with Endoglin (CD105), VEGF and p53 by immunohistochemistry and its expressions were investigated. Microvessel density (MVD) highlighted by Endoglin (CD105) were counted according to a standard protocol. RESULT: Endoglin (CD105) expression in tumour tissue was significantly higher than in normal mucosa (P < 0.05). The mean MVD value for Endoglin (CD105) was 14. 90 +/- 7.40. The mean CD105-MVD value of T3 and T4 tumours showed a significantly higher staining than that of T1 and T2 tumours; The mean CD105-MVD value of tumours with metastasis was also higher than that of tumours with no metastasis (P < 0.05); The expression of VEGF was observed in cytoplasm of tumour cell and its positive rate was 77.5% in laryngeal carcinoma, which was significantly correlated with TNM stage and pathological differentiation of laryngeal carcinoma (P < 0.05). The expression of p53 protein was mainly observed in nucleolus of tumour cell and its positive rate was 67.5%, which was significantly correlated with metastasis of lymph node. Positive relevance was found between CD105-MVD and VEGF (r = 0.641, P < 0.01); Positive relevance was also found between CD105-MVD and p53 (r = 0.534, P < 0.01). CONCLUSION Endoglin (CD105) is a marker of tumour angiogenesis for its significant associated with active angiogenesis in laryngeal carcinoma. The study shows that CD105-MVD in laryngeal carcinoma is an independent indicator of predicting invasion, metastasis and recurrence, and evaluating prognosis of malignant tumours. CD105-MVD, VEGF and p53 could be important indicators to evaluate invasion, metastasis and recurrence of laryngeal carcinoma.

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of children with Kawasaki disease complicated by hypoproteinemia.Methods:The clinical data of 105 children patients with Kawasaki disease who received treatment in Ji'an Central People's Hospital, China between January 2015 and December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. These patients were divided into normal-level albumin (ALB) group (≥ 35 g/L, n = 54) and low-level ALB group (< 35 g/L, n = 51). White blood cell count, hemoglobin, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bile acid, and coronary artery B-ultrasound examination results were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of hypoproteinemia was similar among all age groups. There was significant difference in coronary artery dilatation rate between the two groups (χ 2 = 5.49, P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the percentage of patients with hand and foot scleredema and urinary protein-positive rate between the two groups (χ 2 = 0.40, 0.39, both P > 0.05). White blood cell count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein level in the low-level ALB group were 15.2 × 10 9/L, (82.1 ± 26.1) mm/h, 94.7 mg/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the normal-level ALB group [11.5 × 10 9/L, (54.5 ± 26.2) mm/h, 43.65 mg/L, Z = -2.94, t = 5.40, Z = -6.01, all P < 0.01]. There were no significant differences in alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and total bile acid levels between the two groups (all P > 0.05). Conclusion:The incidence of Kawasaki disease complicated by hypoproteinemia is unrelated to age and it is related to inflammatory reaction. Hypoproteinemia is a risk factor of coronary artery dilatation. This study is of great science.

Objective. This study characterized the activation of platelet integrin aⅡbβ3 induced by two anti-human platelet te-traspanin monoclonal antibodies(mAbs),HI117 and SJ9A4. Methods. Using 125I-labeled human fibdnogen(Fg), specific Fg binding to human platelets induced by HI117 and SJ9A4 was measured as indication of activation of platelet integrin αⅡbβ3 by the two mAbs. Results. H1117 and SJ9A4( 10μg/ml and 20μg/ml) induced evident specific Fg binding to human platelets, sug-gesting that the two mAbs evoked activation of platelet integrin αⅡbβ3. Further study indicated that HI117 and SJ9A4 induced integrin t Ⅱ 1β3 activation independent of platelet Fc-receptors, and that HI117 and SJ9A4-induced integrin αⅡbβ3 activation was inhibited by sphingosing, aspirin, apyrase, and/or PGI2. Conclusion. The anti-platelet tetraspanin(CD9)mAbe,HI117 and SJ9A4, can induce platelet integrin αⅡbβ3 act-vation independent of Fc-receptors. Three signaling pathways,i.e.thromboxane,secreted ADP, and cAMP pathways may be involved in the process, with protein kimse C activation presumably being the comtmon step of the three pathways.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the genotype-phenotype correlation of Cardio-facio-cutaneous syndrome (CFCS) caused by MAP2K1 gene variants. METHODS: Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood sample from a child patient and his parents. Whole exome sequencing (WES) was carried out for the patient. Suspected variant was verified by Sanger sequencing. RESULTS: The patient was a 1-year-8-month old Chinese male who manifested short stature, psychomotor retardation, relative macrocephaly, distinctive facial features, and congenital heart disease. WES test revealed a heterozygous missense c.389A>G (p.Tyr130Cys) variant in the MAP2K1 gene. Sanger sequencing has confirmed the variant as de novo. According to ACMG/AMP guidelines, the variant was classified as pathogenic. CONCLUSION Compared with previously reported CFCS cases due to MAP2K1 variants. The patient showed obvious behavioral problems, good appetite and tricuspid regurgitation, which may to be novel features for CFCS.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the oncological outcomes, functional outcomes in patients undergoing supracricoid partial laryngectomy (SCPL). Provide clinical experience for application of SCPL. METHOD: A retrospective analysis of the 115 cases with laryngeal carcinoma accepted SCPL in our department from Jan 1996 to Dec 2004. Use the Kaplan-Meier method to analyze the patients'survival rate. Evaluate the value of reserve larynx function. RESULT: The 5-years survival rates and the decannulation rate was 80.8%, 99.1% respectively; and the average decannulation time was 22.25 days. The mean time of removal of gastric tube was 9.57 days. The function of CHEP was superior to CHP. The vocal function of 115 cases were all achieved in general communication. CONCLUSION SCPL get better oncological and functional outcomes and allows the preservation of the basic function of the larynx. It's a safe, effective technique and deserved to generalization.

Plexiform fibromyxoma (PF) of the stomach is a very rare mesenchymal tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. We report the first case of PF with 2 different growth patterns pathologically confirmed after surgical resection. The tumor was characterized microscopically as infiltrative; it demonstrated diffuse growth into the smooth muscle bundles of the muscularis propria and was also multinodular and plexiform within the myxoid stroma.Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that the tumor cells were positive or weakly positive for smooth muscle actin, vimentin, and H-caldesmon and negative for desmin, CD117, CD34, CK-20, Pan-CK, Dog1, S100, ER, PR, and CD10. No mutations of C-kit and platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha were detected. No genetic disruption of glioma-associated oncogene homolog 1 was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization. The final diagnosis of PF was mainly based on the morphological and immunohistochemical findings.
