The alkaline elution and flurometric DNA assay for the mesurement of the DNA single-strand breaks (SSB) and the thiobarbituric, acid test for the mesurement of molondialdehyde (MDA) were adopted in this article to study the effects of sodium selenite (Na_2SeO_3) on the mutagenicity of AOH. Objective To evaluate the value of MicroPure imaging system of ultrasonography in display of breast calcification,and explore its clinical application value.Methods One hundred and forty-one patients underwent by mammography,conventional ultrasound imaging and MicroPure imaging,the mammography results were reference standard,observing the display rate of MicroPure imaging for calcification,and the value of MicroPure imaging in the display of calcification with different shapes on mammography.As the pathologic diagnosis was golden standard,the accuracy of diagnosis of conventional ultrasound,conventional ultrasound combined with MicroPure imaging,conventional ultrasound combined with mammography were evaluated with receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve.Results The display case of calcifications within breast masses:the specificity of MieroPure imaging was lower than conventional ultrasound(88.14% vs 100%,P < 0.05),the sensitivity and accuracy were higher than conventional ultrasound(100% vs 62.79%,93.14% vs 84.31 %,P <0.05).The display case of microcalcifications within normal breast tissue:the specificity and accuracy of MicroPure software system were lower than conventional ultrasound(9.26% vs 100%,43.87% vs 65.96%,P <0.05),the sensitivity was higher than conventional ultrasound (100% vs 20.00%,P <0.05).The punctate calcification,amorphous calcification,rough uneven,pleomorphic calcifications on mammography were all hyperechoic spots on MicroPure software system.The area under the ROC curve of the conventional ultrasound,conventional ultrasound combined with MicroPure imaging,conventional ultrasound combined with MicroPure imaging was 0.881,0.858,0.932,respectively.Conclusions MicroPure imaging has some clinical value on microcalcifications within breast masses,which can improve its sensitivity and accuracy.The specificity of MicroPure imaging diagnostic ultrasound imaging of microcalcifications were lower,and it can not distinguish between different shapes of calcifications.Compared with conventional ultrasound,MicroPure imaging system can not improve the accuracy of diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
3.Preliminarily Proposed Diagnostic Criteria of Pathological Internet Use

Objective:To establish a preliminary diagnostic criteria of pathological internet use for field test in China.Methods:Through searching common "pathological internet use" diagnostic criteria or screen criteria in literature,a diagnostic criteria items pool and a preliminary diagnostic criteria of "pathological internet use" were established .According to the diagnostic criteria,each 2 senior professional psychiatrists in turn interviewed 79 patients and their parents,and then made diagnosis respectively. In addiction,44 high school students were each evaluated by one psychiatrist.The definite diagnosis was made when 2 evaluators make the same diagnosis for one patient.Result:In 123 patients,54 were pathological internet use.For diagnosis,the value of kappa for inter-rater reliability was 0.812( P<0.001).In the 12 criteria items,2 for poor inter-rater reliability and 4 for little contribution to diagnosis were eliminated.In the reserved 6 items,if 4 items(or more)were positive,the diagnostic sensitivity was 78.9% and specificity was 95.3%.Functional impairment criteria were made strictly.In the patients who were made the definite diagnosis,90.7% had duration of illness above 3 months,and 77.7% above 6 months.Conclusion:The preliminary diagnostic criteria of pathological internet use after revised includes 6 symptom criteria,3 functional impairment criteria,duration of illness and exclusive criteria.The criteria proposed is with high consistency on evaluations made by psychiatric raters,and with operational convenience.The criteria,after further revised,may fit the clinical application.
4.Clinical effect of cognitive behavioral Intervention on the cognitive level and quality of life in patients with venous thromboembolism

Objective To explore the effectof cognitive behavioral Intervention on the quality of life and cognitive lever of patients with venous thrombus embolism. Methods 164 patients with Venous Thrombus Embolism were randomly divided into control group and research group, the control group received routine care, The study group received cognitive behavior intervention. The cognitive lever and quality of life score was measured between before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, the difference score of living quality and cognitive lever in the two groups has no statistical significance (P > 0.05), and after intervention, the cognition lever and the three aspects of risk factors, anticoagulant knowledge and treatment methods of research group scored (28.47 ± 7.63), (7.38 ± 2.48), (6.82±2.73), (3.64±1.59) points which were significantly higher than the control group scored (20.54±5.49), (4.31±2.14), (3.72±1.62), (2.18±1.36) points (t=7.635, 8.469, 8.822, 6.299, P<0.01),the quality of life and four dimensions of daily life ability, pain, social activities, mental scored ( 37.04 ± 7.08), [9.00 (5.00, 11.00)],(9.04 ± 1.55),(5.52 ± 1.59),(14.00 ± 3.06) points which showed great improvement than the control group scored [49.50(39.75-59.25)], [11.50 (6.75, 16.00)], (10.05 ± 1.65), (7.95 ± 2.19), (19.18 ± 3.88) points. There were significant difference in the quality of life and four dimensions between the two groups. (Z=-3.558,-2.143, t=2.102, 4.274, 4.991, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions The quality of life for the venous thrombus embolism patients were in lower level. The cognitive behavioral intervention could correcting their bad behavior and negative emotions, eventually improve the quality of life of venous thrombus embolism patients.
5.Blood pressure and blood biochemical indexes between obese students and normal-weight middle school students in urban area of Yinchuan

Objective:
To analyze the differences of cardiovascular(CV) risk factors between middle school students with normal weight but high body fat and students with normal weight and normal body fat in urban area of Yinchuan,to provide a theoretical basis for early detection of their invisible obesity and controlling CV metabolism disease.
Methods:
During 2017 to 2018, a total of 1 043 secondary school students in urban area of Yinchuan were selected through cluster sampling. Questionnaire survey, physical examination, body composition and blood lipid test were conducted among all the participants.745 middle school students with normal body mass index (BMI) were included in the analysis.
Results:
Nearly 31.1% students with normal BMI had high body fat, with girls significantly higher than that in boys across different age groups(χ2=10.37,106.49,P<0.01). Total cholesterol (TC) in boys with normal-weight obesity was higher than that in the normal group, while diastolic blood pressure (DBP), triglyceride (TG), TC and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in girls with normal-weight obesity were significantly higher than that in the normal group, with statistically significant differences (t=-2.37,-3.82,-3.48,-4.46,-4.68,P<0.01). The detection rates of high blood pressure, high TC level and high LDL-C level in normalweight obese girls were all higher than those in normal group (χ2=4.17,8.77,5.91,P<0.05). The detection rate of CV risk factors ≥2 in normal-weight obesity group was higher than that in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.05,P<0.01).
Conclusion
Normal-weight obesity among middle school students in urban area of Yinchuan is prevalent, which is mainly concentrated in female students. Moreover, cardiovascular risk factors are more common among those normal-weight obese students compared with normal students. Interventions for preventing and controlling normal-weight obesity should be developed and implemented as early as possible.
6.Evaluation of scientific research development trend of young talents based on Bibliometrics: The case of Peking University Cancer Hospital

Objective:To evaluate the scientific research development trend of young talents in Cancer Hospital of Peking University.Methods:The papers published by the young talents in the hospital as first or corresponding author from 2010 to 2019 were retrieved and analyzed, bibliometric method was used to evaluate the scientific and technological output of young talents in the hospital.Results:In the past 10 years, the number of papers increased from 149 to 402, and the quality of papers also improved significantly. SCI papers contributed a lot to the growth of the number, and its impact factors increased year by year.Conclusions:In recent years, the scientific research ability of young talents in hospital has been significantly improved, and some advantageous disciplines have been formed. At the hospital level, we should strengthen the combination of basic science and clinical medicine, strengthen the discipline construction, and attach importance to the strategy of young talents training. The management department should pay more attention to the significance of scientific and technological evaluation, making appropriate considerations of paper publication, and promote the development of young talents.
7. Effect of individual exercise prescription on walking ability of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs

To explore whether individualized exercise prescription can improve the walking ability of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion (ASO).

A total of 64 ASO patients with ankle brachial index (ABI) between 0.6 and 0.9 were randomly divided into the observation group (32 cases) and the control group (32 cases), Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and patients in the observation group received nursing intervention based on individualized exercise prescription, ABI and walking impaired questionnaire (WIQ) scales were measured at admission and 12 weeks after intervention.

8.Characteristics of fat free mass among middle and high school adolescents in Yinchuan City

Objective:
To elucidate age and sex specific characteristics in fat free mass (FFM) among middle and high school adolescents in Yinchuan City, China, and to provide a scientific basis for healthy development, chronic disease prevention and intervention in children and adolescents.
Methods:
Using a convenient cluster sampling method, 1 175 middle and high school adolescents, aged 10 to 20 years old, from Yinchuan, China, were selected to participate in a questionnaire survey and physical examination, which involved body composition by bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA).
Results:
For adolescents aged 12 to 18 years, FFM and the fat free mass percentage (FFMP) of boys increased with age(from 39.78 to 52.63 kg; 77.51% to 83.80%, respectively), the age trends of the FFM and FFMP of body parts were in the similar pattern, and were significantly higher than those of girls(all P <0.05). In girls, the FFM reached a peak of 40.96 kg at 15 years old, and decreased slightly between the ages of 15 and 18 years, the age trends of the FFM of body parts were in the similar pattern, and the FFMP decreased with age (from 75.63% to 71.91 %). In addition, in girls, the age trends of the FFMP of left and right legs were the same as the general trend, while the FFMP of left and right arms increased with age. The FFMP of the trunk reached a minimum of 29.93% at 15 years old and increased from 15 to 18 years old(all P <0.05).
Conclusion
For middle and high school adolescents aged 12 to 18 years old in Yinchuan City, China, the distribution of FFM changed in accordance with age and gender differences, in accordance with the characteristics of the adolescents growth and development.
9.Research on the scientific research performance evaluation of young scientists in hospitals based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Data Envelopment Analysis

Objective:To establish a performance evaluation index system and evaluation method for young scientists in hospitals, and to provide reliable evidence for management departments in evaluating, selecting outstanding young scientists and formulating tailored training programs.Methods:Literature analysis, expert consultation, analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis were adopted in this article to evaluate the scientific research performance of young scientists in hospitals.Results:The scientific research data of young scientists under 45 years of age in Peking University Cancer Hospital from 2015 to 2019 were collected, and their scale efficiency and technical efficiency were analyzed by using index system and its weight and propose the improvement measures to achieve the purpose of evaluation and reform.Conclusions:This method is useful for the effective evaluation of the young scientists in the hospital, and is helpful to improve the level of scientific research management, as well as realize the virtuous circle of matching the input and output of scientific and technological innovation.

Quantity is the key factor to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medicines. It is very important to study and determine the traditional measuring units and their quantity values of Tibetan medicine. Based on the literature records of Tibetan medicine and combined with modern experimental verification and investigation research, this study determined the reference, name, and conversion rate of traditional measuring units of Tibetan medicine. Meanwhile, through large sample sampling and repeated quantification of refe-rence of basic units, its weight and volume were clarified. The modern SI volume and weight unit values corresponding to the traditional volume and weight units of Tibetan medicine were deduced, and the correctness, reliability, and practicability of these determination results were demonstrated. This study also put forward some specific suggestions and reference values for formulating the standards of measuring units of weight and volume of Tibetan medicine. It is of great significance in guiding the processing, production, and clinical treatment of Tibetan medicine, and promoting the standardization and standardized development of Tibetan medicine.
