Objective To observe the effects of Edaravone and Fleabane in treatment of acute cerebral in-farction(ACI). Methods 80 cases of patients with ACI were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (n=40) was treated by Edaravone and Fleabane, and tile control group(n =40) was treated by Fleabane. Before and 14 days after treatment, the neurologic impairment and clinical curative effect of the two groups were evaluated respectively. Results After treatment the neurologic impairment in the two groups were all improved significantly (P <0.01), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01). About the clinical curative effect, the effective rate in the treatment group was 82.5%, and that in the control group was 67.5%. The difference be-twcen the two gruups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Edaravone and Fleabane in treatment of ACI is safe and effective.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the drug use in outpatients of our hospital. METHODS: A total of 10.680 prescriptions prescribed since the issuing of the Prescription Management Method on May 2007 were reviewed for an analysis of the irrational ones involving nonstandard writing and inappropriate drug use. RESULTS: 12.0% prescriptions were nonstandard in writing and 51.6% were irrational in drug use. CONCLUSION: The prescriptions in our hospital under study are somewhat irrational in prescription writing and drug use,which is worth the highest alert.

Objective To explore the value of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP),visual evoked potential(VEP)and Revised Visual Retention Test(VRT)in detecting impairment of central nervous system in patients with acute leukemia(AL).Methods Neuropack-Ml type evoked potential machine(Japan)was used to check brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)and visual evoked potential(VEP).BAEP,VEP and VRT were examined in 30 cases with acute leukemia(group AL)and in 30 age and sex matched healthy subjects as a control(groupC).Indexes of BAEP including peak latency(PL)of waves I ,IB ,V and inter-peak latency(IPL)of waves Ⅰ～Ⅲ,Ⅲ ～Ⅴ,Ⅰ～Ⅴand indexes of VEP(P100PL)were determined.VRT was accomplished meanwhile applying B method with C pattern,C method with D pattern,D method with E pattern.The correct scores and error scores were recorded separately.Results BAEP:the abnormal rate of the group AL was 23.3 %.Compared with control group,we found significant longer latency of wave Ⅲ、Ⅴ(P＜0.05)and significant elongation in the mean inter-peak latencies of Ⅰ～Ⅴ(P＜0.05).VEP:the abnormal rate of the group AL was 26.7% ,the P100 PL of the patients was longer than that in the control group(P＜0.05).VRT:the abnormal rate of the group AL was 33.3%.The results of VRT showed that the score in the group AL in D method with E pattern was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion BEAP,VEP and VRT could detect the impairment of central nervous system in patients with acute leukemia sensitively,and give clues to early diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia(CNSL).

OBJECTIVE To study the main bacteria and their drug-resistance of postoperative infections after liver transplantation.METHODS The distribution and drug-resistance profile of 156 strains of bacterial isolates from(various) specimens in 68 liver transplantation inpatients were retrospectively analyzed last year.RESULTS The(incidence) of infections after liver transplantation was 67.6 %.The major bacteria were Klebsilla pneumoniae((17.3%)),Staphylococcus aureus(14.1%),Candida albicans(11.0%),and Pseudomonas aeruginosa((11.0%)).The bacteria had the character of multidrug-resistance and high drug-resistance.The most effective(antibiotics) to Gram-negatives and Gram-positives were still the carbopenems and glycopeptide.CONCLUSIONS(Infection) is a major complication after liver transplantation.Prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of the(infection) are very important.

Objective To investigate the application value of chronic kidney disease epidemiology collaboration (CKD-EPI) equations and amendatory equations for calculating glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in Chinese patients with diabetes,including CKD-EPI serum creatinine (Scr) equation (CKD-EPLcr),CKD-EPI serum cystatin C (ScysC) equation (CKD-EPLcysc),combination of CKD-EPLcr and CKD-EPIScrSCysC (CKD-EPISr SCysC),Asian modified CKD-EPI equation (CKD-EPIAsian),Chinese diabetes CKD-EPI equation (CKD-EPIDiabctes),refitted modification of diet in renal disease (MDRD) equation (rMDRD),Cockcroft-Gault equation (CG) and Simplified MDRD equation.Methods Serum creatinine (Scr) was detected using basic picric acid method,serum cystatin C (CysC) was measured by Latex enhanced turbidimetric,and the reference value of GFR was worked out by 99Tcm-DTPA renal dynamic imaging and standardization of body surface area.Relation of Scr,Scysc,GFR measured by every equations and rGFR were analyzed.The accuracy of 30％ of each equation,the consistency and deviation of the evaluation of renal function by each equation were compared.The diagnostic efficacy in GFR＜60 ml/(min · 1.73 m2) was compared using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.Results The rGFR had negative correlation with Scr、ScysC (both P＜0.001).The rGFR had positive correlation with GFR measured by CKD-EPIScr,CKD-EPIScysC,CKD-EPIS-SCysC,CKD-EPIAsian,CKD-EPIDiabetes rMDRD,CG and Simplified MDRD (all P＜0.001).The coincidence rate between 30％ of rGFR and GFR measured byCKD-EPIDiabetes and simplified MDRD were higher.There was no significant difference of rGFR and GFR measured by CKD-EPIscr,CKD-EPIScysC,CKD-EPIScr-SCysC,CKD-EPIAsian,CKD-EPIDiabetes,rMDRD,CG and Simplified MDRD.GFR measured by CKD-EPIDiabetes has the best consistent degree with rGFR.ROC curve showed that the area under curve of GFR measured by CKD-EPIDiabctes was largest and the Youden index was the highest.Conclusion There are different degrees of deviation in eGFR predicted by the eight kinds of equations.The accuracy and consistency of CKD-EPIDiabetes in Chinese 2-type diabetes is the best.

Objective To investigate the effects of Rosa Laevigata Michx Flavoid( RLMF) and Rosa laevigata Michx Polysaccharose (RLMP) on expression of TRPV5 in IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) rat renal tissue. Methods Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to four groups.The rat model of IgA nephropathy was induced by intragastric administration of bovine serumalbumin and injections of LPS and CC14.Eight weeks later,the rats with IgAN were treated with RLMF or RLMP (4 weeks), or normal saline.Rats was sacrificed at thirteenth weeks, and RNA was extracted from the kidney.Expression of TRPV5 in tubulointerstitial tissues were analyzed by fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. Results After RFLP intervention,the expression levels of TRPV5 were markedly increased (P<0.01) than model control group,while decreased (P<0.05) than normal control group but had no significance with model control group after RFLF intervention. Conclusion TRPV5 expression is decreased in IgAN,and RLMP can adjust TRPV5 expression and improve renal function of IgAN.

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the social support and compliance of parents of severe β-Mediterranean anemia children. Methods A total of 100 cases of Mediterranean anemia children’s parents were surveyed with the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and self-made compliance questionnaires, the investigation was performed before the intervention,6 months, 1 year after the intervention. Results The scores of objective support, subjective support and supporting availability after the intervention were all higher than those before intervention (F=269.04, 125.12, 243.04, all P<0.01). In the pairwise comparison tests, the ranks of objective support score and subjective support score were:1 year after intervention>6 months after intervention>before intervention (P<0.01);the score of supporting availability was lower than the scores of 6 months and 1 year after intervention (P<0.01). The compliance of blood transfusion on time and taking deferoxamine on time before and after the interventions had statistical meanings (Hc=100.40,70.53, all P<0.01). In the pairwise comparison tests, the compliance score before intervention was lower than the score after intervention (P < 0.01). Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the social support and compliance of the parents with severe Mediterranean anemia children.

Objective To observe the curative effect of auricular point sticking on menstrual distending pains of breasts. Methods Sixty-two patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomized evenly into experiment group and control group:the former were managed with auricular point sticking and the latter with oral administration of Xiaoyao Pills for three treatment courses, each menstrual cycle as a course.The two groups were compared in terms of menstrual distending pains of breasts.Results The experiment group was significantly better than the control group in terms relieves of pains as well as the curative effect after the trial (P<0.01 for both).Conclusions Auricular point sticking is effective in relieving the menstrual distending pains of breasts.It is simple for manipulation and thus worth clinical spreading.

AIM: To investigate the expression of microRNA-375 (miR-375) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and to analyze the target genes and signaling pathways regulated by miR-375.METHODS: The expression of miR-375 was examined at tissue microarray of HCC by in situ hybridization.The whole human genome chip and bioinforma-tics analysis were applied to screen out the differential expression genes and signaling pathways in 4 HCC cell lines trans-fected with miR-375 mimic.RESULTS:In situ hybridization showed the expression of miR-375 in HCC tissues were obvi-ously higher than that in tumor-adjacent tissues (P<0.05).There were 20 co-upregulated genes and 17 co-downregulated genes in all 4 cell lines.Bioinformatic analysis showed that there were 54 signaling pathways related to up-regulated genes and 48 signaling pathways related to down-regulated genes in all 4 cell lines.CONCLUSION: miR-375 may play a key role in the pathological process of HCC.The bioinformatic analysis is able to screen the target genes and signaling pathways regulated by miR-375 and to provide an explicit direction for further mechanism research on HCC.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of postoperative stimulated thyroglobulin ( ps-Tg) detection in the patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma ( DTC) 131 I therapy. Methods Totally 73 cases with DTC who were hospitalized from March 2009 to March 2018 with complete treatment and follow-up data were selected as the study subjects. The cases were divided into three groups by 131I scanning image, no metastasis group (32 cases), lymph node metastasis group (31 cases), and distance metastasis group ( 10 cases ) . The levels of stimulated thyroglobulin ( s-Tg ) in serum were detected within one week before 131 I ablation for thyroid remnant and metastasis after surgical treatment. The 131I -whole body scan (131I -WBS) was performed at 3 to 5 days after 131I treatment and these cases were followed-up for 8-12 months. Results There was not statistically significant difference in ps-Tg between no metastasis group and lymph node metastasis group before 131I treatment(P>0.05). The ps-Tg in distance metastasis group was significantly higher than that in patients without metastasis and lymph node metastasis(Z= -3.810、 Z= -3.371, P<0.05). Before treatment with 131I ablation metastasis, there was not statistically difference in s-Tg among 3 groups(H=11.764, P<0.05). The area under the ROC curve of ps-Tg and s-TG diagnostic DTC distant metastasis rate before treatment of ablation for thyroid remnant was 0.903, and the accuracy were 90.48％. The area under the ROC curve of diagnosis of DTC distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis before ablation for thyroid metastasis was 0. 817 and 0.644, and the accuracy was 88.10％ and 65.08％, respectively. Conclusions The accuracy of diagnosing DTC distant metastasis of ps-Tg before 131 I ablation for thyroid remnant is superior to ps-Tg before ablation forthyroid metastasis. The level of s-Tg diagnosis of DTC lymph node before 131 I ablation metastasis precede ps-Tg before 131 I ablation for thyroid remnant
