Objective:To investigate mechanical properties, fluorine release behavior and bacteria inhibition effect of hydroxyapatite-improved glass ionomer cement(HA/GIC).Methods:HA/GIC was prepared with HA mass fraction of 28%.Bending strength and compressive strength of HA/GIC and GIC were measured by an universal material testing machine.Microstructure of the materials was observed by scanning microscope technique (SEM).Accumulation of fluorine release was measured by fluorine ion selective electrode.Bacterial inhibition of total bacteria and Streptococcus mutans was monitored by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Results:Bending strength, compressive strength and fluorine release accumulation of HA/GIC were significantly higher than those of GIC (P < 0.05).There were many.irregular polymerized particle monomers and micro cracks within the GIC.In HA/GIC,hydroxyapatite particles were connected with original composition.Bacterial inhibition of total bacteria and Streptococcus mutans by HA/GIC was more effective than that by GIC.Conclusion:HA/GIC has perfect mechanical properties, fluorine release behavior and bacterial inhibition effect.

Objective To investigate the differences between subjective and objective sleep quality in recurrent depressive patients and the correlative factors. Methods Thirty-two cases of recurrent depressive patients(the recurrent group) and 32 cases of first episode depressive patients(the control group)who met the inclusion were recruited in this study. The subjectivesleep quality ,mood and objective sleep quality of patients were estimated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Hamilton anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression Scale(HAMD),respectively. O ne whole-night polysomnography (PSG) was recorded. Results On subjec-tivesleep quality, the total sleep time was shorter, the sleep latency was longer, and the sleep efficiency was lower in the recurrent group compared with the control group. On objectivesleep quality ,the wake times were increased , the NREM1 phase was longer, the NREM2 phase was shorter, the RME phase was longer, the proportion of REM phase was increased, and the latency of REM phase was shorter in the recurrent group compared with the control group(P<0.05,respectively). There were significant differences between the subjective and objective sleep quali-ty in both groups, while the differences in the recurrent group were more significant(P < 0.01). In the recurrent group, thedifference of the total time between the subjective and objective sleep was positively correlated with PSQI score, the duration of disease and the number of attacks(P < 0.05),while,the differences of the sleep latency and sleep efficiency between the subjective and objective sleep were both positively correlated withPSQI score and the HAMA-14 score,respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion There was a significant difference between the subjec-tive and objective sleep quality of patients with recurrent depression ,and the differences were related to the course of disease, the number of attack,PSQI score and HAMA-14 score.

Abstract
In recent years, the research perspective of the prevention and intervention of children s sexual assault abroad has expanded from the victim s perspective of children s self protection education and post mortem remedy to the screening and intervention education of perpetrators in advance, so as to implement the primary prevention of children s sexual assault from the source. The article will summarize the current situation of foreign research on child sexual assault prevention from the perspective of perpetrators, including the target population, prevention practice and forms, so as to provide a reference for the primary prevention of child sexual assault from the perspective of perpetrators in China.

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy of Wandai Decoction in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)with spleen deficiency-dampness abundance and its effect on DNA damage.METHODS 70 VVC patients with spleen deficiency-dampness abundance who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Wandai Decoction and fluconazole groups,35 cases each. The fluconazole group took 150 mg fluconazole orally once;the Wandai Decoction group took Wandai Decoction orally for 14 d.After treatment, changes in TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were compared;the clinical cure(test of cure,TOC)rate and clinical improvement(CI)rate of the two groups of patients were evaluated;8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHDG)in the vaginal lavage fluid was detected by colorimetry to assess DNA damage;clinical complete remission(follow up,FU),mycological negative conversion and recurrence rate were evaluated 3 months after treatment.RESULTS After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were improved to varying degrees(P<0.05,P<0.01);the Wandai Decoction group was superior to the fluconazole group(P<0.05,P<0.01);there was no significant difference in TOC,CI,mycology negative conversion between the Wandai Decoction group and the fluconazole group(P>0.05);however,the FU and recurrence rate of the Wandai Decoction group were significantly better than those of the fluconazole group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment, the expression of 8-OHDG in the vaginal lavage fluid of the fluconazole group increased significantly(P<0.001),while there was no significant change in the Wandai Decoction group, which was significantly lower than that of the fluconazole group(P<0.001).CONCLUSION The overall clinical efficacy of Wandai Decoction is equivalent to that of fluconazole, but it is better than fluconazole in improving TCM syndromes and pre-venting recurrence, with the advantage of not aggravating DNA damage in vaginal cells.
