Objective To investigate the prevalence of toxoplasma gondii (Tox),rubella virus (RV),cytomegalovirus (CMV) and herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections (TORCH infections) among childbearing-age population in Henan province. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to detect plasma TORCH IgM and IgG among 3084 childbearing-age men and women from theFirst Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University during July and September,2011.The positive rates of anti-TORCH antibodies were compared among the various age and gender groups by x2 test. Results The total positive rate of anti-TORCH IgM was 5.5% (170/3084),in which the positive rate of anti-RV IgM was the highest (2.9%),followed by anti-HSV IgM (1.0%).Within positive rate of anti-TORCH IgG,anti-HSV IgG was the highest (90.4%),followed by anti-CMV IgG (89.7%),RV IgG (48.1%) and Tox IgG (0.7%).The positive rate of anti-TORCH IgM was the lowest in individuals aged > 30-40 year old. With the age increasing, the positive rates of anti-Tox IgG,anti-CMV IgG and anti-HSV IgG increased, but the positive rate of anti-RV IgG decreased.Women had higher positive rates of anti-CMV IgG and antiHSV IgG than men (x2 =83.470 and 7.026,P < 0.O1).Conclusions Current infection of TORCH exists in childbearing-age population of Henan province, and the positive rate of anti-RV IgG is low.It is recommended to screen for TORCH infection in childbearing-age men and women.

Objective:
To examine the correlation between frailty and lifestyle factors among middle-aged and elderly populations, so as to provide insights into the management of frailty among middle-aged and elderly populations.
Methods :
Middle-aged and elderly residents at ages of 45 ot 69 years were recruited using the convenient sampling method from seven townships in Changxing County of Zhejiang Province from 2019 to 2020. The demographic characteristics and lifestyle factors were collected using questionnaires, and the frailty was measured using the Chinese version of Tilburg Frailty Indicator ( TFI ). Factors affecting frailty were identified among middle-aged and elderly populations using the multivariable logistic regression model.
Results:
A total of 7 170 residents were surveyed, including 2 780 males ( 38.77% ) and 4 390 females ( 61.23% ), which had a median age of 56 (interquartile range, 10) years. The median frailty score was 2 (interquartile range, 3 ) among the study subjects, and the median frailty score was 2 ( interquartile range, 2 ) among residents at ages of 45 to 59 years, and 2 (interquartile range, 3) among residents at ages of 60 to 69 years. The overall detection of frailty was 16.07%, and the detection of frailty was 13.52% among subjects at ages of 45 to 59 years and 21.01% among subjects at ages of 60 to 69 years. Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified physical activity ( OR=0.826, 95%CI: 0.719-0.949 ) and sleep quality ( OR: 3.376-11.493, 95%CI: 2.907-15.808 ) as factors affecting frailty among middle-aged and elderly residents. Following age stratification, physical activity ( OR=0.817, 95%CI: 0.681-0.981 ) and sleep quality ( OR: 3.076-11.566, 95%CI: 2.518-18.216 ) as factors affecting frailty among subjects at ages of 45 to 59 years, while sleep quality ( OR: 3.777-11.827, 95%CI: 3.002-18.547 ) significantly correlated with frailty among residents at ages of 60 to 69 years.
Conclusion
Physical activity and sleep quality are associated with the risk of frailty among middle-aged and elderly populations.

Herald of Medicine 2018;37(11):1386-1388
Objective To establish fingerprint of volatile components in golden throat lozenges by GC-MS. Methods Volatile components from 10 batches of golden throat lozenges were extracted by steam distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS with n-tetradecane as internal standard. Fingerprint peak detection and similarity evaluation were applied to the total ion chromatogram(TIC)of GC-MS by "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Version 2004)" ,fingerprint peak was identified by mass spectrometry. Results A GC-MS fingerprint was established based on 10 common peaks as characteristic fingerprint information. The similarity of fingerprint peaks from the 10 batches of samples were more than 0.998.Ten fingerprint peaks were determined by mass spectrometry, all of which were composed of monoterpenes and monoterpenes containing oxygen, the highest content of which was L-menthol containing oxygen monoterpenes, accounting for 83.17% of the total. Conclusion The fingerprint established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can completely reflect the volatile components of golden throat lozenges tablets, with strong characteristics and specificity, and can be used as an effective method for the quality control of volatile components inf golden throat lozenges.

Objective:To understand the classification characteristics of psychological resilience of nursing undergraduates and analyze the influencing factors among different categories. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 506 four-year undergraduate nursing students from the Daqing campus of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research objects in October 2019. General information questionnaire and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) were used to investigate them. Results:The characteristics of psychological resilience of nursing undergraduates could be divided into low resilience group (14.5%) , general resilience group (40.9%) , social avoidance group (22.5%) and high resilience group (22.1%) . Binomial logistic regression analysis results showed that gender, family average monthly income, source place of students and applying satisfaction were the influencing factors of the potential categories of psychological resilience. Conclusions:The psychological resilience of nursing undergraduates has obvious classification characteristics. There are different distributions of nursing undergraduates in different potential categories by gender, family average monthly income, source place of students and applying satisfaction. Teachers should formulate hierarchical interventions according to relevant influencing factors to improve the psychological resilience of nursing undergraduates.
