Objective To evaluate the life quality in front and at the back of the cure of the floating population tuberculosis patients. Methods The SF-36 scale was applied to the new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patient in floating population using face to face interview in Shenzhen 6 districts. The contrast was tuberculosis patient in the population of the household register, the people stayed temporarily in the same term. Results The score of general health(43.36 ± 15.67),vitality(57.96 ± 16.54) and mental health(61.46 ± 14.26) in the floating population was lower than the appraisal result with the population of the household register(49.28 ± 17.85,66.38 ± 17.03 and 66.70 ± 15.12),the people stayed temporarily(45.00 ± 17.22,60.99 ± 16.59 and 63.13 ±13.71 ) (P < 0.05 ).It was still lower than the other two groups after 2 (3) months and 6 (7) months (P < 0.05 ).But the score of social functioning in floating population ( 88.92 ± 14.88 ) was higher than the other two groups (82.62 ± 14.44,68.02 ± 27.30).The change rate of general health ( (76.05 ± 132.82) %,(69.32 ± 111.98 ) %and (48.36 ± 101.31 ) % ) and social functioning scores( (46.49 ± 85.18 ) %,( 26.33 ± 50.25 ) % and ( 51.09±73.44)% ) were significant difference in the three groups(x2 =12.088,P=0.002;x2 =11.611,P=0.003).The change rate of the general health score in floating population was higher than the household register population and people stayed temporarily. Conclusion It is necessary to implement the management in whole course to the floating population tuberculosis patients.

OBJECTIVETo provide reference information for prognosis and control of female cancers by analyzing survival rates of breast, cervical and ovarian cancer patients during 2005-2010 in Zhejiang province.
METHODSThe morbidity and mortality data of 18 133 breast, cervical and ovarian cancer patients whose information were registered in health surveillance zone during 2005-2010 in Zhejiang were analyzed. The December 31(st), 2012 was set as the deadline of survival time. Observed survival rate (OS) and relative survival rate (RS) were calculated using SURV3.01 software and comparison between survival rates was conducted through Hakulinen's likely hood ratio test.
RESULTSThe 5-year OS of breast cancer, cervical cancer, and ovarian cancer were 76.89%, 70.79%, 2.59%, respectively during 2005-2010 in Zhejiang province. The 5-year RS of the three cancers were 80.26%, 73.89%, 55.17%, respectively. The 5-year RS of breast cancer, cervical cancer, and ovarian cancer in urban area were 83.11%, 77.87%, and 57.22% and 78.00%, 72.21%, and 53.83% in rural areas, respectively. The overall RS of urban patients was higher than the rural's (χ(2) = 24.98, 11.55 and 6.62, respectively, all P values < 0.05). The 5-year RS of breast cancer, which was grouped by age, showed that the 15-44 years group was the highest (83.40%), while 65-77 years group was the lowest (74.67%). The 5-year RS of cervical cancer decreased with age, with a 41.73% decrease from 83.83% (15-44 years group) to 42.10% ( ≥ 75 years group). The 15-44 years group showed the highest 5-year RS of ovarian cancer (74.30%), while ≥ 75 years group was the lowest (41.80%).
CONCLUSIONThe prognosis of breast cancer and cervical cancer were relatively optimistic, while the ovarian cancer was not. The prognosis of female cancer patients in urban areas were better than in rural areas.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of cortactin antibody in myasthenia gravis (MG).Methods Cortactin antibody in the serum of 100 MG patients, 40 normal controls and 40 other neuroimmune diseases patients was examined by Western blotting and ELISA using purified recombinant human protein cortactin as antigen .Acetylcholine receptor antibody ( AchR-ab ) and muscle specific kinase antibody (MuSK-ab) were parallely measured by ELISA.Results Antibodies to cortactin were found in nine (9%) serum samples of 100 MG patients.Four of the nine cortactin antibody positive sera were also positive for AChR-ab.The rest five MG patients only had antibodies against cortactin ( no detectable AChR-ab or MuSK-ab).None of the control subjects (including 40 normal controls and 40 other neuroimmune diseases patients ) had cortactin antibodies. Most (7/9) of the cortactin antibody positive MG patients presented with early-onset subgroup.Patients only with cortactin antibodies did not appear to have thymoma.Patients with MG who had both AChR and cortactin antibodies showed maximum involvement of muscles and severe Osserman's classification ( three cases of type ⅡB and one case of type Ⅳ) . Conclusion Cortactin antibody may be a new antibody for MG , which can provide clues for further exploring the potential pathogenic mechanisms of the disease .

OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of Tibetan medicine Adhatoda vasica ,and determine the contents of vasicine and vasicinone ,so as to comprehensively evaluate its quality combined with chemical pattern recognition. METHODS Using vasicine as control ,HPLC fingerprints of 11 batches of A. vasica were established with Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprints of TCM (2012 edition). The common peaks were identified and their similarities were evaluated. Cluster analysis (CA),principal component analysis (PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were performed by using SPSS 25 software and SIMCA 14.1 software. The variable importance in the projection (VIP)value>1.0 was used as the standard to screen the differential components affecting the quality of A. vasica ;the contents of vasicine and vasicinone were determined by HPLC simultaneously. RESULTS A total of 23 common peaks were found ,and peak 2 was identified as vasicine ,and peak 4 was identified as vasicinone. Their similarities ranged 0.920-0.994. The results of CA showed that 11 batches of samples were clustered into 3 categories(distance was 14):S1-S8 as one category (origin:Yunnan,Tibet),S9 as one category (origin:Yunnan),S10-S11 as one category (origin:Sichuan);the results of P CA and OPLS-DA showed that S 9 and S10-S11 were divided into one category respectively ,and S1-S8 were further divided into 2 categories:S1,S4 as one category,S2-S3,S5-S8 as one category ;the common peaks with VIP value >1.0 included peak 2,peak 16,peak 21,peak 17,peak 1 and peak 13. Among 11 batches of samples , contents of vasicine and vasicinone were 4.12-10.22 and 0.60-3.26 mg/g, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Established edu.cn HPLC fi ngerprint and content determination method are simple and accurate ,and can be used for the quality evaluation of Tibetan medicine A. vasica ,by combining with chemical pattern recognition. Vasicine and other components may be the differential components that affect the quality of the drug.
