Objective To assess the value of 14 common food allergens specific IgG in children with chronic digestive diseases. Methods The specific allergen food IgG was measured by utilizing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 69 children with chronic digestive diseases, who had chronic abdominal pain and recurrent vomiting above three months with no organic disorders, incurable chronic diarrhea and anorexia with failing to thrive. Results The food allergen specific IgG increased was detected in 68 cases. The positive cases were 98.55%.There was one to nigh kind of food allergen specific IgG increased in 68 patients.Positive above two kind of specific IgG was 86.96%.The most specific IgG was to egg 92.8% and milk 73.9%;the other rates were: wheat 40.6%,soybean 27.5%.Chicken and pork were negative. All the patients changed their daily diet according to the assay results.More than 58.46% cases improved with their symptoms significantly in four weeks, about 26.15% cases improved to some extent.15.38% cases did not improved. After followed four months, there were 70.70% cases improved with their symptoms significantly,18.46% cases improved to some extent, only 10.76% cases no improved. Conclusion The detection of 14 common food allergens specific IgG might be significant valuable in assessment and treatment children with chronic digestive diseases.

Objective To discuss the present situation of resilience and the quality of life in patients with osteoporotic hip fracture surgery for more than three months, and analyze its correlation. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted, and general self-set questionnaire, mental resilience scale ( CD-RISC ) Chinese version and short form health survey ( SF-36 ) were used to investigate 200 cases of arthroplasty patients. Results After three months, osteoporotic hip fracture surgery in patients had low resilience score, and the quality of life in each dimension score and total score were all below than the domestic norm. Tenacity was positively correlated with physiological function, general health, social function, mental health and quality of life scores. Self-improvement was significantly positively correlated with physiological function, general health, energy, mental health and quality of life scores. Optimism was positively correlated with physiological function, social function, mental health and quality of life scores. Conclusions Resilience and quality of life reduced in patients with osteoporotic hip fracture surgery, and patients should be taken specific care interventions to improve the resilience of postoperative patients, thus to improve their quality of life.

Objective? To investigate the hope level of elderly patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (THA) and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide evidence for improving the hope level and quality of life of patients after THA. Methods? A cluster random sampling method was used to select 308 patients with bilateral THA for the first time who were admitted to two ClassⅢ Grade A general hospitals in Harbin from January 2017 to July 2018. Questionnaire surveys were conducted using Herth Hope Scale, the Second Edition of Beck Depression Scale and Social Support Scale. Results? The total score of hope level in elderly THA patients was (29.96±8.72). Among them, 76.62% (236/308) had moderate to high level of hope and the total score of depression was (19.20±11.75) which was at a moderate level. There were significant differences in the hope level of patients with different gender, place of residence, educational level, marital status and family per capita monthly income (P< 0.05). The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age, sex, family income per capita, depression, negative coping style, subjective support and objective support were the influencing factors of elderly THA patients' hope level (P < 0.05). Conclusions? The THA patients' hope are at a medium level. Medical staff should pay attention to the relevant factors affecting the level of hope, adopt targeted nursing intervention measures, give psychological guidance to patients, provide social support, and further improve the level of hope of the THA patients.
