1.Effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on ischemic stroke and its influence on serum superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):89-90,93
Objective To analyze the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on ischemic stroke and its influence on serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA). Methods 146 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups. The two groups were treated routinely and one group plus Ginkgo biloba extract. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy,SOD,MDA and ET-1 level, hemorheology,NIHSS scores and Barthel index of observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Difference of adverse reactions were not statistically significant. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract can improve the therapeutic effect of ischemic stroke and adjust the level of related factors.
3.The use and supply of medical equipment for emergency rescue
China Medical Equipment 2015;(2):98-99
Objective: To find a method of the use and supply of medical equipment for emergency rescue. Methods:In the process of rescue, the equipment department establishs the emergency operation mode and first-aid equipment supply system under the unified leadership of the hospital rescue headquarters. Results: By establishing the emergency operation mode and first-aid equipment supply system, the unified deployment of medical equipments has been implemented. Conclusion: Sudden catastrophic events occur suddenly, injure many people, use the method of centralized supplement of medical equipment, the clinical equipment can be assembled in a short time to guarantee the need of clinical rescue.
4.Establishment of a Mouse Model of Alzheimer Dementia
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To establish a Alzheimer dementia(AD) model in mice. Methods The C57BL/6 mice were lesioned with ibotenic acid in Nucleus basalis of Meynert(NBM). Behavioral tests by eight-arm radial maze were conducted 8 weeks, and immunohistochemical staining of choline acetyltransferase(ChAT), serotonin(5-HT), GAD(GABA), amyloid-?protein (AP) was conducted 12 weeks after NBM lesioning. Results In NBM lesioned mice, the ChAT-positive neurons, serotonin-positive neurons, and GAD-positive neurons in right NBM reduced, and ChAT-positive neurons reduced most evidently. At the same time, the ChAT-positive fibers in prefrontal and parietal cortices decreased significantly, serotonin-positive axons slightly, accompanied by heavily AP co-expression. On the contrary, there was no change of GAD-positive neurons in cortex. The working memory error increased significantly. Conclusion Ibotenic acid lesioning in NBM can provide as a model of AD in that it produces deafferentation of cholinergic system and recent memory disruption.
5.Pathogenesis of radiation-induced stomatitis
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(6):465-467
Radiation-induced stomatitis is a frequent side effect for head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, which affects both the treatment and the life quality. The direct effects of radiation, oxidative stress, transcription factor, proinflammatory cytokine and pathogenic microorganism are involved in the onset of radiation-induced stomatitis. The pathologic process can be divided into five phases including initiation, up-regulation, amplification, ulceration and healing. Understanding of the pathogenesis and risk factors provides basis for prevention and control of radiation-induced stomatitis.
6.Focusing on the application of functional imaging examination in the field of neuro-ophthalmological
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2010;26(4):306-309
Functional imaging is a newly arisen interdisciplinary subject compared with the routine radiology displaying anatomy and morphology of lesions. It can exhibit the function-changed information, such as blood flow and metabolism of organs and tissues as visual images or data to provide organizational functions and metabolic information, which makes early diagnosis, more accurate orientation, qualitative definition, and also the prognosis judgment. The ophthalmologists should pay more attention to the functional imaging applications in the field of neuro-ophthalmology.

9.Teacher Portfolio and Its Role in Faculty Management in Medical Schools
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Teacher portfolio is originally used for teacher assessment. The role of a teacher portfolio includes strengthening teaching ethics for improving faculty's quality of professional ethics, finding faculty's disadvantages and problems, enhancing faculty's training, providing the basis for faculty assessment, promotion and the appointment, and developing clinical teachers' teaching and research capacity.
10.Effect of dehypnotic drug treatment on sleep derangement of inpatients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(12):1035-1036
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of dehypnotic drug treatment on sleep derangement of inpatients.Methods100 patients with sleep derangement but without before admission were randomly divided into the study group (n=50) and control group (n=50). Patients in the study group were treated with dehypnotic drug treatment after admission, while patients in the control group were treated with hypnotic drug following doctor's advice. The sleeping quality improvement of two groups was observed.ResultsThe sleeping quality of patients of the study group improved markedly, and had a significant difference compared with patients of the control group in sleeping time during the night, frequency of awaking during the night, oneself's feeling and blood pressure after waking (P<0.05~0.01).ConclusionDehypnotic drug treatment is more effect to solve inpatients' sleep derangement.
